I purchased in late August a pre-owned Lincoln 2015 MXK low mileage certified vehicle from this dealership that died 5 days later. After they kept the car for yes six months we finally had came to an amicable resolution. Many challenges and road blocks were overcome and I want to recognize a few individuals for going above and beyond: 1) Chris B - Chris went above and beyond to assist in the financial transaction of this deal. The ownership and pride he takes in his position is worthy of praise as I greatly value all that he did to ensure a smooth transaction and the best possible financial outcome. Thank you Chris, you are a true professional and a role model for customer service! 2) Justin C. It was not easy to find another "diamond in the rough" but Justin did not give up, he continued to look and even when things did not look positive, he continued. I appreciate the commitment he demonstrated to ensure there was an amicable resolution. The car he found is great and I could not be happier! 3) John C. John came in at the tail end of this ordeal, he did so with the utmost professionalism and customer-centered approach. I was treated as if I was the most valuable customer and he went over the car with a fine tooth comb to ensure I was satisfied. John should be recognized for his strong people skills and his ability to manage customer relations. He is an asset for the dealership. 4) Emily. Emily was a great sounding board; always remaining calm, listening, following up as she said she would and responding back with updates at the specified time she agreed to. Her client-centered approach was greatly valued. 5) Mel. Like John, Mel came into the picture at the end of case. I greatly appreciate her willingness to listen and offer supportive solutions. Her approach was calming and most appreciated. 6) Doug L. Doug and I have a long standing history of working together and I have referred many customers to him over the years. I value his approach to tough situations as he does so with a positive attitude and a "can-do" approach. He never gave up, rather he continued to do what was right, something he has always demonstrated and a trait that is most valuable. This was a long journey and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Paint "cover up"/fixed!
Brittany L.

For any work to be done in the three vehicles we have bought from this company and them at this location two brand new, and one barely used Lincoln, navigator, extended . They have refused over and over again to fix my screen all to come and find out that this is a ongoing problem with many vehicles, and there is not even a part to fix it available so after months and months of trying to get my vehicle in they did take it in on Oil change nothing wrong with it because it was working at the time and during that time they put scratches so deep into the paint that it had to be painted in two separate spots. The job is done so poorly that it absolutely ruins the look on the passenger side of the car, they had the Lincoln for two weeks or close to it. For that time the battery in my key fob never changes as asked, All these things are also covered under the warranty and the warranty that I purchased; so the only thing that was fixed when I got the vehicle back was a terrible terrible paint job. To begin this awful job, when my husband showed up to drop off the vehicle, the man that was supposed to be there and made the appointment with him was out sick or off. They tried to turn my husband away after having this appointment made for weeks And my husband refused and said that this was made and it needed to be done. Apparently they reached out to the person who made the appointment this person was so unprofessional and they felt the need to message my husband on their day off or sick day asking him why he felt the need to get him in trouble and throw him under the bus, which was completely uncalled for. Also we have a family of five. They tried to tell us that they weren't going to give us a rental or any loaner vehicle to drive. They had nothing, in the end they gave us a very strong, smelly four-door dodge ram that barely would accommodate my family and definitely would not accommodate any sports trips with gear in the back, if there were any rain or bad weather between football and horse lessons that's 6 days a week in sports at the time. The only person here we have had any good dealing with is a josh and the lovey lady at finance. And that's the only reason there's two stars.

Brad our salesperson was great and transparent on the pluses and minuses of the car. Finance guy was easy to work with - might be the easiest transaction I've ever had.....everybody there was friendly and helpful! As far as price - they gave me a more than fair price for my trade in and their add on packages (yes, I'm not nuts about them either - but everybody's got to make a buck, right?) actually seem to have some use/value. I travel a lot for work, and it's important to me that if I'm not around, my wife has a dependable car and a group of people who will take care of it and her needs. I think (hope) I've found that in Audi of Orange Park!

