Have you ever gotten so careful with your new car that you unintentionally do something? That's what happened to me. I picked up my Tesla Model Y and immediately curbed 2 of the 21" wheels pretty nicely. I'll share the before and after pics, but incredible work by the staff and easy transaction! Pros: - Tremendous quality - Quick communication - Quick turnaround time - Knew what I was getting - Scheduling was quick - Didn't take off wheels - Venmo payment Side Notes: - No rest area, but stayed in the car - Behind Brink Motorsports in the back Summary The work speaks for itself. Be as clear as you can and send pictures detailing the realistic situation you have. I shared up close pics of the wheel damage and told Khristian my expectations to give him a chance to see if it was possible from his experience. They don't really have a front office, but Khristian stated that I could wait at Brink Motorsports as the work was being done. I opt'd to stay in the car, did some work, and in less than one hour, my job was done on two wheels! He said it'll look good based on the damage, and he came through with Big D doing the work! It came out incredible and looks like I didn't hit one curb. I'll happily come back if something happens again. For my peace of mind with a new car, it feels good to have work done by a professional. I thought about getting a take-home kit, but the work I know would have looked drastically different if I did it myself. Recommend these guys! No bs and they get you in/out!

Luxury Wheel Specialists removed the curb rash from my front wheel in under 20 minutes. My black alloy front wheel looks like new as a result. These guys communicated quickly and gave me an appointment for the next day. I arrived for the appointment, and they completed the wheel repair within minutes. I'm including before and after pictures of the skilled work they did. I would definitely recommend Luxury Wheel Specialists to a friend.

Jarrod was my tech for the rim repair appt on my son's 2022 Honda Accord. Basically, the rim was scratched during a visit to the car wash; attendant told me to back up w/o realizing my wheel was close to the cement column and all I heard was the loud sound of the rim getting scraped. When Jarrod was done with the repair, it looked like nothing had ever damaged the rim. I wish I had a pic of the before so that the after pic made sense. Very professional, on time, service took place at my home, and overall excellent service. Highly recommend.

Tesla wheels are notoriously difficult to repair and hard to find a place to get them fixed quickly. This place is responsive and the work is EXCEPTIONAL. My wheels look BETTER than new and it was so reasonable. 10/10 highly recommended Also, I want to add: Trust them to do their work. They are very busy so don't except hand holding or customer worshiping. They are working hard to get to everyone daily. I was told this by the owner. They operate out of a dealership service area and it seems unorthodox at first, but this is a legit business with the utmost professional quality repair. You get what you pay for! Peace of mind knowing that if I mess my rim up this is the place I can count on for life!

Khris and his team has taken care two of my vehicles. On both occasions they have provided excellent service with reasonable prices. One restoration was on a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited and the other was on a 2017 Audi A3. I texted Khris pictures of the wheels then provided good communication and delivered exactly to his quote. His team came out to my house and completed the work within a hour. My truck has metallic gun metal rims and they matched it perfectly! No need for overnight drop off. They were all wearing masks and very polite. I highly recommend Luxury Wheel Specialist on any wheel restoration. Khris is a local entrepreneur and provides quality service with reasonable prices. Plus he is very honest, up front, and professional.

Before Luxury Wheel Specialists & After!

I had just purchased a new vehicle and when I got it, there was no tint on the car and the wheels were bright silver. I knew that I immediately had to find someone to powder coat the wheels and the search led me to Luxury Wheel Specialists. I saw their reviews and also checked out their social media, I felt that my car would be safe in their hands. Happy to say, I was more than right! The wheels had no damage when I got the car, and I took it straight to Luxury Wheel after the tint was done on the windows. When I initially contacted them, they were very quick to respond. They provided very clear instructions on where to take the car and after dropping it off that morning, I got the car back the same day. The pricing Luxury Wheel offered was very competitive, and fast forward one year later - not one single issue with the wheels (no peeling, cracking of the powder coating) and still looks beautiful. For any wheel needs, I'd highly recommend this company, they really have great customer service and were quick!

I just bought my new 2021 BMW 3 series last week and accidentally got curb rash on one of the tires. I did not want to wait any amount of time to get it fixed. Thankfully Luxury Wheel Specialists responded promptly to my request. They came to my house the next morning, fixed my wheel and wheels of two other cars (an Audi A4 that was really scuffed up and a Tesla Model 3) in less than 30 minutes. When I noticed a small scratch they missed they immediately came back and fixed it. They are very professional, quick, and charge a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend! read more

Thank you! My car was literally 3 days old and I swerved to avoid a car and got curb rash on my tire. Luxury Wheel responded within an hour and I met Jay the next morning at one of the dealerships he was servicing. He was able to smooth it out and fix it in 10 minutes. I was hesitant at first but he was servicing cars as Land Rover North Austin, if they trust these guys; you should too. Thanks for calming my OCD and having my rim fixed within 12 hours of scraping it on the curb. Recently I damaged one of my rear wheels while making too tight of a turn and I thought I would have the high expense $$ of replacing it (22"x 9" Polish/Painted Alloy with Inserts-Ram Limited) But I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I should be able to have it repaired and restored to look like new again without replacing it. I researched several local companies that offer this service. I read the reviews and received quotes, after sending in pictures of my damaged wheel. I chose Luxury Wheels based on several criteria but the main one was turn around time. Rather than leave the wheel or truck for 2-3 days with the other companies, Luxury Wheels does the work while you wait. So today I took my truck in to their north Austin location on Burnett Road and was greeted by the technician Jay Stewart. He thoroughly explained the procedure and then went right to work. In less than 30 minutes I'm on my way back to Georgetown with a fully restored wheel at about 1/2 the price of the other companies! Jay restored the wheel to like new condition in record time....well trained technician no doubt! If you have damaged wheel(s) with commonly called "curb rash" I would highly recommend Luxury Wheels. read more

