He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. The trade-in process was straightforward, and he helped us find the perfect vehicle that fit our needs. His communication and customer service were outstanding throughout the entire experience. He took the time to inspect every tiny detail on my purchase and addressed some imperfections & paint chips to the GM. The GM, Cena, was extremely friendly and kind, and addressed all of the chipped spots and agreed to have the parts repainted and restored for us as a courtesy! If you're looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience, we highly recommend working with Ali. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and the level of service we received!

In less than two months, I started noticing the steering wheel vibrating when I was driving at high speed on the highway. I took it to a mechanic, and he told me that the tires were cupping. I called Carmax customer service, and we set up an appointment. I showed up at the place right on time. The guy in the customer service department couldn't find my name in the appointment list. Later, I learned that they've set the appointment at the wrong location. I tried to set a second appointment, but the guy behind the desk told me that there would be a fee charged for the diagnosis. I told him that this seems like an inspection issue, because the cupping tire issue is not something that could happen in a period of two months. But the guy behind the desk seemed completely unconcerned and didn't even bother to listen. I could tell he was clearly trying to get rid of me so he could go back to his things. My car is less than one year old, and I have only driven it for two months, and I am already spending money on it.

I wanted it gone quickly, and with minimal hassle, so I called to see what they had to say. Over the phone, I was given a best case scenario price of $1900. Physically, my SUV was in decent shape, given its age. However, since the motor was shot, I was already prepared for the final offer to be a lot less. After a test drive and an assessment of the vehicle, the offer dropped by about half. The rep explained all of the work that would be required for them to repair the vehicle, prepare it for resale, and turn a decent profit. I appreciated him taking the time to explain the reason for the offer, and I liked that he was open to negotiation. I showed him my other offers and we negotiated until we were able to find a price that we both agreed was fair. After signing over the title and filling out a few other pieces of paperwork, I left with a check in-hand. The entire process took about 20-30 minutes. Actually, it only took so long because he had a hard time getting the front tags off and had to borrow a tool from a nearby AAA to finish removing them. I admit, I was expecting a scam, due to both the corny commercials and the extremely minimalist office space. However, it looks to me like they skimp on all the frills to be able to offer sellers the most money they can for their trade-ins. From my experience, I'd say it's an honest business, and I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a quick and fair resale without all of the headache. I was nothing short of amazed at how easy this process was, how friendly the rep was, how easy he was to work with, and how quickly I was able to rid myself of this 3,174 lb nuisance.

I stumbled upon Dennis and his business online and the whole experience was fantastic. We gave him a call and he gave us a very fair and competitive price quote. Everything sounded like so great so I confirmed and he said that he'd be there in 25 minutes. I expected him to be late but he was there before 25 minutes as promised. Promises are hard to keep when you're busy but Dennis seems like a business owner that holds true to his word. Talking to him on the car ride to my mechanic, it seems that Dennis prides himself in customer service and always has a positive outlook. I work in the customer service industry myself and I was highly impressed. As a result, I personally recommend him for any roadside assistance needed. The dispatch was so nice and friendly and told me to turn my flashers on and that he is sending a driver right the way. On our way to the dealership Danny offered me bottle of water and made me feel really comfortable. I want to thank the driver and the dispatch for being so helpful in such a difficult situation.

I purchased a 2023 Toyota Tundra Limited TRD Off-Road i-FORCE MAX while deployed overseas with the U.S. Coast Guard. Because I could not be present in person, my father handled the purchase on my behalf using two properly notarized Powers of Attorney--one through USAA for financing and one specifically authorizing the vehicle purchase. The process immediately became frustrating when the salesperson I was working with did not know what a Power of Attorney was, and the sales manager stated he wasn't even sure whether the dealership accepted Powers of Attorney. After waiting for them to figure it out internally, they eventually confirmed that they would. The financing process was even worse. I was already pre-approved through USAA, yet I was repeatedly told the dealership could not complete the transaction using USAA's normal funding process unless I provided a physical check or financed through the dealership. After hours of phone calls and back-and-forth discussions, I was pressured into completing a finance application despite already having financing secured. Ironically, once my father arrived, the dealership was able to complete the transaction through USAA anyway. The biggest issue was the condition of the truck itself. Prior to purchase, I specifically asked about the vehicle's condition and was sent photos and a video. At no point was I informed that the truck had significant body damage on the passenger side bed, including a large dent and multiple scratches. None of this damage was disclosed in the listing, by the salesperson, or by the sales manager. My father only discovered the damage after driving approximately six hours to the dealership. At that point, I had already invested considerable time, effort, and money into coordinating the purchase from overseas. The dealership's solution was a $250 discount. The actual repair cost exceeded $900. To make matters worse, the truck was advertised as including a Toyota bed cover. When I received the vehicle, the mounting rails and drainage system were present, but the actual bed cover itself was missing. If equipment is not included, it should not be advertised as part of the vehicle. What bothered me most was the lack of transparency throughout the process. As a deployed service member purchasing remotely, I relied entirely on the dealership's representations regarding the vehicle and the transaction. Instead, I encountered confusion, pressure, undisclosed damage, and inaccurate advertising. I love the truck itself, but the buying experience was extremely disappointing and is not one I would recommend to others, especially anyone attempting to purchase a vehicle remotely.
