The exterior and trunk of my car was cleaned well. Though I question if it is really "professional," as such details like water marks, rubber marks on the exterior was leftover and it was apparent my interior was hardly wiped down. I forewarned him I would be tipping well by asking what was the full price of auto detail and I would be tipping in cash and that he could take his time. The tires were shiny, but nothing I couldn't have done with some Black Magic. When I texted him I was upset the interior was not done well, he didn't even text me back. I told him I would not be going out of my way to his business again, as I have heard from friends there are better actual professional car detailers in the area. I paid extra to get my seats shampooed and that was done well, but considering they charge an extra $27 for cleaning supply, honestly, I could have done better myself with my own supplies and saved my money and I did wipe down the interior myself. In total, I paid the 60 for the Groupon, $30 for the car shampoo and 27 for the supplies Pick somewhere else. Upon further inspection, their car wash machine left rubber marks ALL OVER MY HOOD AND ROOF. NEVER AGAIN.

It's like the Ritz Carlton of dealerships, I don't have to stress about the little or big things when I arrive, they always take care of me with a loaner vehicle, small fixes, and great service with a call/text message update. Ron Bouchard sold me my first car, his a Marine (Oorah) and has built a relationship with me since 2015 by following up with a phone call and yearly Christmas cards. I got a great deal on my first Benz, and he really worked with me on my 2nd car today. I'm super thankful! I love working with this dealership, I don't feel like another transaction but as a family, and I saw that as previous customers stopped by Ron's desk and dropped off Christmas gifts and told me, his a great guy to work with. Tim was also recommended by one of his neighbors who I am close friends with and trust. My car smelled like cigarettes even though no smokers are ever in my car. Opened the hood and noticed a huge pink blob. Turns out the plastic hose to the radiator was broken and I have been leaking coolant. Tim gave me the diagnosis, found a local store that carried my Toyota parts and had Gustavo repair that hose and another one. Took about three hours so I went home and got a ride back. Tim, Marie and Gustavo were super pleasant and helpful. It wasn't cheap but certainly reasonable and I prefer a job well done and trustworthy honest people first and foremost. I definitely would recommend this place and would come back if I had any problems. Located on 29 on the left across from the BMW dealership.

NOW GOOD BUSINESS would be to say- We can't take your car now but why don't you come back at X time on X day, but this woman just turned me away so they apparently don't want money or business since they just turned me away in a rude way. I would not recommend this shop or the Old Town Auto Body and Paint next door. My truck had a flat…read moreso I had to have the truck towed in because the spare tire winch was rusted out and there was no way to get the spare tire down. I asked them to to fix the flat tire and give me a quote for replacing the rusted out winch. When I picked up the truck and drove it home I measured the tire pressure and the tire is still not retaining air. ... They quoted me over $500 to replace the spare tire winch which is a $50 - $150 part and all it takes to replace is unscrewing two bolts. They also tried to up sell me $220 to have a repair made on one of the rear tires which does not have anything wrong with it. The person trying to up sell me on the rear tire repair did not even know that I brought the truck in to have the flat tire in the front fixed. I originally had Old Town Auto quote body damage on the front of the truck, they quoted a little over $1000. My insurance re-quoted the damage at $2,900 and then Old town ended up charging over $3200 for the repairs. I was quoted to have the repairs made in 7 days and it took over 2 weeks for them to finish the repairs. Do not trust this shop, they are dishonest and will not charge you a fair price.

If, say, you have an accident and need body work done, you'll take your car to Olde Towne Auto Body, and Automotive Service Garage will do the mechanical aspects of your repairs. For starters, this garage doesn't schedule appointments. They open at 7:30AM, and it's first come, first serve. They also don't keep cars there overnight (except for non-drivable vehicles), so if they aren't able to get to your car, you'll have to pick it up and return the next day at 7:30. It's a wonky system, but I guess it works for them. I took my car here twice--once after an accident and once for an oil change/general maintenance. For the accident, both Automotive Service Garage and Olde Towne Auto Body worked on my car. When I got my car back, I noticed that the alignment still felt a bit off, so I had to take it back about a week or so later. The guys were skeptical, but agreed to take a look. It turned out that they hadn't done the alignment correctly, and it was definitely off. They agreed to fix it at no additional charge, since it was their error and insurance had already covered everything, but it was kind of odd that they didn't notice the issue before they gave the car back to me. I returned when my car needed a "check-up" (oil change, check brakes, etc). They had a seasonal discount--10% off "all parts" according to the flyer--so I went with the special. My car needed a few extra things (transmission flush, among others), and they quoted me a price, and I told them to go ahead. When it was time to pick up the car, the bill they gave me was literally four times the amount they'd quoted me beforehand. They also hadn't taken off 10% for parts because, according to them, "all parts" on the flyer meant only a handful of parts. They agreed to give me a discount on the parts because of the misunderstanding, but the total was still quite a bit more than seemed reasonable. I also don't think it's very good practice to quote a price and then charge 4x that amount for the exact services agreed upon beforehand. All in all, going to Automotive Service Garage is like going to your dealer. They do a decent job, but you should expect to pay more. Also, if they give you a laundry list of things that "need" to get done, don't be afraid to pick and choose the most important ones (i.e. repairs to make the car safe) as opposed to everything they recommend.

LJ was calm, steady, and kind -- even when I tried to haggle (not my strength!). He never made me feel silly or out of place. He just guided me through it. And Zach in finance... he worked magic.
