    Fresh scratch. Raised and everything. It's a brand new scratch. I had it washed before it went in, so it wouldn't be raised if it were old.

    Horrible communication. I brought my truck here years ago for an insurance claim and they did a great job in a timely manner. This time they cost me rental money and now I have a remote start issue and key fob not locking and unlocking my doors problems. The body shop and service center keep putting the blame on each other and now I have to pay someone else to fix their mistake. For days someone was supposed to call me and no one could agree who that was supposed to be, so no one called me. I'm definitely not bringing any vehicles here ever again and wouldn't recommend anyone else do it either. There are too many communication and incompetence issues to deal with at this shop when there are many other lower cost higher quality options. PS: They basically only repaired a bumper in over a week (almost two weeks) and left a bunch of garbage in my truck. I also just noticed a freshly raised scratch on the side of my truck. They likely won't take responsibility for it, so I won't bother.

    5 Star experience from start to finish! Service department has always taken care of us with the upmost respect and honesty. Shout out to Valerie-she's the sweetest! Having the opportunity to buy a car from them today was by far the best experience yet! From searching, to approvals, to financing, to management the team really went all out!     This dealer is impeccably clean and well organized. They offer fantastic customer service. There is an Avid car rental within e dealership. They are one of the best deals in the area for a rental car. It is an easy in and an easy out with no hassles. Just what I like!

    Don't go to the dealer that charges for an extended warranty that has an addendum on the windshield go someplace else

We got in touch with a sales associate to setup an appointment and it was smooth sailing from the minute we walked in the door. We sort of knew what we wanted and did a quick test drive. When we returned we went over the financials as well as a quote for our trade in. It was a no brainer. Our sales associate along with the general sales manager went through every rebate that Ford was offering to get us the best possible price and they came through. When we met with the finance manager he was very easy to work with and explained everything in a simple manner. He wasn't pushy, didn't try to sell us additional warranties and whatnot. He made sure to tell us about everything that Walker Ford offers and we did, in fact, order the tire warranty, which has already paid for itself. Our sales associate, Amy Potter was terrific. The General Sales Manager, Ivey Thigpen was a pleasure to work with along with everyone we talked to in the building. There is no doubt in my mind that our next vehicle will be purchased at Walker Ford.

My husband and I are ( were) in the market for a 2025 F150. We wanted to take advantage of the 0% interest for 60 months incentive. We stopped into the dealership on March 14th. Jake met us as we arrived. We spent about an hour looking at the inventory and narrowing down the trucks that were of interest to us. ( XLT, 2WD, 4 door crew cab). Jake handed us a piece of paper when we left with the trucks VIN number and price. During the next 2 weeks, we visited other dealerships and I was in communication with Jake asking various questions about the truck at Walker. We decided to purchase the truck at Walker. I called Jake and asked him to send me the proposal so I could give him a deposit. He said that we could do the bulk of the paperwork electronically, which we were happy about. When I received the proposal, the price of the vehicle was inflated almost $14,000. I called him immediately. He told me that the Internet price was only available if we paid cash! At no time, EVER, in my talking with him, my texting with him or looking at the trucks in person did he tell me that the Internet price was only available if we paid cash. In fact, he knew that we were looking at the 2025's to take advantage of the 0% interest. When I questioned him about this in detail, he said it was on the website. I looked over the website, and unless it's buried in some tiny fine detail, It's not obvious that paying cash is the only way to get an Internet price. We were extremely surprised and obviously disappointed. Does it really matter to a dealership if I pay cash or if I finance the vehicle? Either I'm paying you for the car or the bank is. How I pay for it, should be irrelevant. The worst part about the whole experience was a statement that Jake made at the end of our phone conversation. Jake said..."When you go to another dealership and they screw you over worse, you can give me a call". Since the early 2000s, anytime I've purchased a vehicle with Walker Ford, it has been a good experience This time, not so much

One thing to note, Waze brought me in a back way to their dealership that no longer exists. If your GPS, tries to route you through a bunch of neighborhoods, try another route. Went to pick it up one time while waiting for the incorrect part they ordered to be replaced...fuse box was hanging open, door panel not fully installed, and car was filthy (along w almost out of gas as they drove it back and forth to Mini dealer). A car can be built from cradle to grave in 24 hours, but they can't repair one in eight weeks. They installed the wrong side mirror, and then (even w provided parts list from Mini)...failed to have the parts on hand they needed after calling us to drop back off again to fix their mistake. If you have a Ford, you may be ok, but they are absolutely atrocious at Mini Cooper product (we were sent there by GEICO which was at fault / insureds insurance).

The service rep did not hear me say passenger side or I must have not communicated clearly the passenger side. The took out the wrong side (Driver) which I was willing to let go. The kept it another day and removed the correct seat this time. When I went to pay, I noticed a total of 8 hours of labor. Which is ridiculous as my service rep texted me "All done" 2 hours after the technician started working on it the 2nd day. Which obviously means he took ONLY 2 hours the first day. Therefore, a Total of 4 hours should be billed as I have proof of her text to me "All Don" just 2 hours after he started. I have tried to communicate that to the service rep which she directed me to her manager. He did not call me the whole next day and it seems he's blowing me off as I haven't received a call from him the following day or even today, which is July 6th*

Took it in back in April for a burn test, and passed. It's now August, I've lost 5 quarts of oil, bring it in for a regularly scheduled oil change and lo and behold! A cracked oil pan. Cracked RIGHT AT THE PLUG!!! Somehow, this is my fault and I have to pay for it?!? Drivetrain warranty that should have fixed it won't because it is a used car and the awesome 10 year/100k mile warranty is only if you buy the car new, and because the Drivetrain warranty will not cover the part, the Extended Warranty from Zurich (that they sold me for several thousand dollars when I bought the car ) will not cover it because it is supposed to be covered by the Drivetrain warranty. But, in an effort to be reasonable, management said if we bought the part (for $267), they will install it for free. So they can mess it up again!?! And then they give me 2 vouchers a year worth $70 each for Use towards synthetic oil changes, yet still insist I come in every 3mo/3000 miles? What's up with that?

Peyton was my service rep and she was awesome while there waiting as well as keeping informed of a creaking sound that the SC Hyundai shop ignored and this dealership stuck with it until the very obscure cause was located and fixed. When Fitzgerald did the oil change, they indicated it was probably over due by a year, so that told me the SC dealership didn't do the oil change though indicating it was done in the service records. Also like the video recap of what was discovered by the technician and recommended changes. That was a new experience! Overall very satisfied with the experience!
