Don't go to the dealer that charges for an extended warranty that has an addendum on the windshield go someplace else

Buyer beware, if you are buying or leasing a vehicle from this establishment, read the contracts and catch the lack of contracts, such as GAP. Gap is offered through your finance company. Make sure you have it. It would cost $400 depending on your financial but worth it. If the dealership offers it, there is no guarantee theat the financial company, especially if they have pre-approved you, ththat it will be done. read more

Horrible communication. I brought my truck here years ago for an insurance claim and they did a great job in a timely manner. This time they cost me rental money and now I have a remote start issue and key fob not locking and unlocking my doors problems. The body shop and service center keep putting the blame on each other and now I have to pay someone else to fix their mistake. For days someone was supposed to call me and no one could agree who that was supposed to be, so no one called me. I'm definitely not bringing any vehicles here ever again and wouldn't recommend anyone else do it either. There are too many communication and incompetence issues to deal with at this shop when there are many other lower cost higher quality options. PS: They basically only repaired a bumper in over a week (almost two weeks) and left a bunch of garbage in my truck. I also just noticed a freshly raised scratch on the side of my truck. My car was not run through the complementary car wash as per Lincoln's standards and was returned to me with disgusting, fingerprinted rims. After requesting that the vehicle's rim be cleaned, Cesar fought with me that it was Jacob's responsibility, and not his, to ensure a satisfactory return of the car. I brought in my 2022 Lincoln Nautilus for an Oil Change, fix a nail and slow leak in my tire, rotate and Balance all 4 tires and a 4 wheel alignment plus 3 new wipers, among other stuff done. They also did a Major Detail on my car and it came back looking Brand New. It shines like a nice piece of Jewelry. Great Job I am very pleased with this dealer and service department. I have been using them for over 33 years, since 1990. I was given a brand new Lincoln to drive for the whole time they had the car and to make it convenient for me and I used there Valet service to bring my car back to a location I was visiting. The whole service which was near $500.00 cost me nothing between warranty and having a Nautilus Black Label it covered some more of the work and the rest they used my Lincoln Loyalty Club Points to bring my bill down to $0.00. I have bought and or leased over 18 cars, probably a couple more, but they are honest, loyal and are like family when I walk in. Oil change...service rep stated $59 and I agreed. Upon completion service rep came over and asked "do you know your vehicle takes synthetic oil"? Yes, I do know that... He says there will be a slight upcharge on my bill. I proceed to cashier and the bill is $109!!! I have never paid over $59 for an oil change anywhere for this vehicle. Three months and half a dozen phone calls to Manager Amyra with ZERO response... STAY AWAY!! read more

This is a good dealership to buy a new car from - no hassle and realistic pricing. However, service is a different story. Despite a bad prior experience of incompetence and callous overcharging (noticed  by Lincoln and corrected with their assistance) I again chose to have my MKC serviced at Autonation because I believed their brand expertise added a layer of safety compared to that of "5 minute oil change"  shops. I WAS WRONG!  Despite a prior write up on my car's brakes being worn (marked Yellow on the invoice with a notation to have them replaced) the service report now indicated no problem with the brakes.  The technician never checked the brakes and the service advisor should have noticed this because he had access to my prior records (and should as a normal course of doing his job  have viewed these prior to servicing).  When I saw the brakes were marked as "Green"(good) I complained and the wheels were then removed  revealing that the brakes were actually worn down into the Red zone requiring immediate replacement. Their apology included a refund of my oil change charge and an offer to only have senior technicians work on my car. Too late!! read more

I will never go back there again. I took my Lincoln in because I was hearing a wheel noise coming from the front of the car. It's a 2015 Lincoln with about 40K miles on it. They took back to the tech and I was told by the advisor that I needed a front left wheel bearing and tires and that there was a problem with my battery. I didn't believe them. Wheel bearings make a grinding noise not a flopping noise. I knew I needed new tires - there were chunks out of them possibly from towing the car behind our motorhome. W.r.t. the battery - I replaced that less than a year ago and there is NO problem with the battery. I told them no and that I wanted my car back. That took about 45 minutes. I finally walked to the car and they were still trying to do some type of reset on the computer. Once I got the car back the seating positions were no longer set and the exit mode also didn't work. I had to reset all that stuff. I will NEVER go back to this "stealership". I'm convinced that they tried to cheat me. DON'T GO THERE for service. read more