They ruined two brand new, expensive tires on my M235i (destroyed the bead). I contacted them again and again, received a few responses, kept following up and then nothing. Very disappointed in the owner and whoever manages their Yelp messaging. I am now out $700 for two new rear tires after paying these guys $600 to paint my wheels. I recommend staying far away from these guys based on the experience I've had with them. Or, prepare to buy new tires after they paint your wheels and ruin your tires. read more

The owner of this establishment has absolutely zero customer service skills. I reached out for a simple warranty repair on some work they performed, and was stood up for a confirmed appointment. i understand miscommunication, however, I was told there was something mechanically wrong with my car because the paint they used on my brake calipers flaked off after washing with a regular garden hose. Niice try, you obviously aren't a mechanic, and shouldn't make statements like that without knowing it's a brand new car! This is not a reputable individual, definitely take your car elsewhere! read more

I called this place about a month ago and received a quote for $750 for powder coated rims and calipers. I contacted them today to drop off my car on Monday and the guy went on a tirade about the $750 quote, telling me to go somewhere else and then he called me a dip$hit. A series of profane texts were exchanged. I blocked their number. They called me from a Los Angeles number to continue the argument. Can say enough about this crew! Very quick response time and excellent customer service. Long story short...I had a curb-rashed wheel repaired a year or so ago. I think there may have been too thin of layer of clear coat and recently the black paint started flaking. On top of that...a month ago, my girlfriend decided it'd be fun to scuff up 2 of the wheels on the other side of the SUV. So I decided to call up LWS and tell them the situation and to get a quote on all 3 and make them new again. They came to the rescue and HOOKED IT UP! Use at your own risk. I used their services to repair a small chip the size of a rice grain on my Mercedes rim. After speaking with the owner Khristian I was convinced they did an excellent job after he kept bragging he services all the high end auto dealers. He had his Tech Matt come to my home to do the repairs. It took him about 15 mins. After the work was completed he stated the paint and clear coat was still wet and will stand out from the rest of the rim and will eventually blend in once it's dry. The next day I checked the area of the repair and it didn't look right. It appears the Tech grinded more surface area than he was suppose to (see photo below) and it is very noticeable. I then text the Tech and sent the photos and he replied there was nothing wrong with it. We got into a heated text chat which lead me to contact the owner Khristian. After explaining the problem area and my text with his tech he said he will be sending another Tech to fix the problem. Well it's already been 8 weeks now and he only replied 1 time in the beginning and after no more replies after calling and texting him 2 to 3 times a week. At this point I do not think he will honor his words. read more

But with my work schedule, this was the only day I had available. Anyway. 6 hours and a few hundred dollars later. Yikes. I got my car back. And I have new spark plugs. And my tires are rotated, and oil change and all the things. Can't put a price on a healthy car and safety. The next day I was hearing a hissing sound. So coming back home from work I stopped in and told them. One of the guys drove around the parking lot with me so he could hear it too. Since they were still slammed for the next couple of days, they asked if I could come back on another day. Which of course I said yes to. I've always had great service with Firestone. They've always taken good care of my car. I trust them completely. I've been coming here probably for 4/5 years now.

They were not down to 2 inches like DR auto claimed and could compare it to a brand new brake pad. They gave me in for reference this place lies and then they reach out to you via text and harass you there for leading a bad review because they lie, I have never experienced such bad service in my life. This is a horrible company and they take no accountability. They were literally just trying to get money out of me and it's so embarrassing better Do not take your business here they will lie to you just to get money.

Buddhist garage requested that I bring my vehicle in, in order for them to give me an accurate quote . This was a bit of an inconvenience because I live on the opposite side of town and my work schedule is extremely hectic, but it was worth it. They were able to actually physically look at my vehicle and see what was needed in order to give me a more accurate quote. Turns out my rear brakes are completely fine! It was my sensor that was off, which was $35 to replace. And they only charged me 780.$ for all the work. As a female it is extremely difficult to go into shops and not get screwed over and take advantage of. My sister has been taking her vehicle here for years. I took one of my vehicles here years ago and I will continue to use this garage for all of my automotive repairs. I highly recommend it. They are completely honest, and despite the fact that I was late this morning(I don't recommend that it but it was unavoidable), they understood and still got me out in a timely manner. All of their staff is friendly and the owner and his wife are there working with them.

I had a rock do some minor damage to my wheel rim. I reached out to Luxury Wheel Specialists and the owner Khristian was quick to respond with a quote and got me serviced the next morning. The technician Roman came out and got me all taken care of in less than 30 minutes. After he was done you could not tell there had been any damage. I highly recommend Khristian and his team. Had to come back 4 times because the paint kept chipping. He said he make good on the damages. His worker left finger prints on each one of the fender areas. This guys lies out his teeth. They did an outstanding job on my wheels. Mercedes S Class with the AMG trim package. It had evidently gone off the road at some point and had a bad gouge in one wheel. Another had bad curb rash and the other two were scratched and peeling. After the repair, you can't tell that any of the defects were ever there. As an added bonus, my wheels now match the paint color on my car, so it looks like an expensive custom set. I couldn't be happier. read more

The crew at LWS is the best in the business! I wanted a very specific color of powder coating done. It's a difficult tri-stage copper. Luxury wheel specialists NAILED it!
