We saw a car we were interested in online and were able to come into the dealership and test drive it the same day. Everyone at the dealership was approachable and welcoming. And the best part was my kids were able to play, eat snacks, and read while we were going over paperwork! My mom bought a car from Echo Park as well back in 2020 and had a great experience then, which is what brought us back this time as well. And when the time comes further down the road we will definitely be back a third time! Thank you Julian, you are the best!

Got there and waited 40 minutes before we were approached by sales rep. We are from out of town and only went to Echo Park because of their seven day return policy. Time to find out it doesn't apply if you have a trade-in. Also, if it exceeds 250 miles that dishonor the seven day return policy as well. Plus a $700 protection spray that MUST be purchased on all vehicles. At this point 99% chance I wouldn't get a car here. Just waiting to get trade in value and "bottom dollar" Sales manager is quite deceptive, brash, emotionless in his dealings. We fell into the old wait wait wait wait wait and wait longer game with this cast of clowns. Problem is the longer I wait the more furious I get. The presentation took past 5:00 PM. Which means we couldn't go to the bank and get a cashiers check., as they will only accept $5000 on a debit card, which forces you into financing - go figure. Example of their magical math. Sticker price on the car was $23k, had a $4k trade in, bottom line was $22k - GOT MY KEYS FROM MY TRADE IN AND WENT HOME I couldn't get the bottom dollar until I got my keys and was leaving after a 30 minute wait ! When I'm leaving , suddenly they run to me with a laptop and the spreadsheet with the cost - screw them and the utter waste of time at this trash hole!!!!! Only a fool would deal with Ben and his cast of clowns

When we sat down with our assigned salesperson, he asked if I wanted to trade in her car. I asked what they would offer. He briefly stepped away before returning to present the offer. I didn't think he was gone long enough for someone to appraise the car. I had previously checked the trade-in value, so I knew about what to expect. Their offer was a laughable, lowball offer. I then went to Auto Nation, Carmax, and Carvana. All of them offered to buy it at the trade-in value. I told that to our salesperson and asked him to ask the used car manager to reconsider his offer, and this time look at and drive the car. He then increased his offer to a reasonable amount. I shouldn't have had to go through the trouble to get other offers. After we bought the car and were about to drive off, I was handed one of the license plates and told they didn't install it because front plates were no longer required. That didn't sound right, so the next day I checked with the DMV and was told they were required. I told our salesperson what I found out, and he said they were told by management that they were not required. I went to the service department and they installed it. When I sat down with the finance and insurance manager to do the paperwork, I was charged for a license. Our car had military plates and there was no fee for them. I told him we shouldn't have to pay for them. He was adamant that we did have to pay for them and said I could go to the county tax office and apply for a refund. Given the handling of the trade-in offer, the misinformation provided regarding the front license plate, and the excess charge for licensing, I felt it was important for the general manager to be informed of my experience. I requested a meeting with him. I explained my experience. He was somewhat apologetic and said I wouldn't have to go to the county tax office for a refund, his office would send it to me. He also said at the next sales meeting he would advise the salespeople that a front license plate was required. A month after we purchased the car, we hadn't received the car's title nor registration. I called the DMV to find out why the delay. I was informed that they had not yet received any documents from Northpark Lexus. I called our salesperson to find out why they hadn't sent the documents. He said he would check and call me right back. He didn't call me. A few days later, I sent him an email and that was not answered. I decided to just wait. Finally, about two months after we bought the car, the title and registration arrived. As I expected, I wasn't charged for the license, but I was charged a fee for late receipt of the documents and another fee for late receipt of sales tax. So, as it turned out, the money Northpark charged me for the license paid all the late fees. I emailed the finance and insurance manager and copied the GM to let them know I wasn't billed for the license and requested the refund that the GM had promised. It has been approximately one month since I sent the email, and I have yet to receive a response. Had I known then what I know now, I would have likely bought the new car from a different dealership. I never imagined a prestigious dealership like Northpark Lexus at Dominion would have been so unprofessional.

When my windshield cracked -- beginning at the top edge where the glass meets the frame -- I attempted to file a claim, only to discover after multiple phone calls and weeks of delay that the policy apparently only covers road-hazard damage, a limitation that is not clearly communicated when the warranty is sold. The claim was denied, despite the fact that the crack originated at the frame and did not appear to be caused by a rock strike. I spent months attempting to resolve the issue with the service manager, who repeatedly indicated he would "try to help" by contacting the warranty company, but ultimately stopped responding altogether. After six months of worsening damage, I requested to speak with the general manager. He never returned my call. Instead, a service advisor contacted me and explicitly suggested that I file a new claim and say that I "caught a rock yesterday" so that the warranty company would approve the repair. To be clear, this was a suggestion to misrepresent the facts in order to obtain coverage -- something I refused to do. Between: --Misleading warranty sales practices --Weeks-long delays in basic information --Ignored calls and emails --Failure of management to respond And finally being advised to falsify a claim, this has been one of the most disappointing dealership experiences I have had in decades of vehicle ownership. I purchased a luxury vehicle expecting professional and ethical service. Instead, I received evasiveness, poor communication, and advice that crossed a serious ethical line. Buyers should carefully read the fine print on any extended warranty sold here and document all communications. I would strongly caution others before relying on this dealership for warranty service.