Terrible. Had my car towed here when it died in the middle of the intersection. Parts and work were covered by warranty. Had to call Ford's number to get a rental car, was told over the phone by AutoNation Lincoln I couldn't get one. Was told that the part was ordered and should arrive the next day, either in the morning or afternoon. When I arrived there to get my rental I was told it would be 28 days before the part arrived. I also wasn't made aware of the deposit for the rental, so had to be shuttled back to get the money. When I made the person in charge of my car aware of these they just gave me a blank stare and told me that the deposit wasn't through them and that they called around for the part and there's nothing they can do. Asked to have my car moved to an actual Ford dealership and they, literally, laughed and asked if I really thought they'd get the part quicker. Had it towed to Walker Ford and Walker Ford had the part in stock and the car fixed less than 24 hours later. Avoid this terrible place, especially if you have a Ford. They couldn't careless about anything and flat out lie to your face. I'm sure if they took the 5 minutes necessary to contact their nearest Ford dealership they would have found the part but they're just too lazy to do so. I should have known since I was told I'd be contacted when my car originally arrived and they were even too lazy to do that. read more

I was expecting to pay something, at least for the oil change. Autonation Lincoln kept my car for three days to ensure the proper people were available to check all concerns. They and their internal Avis location provided me with a 2015 MKZ and Jacob was very communicative as to what was going on with my car over the course of the three days. All of this was completely free. To top it off, the software update they did gave me about 100 more miles to a tank of gas! 11 stars, y'all! Took my 86 year old Mom's Lincoln Continental for inspection as dash warning light was coming ON. The service was to be $89. We had to leave the vehicle overnight. We received a 5k estimate for unnecessary repairs. When I declined to have repairs performed I couldn't get a ride back to dealership. The invoice for the car inspection came to $150, when asked why. Poor Excuse for a car dealer. My Lincoln App is telling me my oil life was at 0, but the cars system said 27%. No good explanation for the Oil? Also told them my GPS was very poor and not operating correctly The explanation was the car was bought in Minnesota and not in Florida, guess they thought Minnesota was a foreign country. Said they would look at it but I'd have to leave the car for a couple of days and it may cost me $200 to $800. My Lincoln is less than 1 year old and has 6500 miles on it. Words cannot express how disappointed with the experience I had purchasing my car from this location. I have not had to buy a car in 10 years, and if I ever buy a car again I will not be within 5000 miles of this location. The price was finalized before I even showed up. I flew from Indiana to Florida to purchase a car, but part of me wishes I had never bought it. Despite the fact that the final price was set before I showed up, I was blown off, ignored, and it took 3 hours to actually get to the point where I was signing paperwork. But the lack of desire to sell a clean product is what is frustrating me more. There was a minor problem with the head lining, when I mentioned it they said they could fix it for $150 dollars ( I got it fixed locally for 25). About a month after the sale I noticed whatever touchup paint they had put on the car had washed off and was starting to peel off the roof. When I contacted the dealership about the issue I was completely blown off. When I contacted the dealership about other issues I had with the sale I was similarly blown off. read more

Had a pretty good experience with them a few days ago, purchased a used Toyota from them, Mike and Sammy were friendly and helpful. During test-drive I noticed car was drifting to the right, so dealership performed an alignment prior to me purchasing. Their mechanics who aligned the car stated that the car had 4 different brand tires on it, which was "probably" the "real reason" the car was pulling; suggested I replace all 4 tires at some point. After purchasing, I had the car inspected by another mechanic, who showed me that underneath that car the front bumper was actually attached with a rope (a rope!). His theory: car had likely been in accident, front bumper was replaced (by who-knows-who that obviously didn't give a crap), and alignment was off due to damage to axles/frame/etc that would cost $$$$$ to fix. Could cause some uneven wear on tires, but otherwise probably not worth it to fix. So, all-in-all, decent experience at dealership, good prices, but dishonest...what did you expect? Before you buy, I suggest you know your stuff! read more

I was helping my elderly parents buy a used Lincoln MKZ and came across a beautiful red one at Auto Nation in Clearwater,FL. From start to finish the buying process was PAINLESS!!! Tim(our salesmen) was great and very professional. No high pressure, very polite and accommodating. Someone even brought them hot coffee on a chilly day when we arrived. I recently retired as a RV Dealership owner in California and I can tell you that I would have loved to have all the people that we met at Auto Nation working for me back then. The car was a 2014 Mkz that was priced FAR BELOW any competitor---- it was gorgeous!! Sunday afternoon, I was met by Sylvester Muller III who was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of presenting the vehicle and all of its features without my even having to ask.