Sorry for the long post…read more I had some very good interactions with some of the people at this dealership, but watch your back if you plan to do business here. *Always* double check your service quotes before you commit to a repair. *Always* review the Car Fax and the Audi service records in detail. An unusual mistake happened a few years ago. Ms. King provided three quotes for a series of repairs for my 2011 A4. Specifically, I received two quotes on May 24, 2023; both times the alignment was quoted at $189.95. The following morning, May 25th, the price went up to $450 which was an increase of over 130% in less than 24 hours. This was a significant and questionable increase for an alignment for a twelve-year old A4. I did not notice the error until I had the repair done several months later on July 19th, 2023. As it turns out, after looking for months, I finally found a car that I liked at - you guessed it - Audi Orange Park. I could not help but to keep the problematic issue with the service quote in the back of my mind. I only bring this up because it appears as though Rachel (or someone else at Orange Park) has made another peculiar mistake. After taking possession of the car, I noticed another significant and questionable issue on the service record listed by Ms. King in my Audi app. The record is dated February 28th (*after* I had taken possession of the Q5); it is also *blank* and the mileage is *exactly the same* as when it was serviced in Coral Springs on February 7th. This was so questionable that I pulled a Car Fax report and discovered that the transmission had been replaced. Since I know that a transmission replacement indicates severe engine damage, I would never have purchased the vehicle had I known about it. If I had pulled a Car Fax report the day of the closing (February 26th) for a final review before the actual purchase, it would have been impossible for me to know about the transmission replacement. If the service record was deliberately hidden, it would have been highly unethical. My husband and I returned to discuss the issue and initially spoke with James Jardin who referred us to the Service Manager, Rob Spiewak. Rob reviewed the record and told us that the transmission had been removed in order to repair the crankshaft oil seal. I stated that I wanted the Car Fax corrected. It's been over two months and I've never been copied on any email and have not received any update from anyone at the dealership regarding the Car Fax correction - even though I continued to send emails and call. I don't know who needs to do what - or if several people need to be involved... I just want it corrected. With all due respect, it is absurd that an Audi customer ever feels the necessity to pay $40 for a Car Fax report as a means of investigating a service record that is: (a) dated after I picked up the car, (b) lists the services performed portion the record as blank, and (c) has the same mileage as it did when it was serviced in Coral Springs. I purchased the vehicle on Feb 21st as Certified Pre-Owned; all of the service dated February 28th on the Car Fax should have been completed before I purchased the Q5. I have waited long enough. I do not want to try to explain why a 2023 Q5 with 18k miles had a transmission replacement in 2026 when I eventually try to sell/trade the vehicle. If the transmission has been replaced, then I need to find a new vehicle since I would never purchase it if I had known about it. If it's a mistake, I'd like to have it corrected. If not a mistake, then... there is an issue with ethics.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP On January…read more12th I traded in my 2014 Ford F150 for a 2018 Ford F150 and paid Cash. When I purchased the truck it had 2 chips in the windshield. While I was at the dealership in the waiting room on a personal phone call, I was interrupted by a Wallace Auto glass employee who told me that my windshield was cracked and i could get a free windshield at no cost to me While I was still on a personal call she got my insurance information out of my glovebox and came back about 30 minutes later while I was still on a personal call and told me she had a representative on her phone. She then muted her phone and told me to tell the representative that I just noticed the cracks that day which was a LIE. I answered the representative's questions while I was still on the personal call. The Wallace Glass employee told me to bring my truck back the next day at noon and my windshield would be replaced. I showed up at the dealership at 11:30 and was told I was not on the list to get my windshield replaced and no one in the services department knew anything about my windshield. I called Wallace glass and it went straight to voicemail and when Wallace called me back they said they did not know when they were going to be at the dealership and I was told not to wait because there were other people scheduled so I left the dealership. I then find out that My auto insurance will not file a claim for a new windshield because the chips were on the windshield when I purchased it. I spoke with a Mike today from the dealership and was told that Ford will not replace my windshield because its not a safety Hazard. SAFETY HAZARD IS NOT THE ISSUE-I purchased a vehicle that has 2 chips in the windshield and WAS PROMISED A FREE WINDSHIELD AT NO COST TO ME BY THE WALLACE AUTO GLASS EMPLOYEE. Ford was completely aware of the chips in my windshield I will NEVER PURCHASE OR TRADE another vehicle from this dealership. The lack of integrity and dishonesty is beyond any dealership I have ever dealt with and to be told to LIE ......is unacceptable. HAD I read the other 1 star reviews I would have never gone to that dealership. Lesson Learned I will continue pursuing getting Ford to so the honest thing and replace my windshield.

BUYERS BEWARE! Never would I recommend purchasing a vehicle…read morefrom here. The second you dont agree with there terms that when you need to look over all pricing agreements befroe and after they will change pricing on you.
