The wrong parts were ordered, further delaying progress. It took 3 weeks after receiving a quote for them to start working on the car. It remained at their shop for another ~5-6 weeks - and the work still was not completed/ fully drive-able. Body work performed looks good, but all work internal to the car either a) did not get completed or b) had to be redone by my mechanics (who I ultimately had the car sent to to get it right). They tried to outsource electrical tasks to another shop, but it was punted back 2 weeks later with no progress. For example, I was charged for a new battery by Paintmasters that had to be replaced weeks later. My mechanic shop suspects the electrical issues I experienced with the car (which did not exist prior to leaving it with Paintmasters) may have been created due to lack of careful handling of battery and other electrical components within the car while welding and other grounding-adjacent tasks were being performed. Who knows (which in itself, is a problem)? I don't like giving out bad ratings, but the extra work that I needed performed downstream to my car after getting it back from them was not cool at all - and significantly decreased the value of what I paid for. Regardless, I paid (quite a bit) for services that were unsatisfactory.

In addition to my scheduled maintenance, I asked him to look into some damage on my wheels that I believed should be covered under my service plan. After reviewing the situation, Toyota initially determined that the repairs would not be covered. While I accepted the decision, I expressed my disappointment that the wheels on a truck I purchased for nearly $90,000 were already showing significant wear after less than two years. Rather than simply delivering the bad news and moving on, Ben took it upon himself to explore every possible option. He contacted multiple wheel contractors, discussed the situation with his management team, and even reached out to Toyota on my behalf. In total, I paid more than $400 just to have my fuses replaced. What's worse: the next day the headlights were not working. This time I took my Toyota Corolla LE to a trusted mechanic. He showed me that two fuses needed for the headlights relay were missing. He also showed me that simply pressing a button above the window controls would unlock all windows and that I had not needed new fuses at all. This dealership should be cited for poor business practices.

I showed up at 10:30am Saturday, 45minute drive from my house only to be told there working on the car now and it will not be ready until the afternoon. He never informed me that the car had not been worked on the day of the appointment. He basically waisted my day because I had to drive 45minutes back home and then back to Rockville in the afternoon to pick the car up. The recall free , tire rotation and oil change was $370!!! No compensation for the inconvenience. I won't be going back here.

I was a little hesitant but decided to check it out anyways. Online you're able to look at their inventory, and get the Carfax. I enjoyed that everything was linked together and it made browsing extremely easy. I was able to print off each car that I was interested in and bring the print out in. I was shown every car that I was interested in plus one more that fit my needs. I came back later that night to test drive the car with my boyfriend. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I worked mostly with the employee Sam. He was very nice and knowledgeable... Plus extremely patient. The dealership allowed me to take the car the next day to my mechanic to get it looked at. There were a couple of minor things I wanted corrected before purchasing. The dealership had no problem fixing all of my requests for free. When it came time to actually purchasing a car Sam was helpful when dealing with my bank for an auto loan. If you are in the area and looking to purchase a car give this place a thought.

The price was reasonable and he was already providing great service without me being a customer. I'm thankful that Airpark Towing was in the area. I highly recommend. I took my car to Herson's because of the customer satisfaction ratings (other Kia dealerships are closer) and I was not disappointed. Brian, my service manager, was very professional, responsive and personable. He quoted me a time of 2 hours and I was out the door in under that. Additionally, I had some additional requests and he personally saw they were handled appropriately. The waiting area was clean and bright. The WiFi was free and secure. My latest repair, a leaky value stem on my 1967 Chevy Camaro. Kyle at the front desk understood my slowly deflating tire situation and squeezed me in despite their busy schedule and lack of appointment.
