Me and my wife were recently in the market, for a newer used truck, since we had recently sold our other truck, that our family had outgrew. We were in the market for a crew cab to accommodate the grandkids, on camping trips, and such. We had been looking at vehicles for the past six months, and finally agreed on a particular make and model. Well, it seems that this was also a lot of other people's favorite model as well, and we were always a day late in a lot of cases. By the time we would see the add listed on CarGurus, carfax, or Cars, the vehicle was either already sold, or spoken for. Until, I found what I was looking for at Sill TerHar motors. I sent an email requesting a call back, so that we could make an appointment to test drive the truck. I then heard back from Paul Farrow. From the beginning to end, he was great to deal with. He never pressured me into the purchase of the vehicle, and not only let me test drive the vehicle once, but a second time the following Saturday (during the day), for a couple hours, to get a better feel for the vehicle. We came back to the office, negotiated the price, and purchased the vehicle. I honestly was dreading the day, I had to sit down and negotiate the purchase of another vehicle. Don't buy from this dealership. On November 24, a friend referred me here, so I drove 100 miles south to check out a vehicle. I met with Colin, who was nice and pleasant, and after test-driving a few cars, I ended up purchasing a 2022 Lincoln. The very next morning, when I went to leave, my driver's seat was completely disconnected from the base frame. I immediately sent a picture to Colin, who told me they would take care of it. The next day he said his manager would "make this right." Two days later, I finally heard from Colin's manager, Kelly, who also promised he'd talk to the DP and get this resolved. And then--nothing. Colin and Kelly both ghosted me, and as of Dec 8 I'm still stuck with a broken seat in a vehicle I just bought. I've been in the car business for 12 years, and I have never seen service like this. I've never purchased a defective vehicle and then been ignored by both the salesman and the manager. Extremely Disappointed - Buyers Beware We purchased a 2025 Lincoln Navigator Black Label from Sill-TerHar in Broomfield, CO, and the experience was nothing short of DISAPPOINTING. The vehicle was delivered with TWO large black scratches on the rear tailgate!! Damages the dealership was fully aware of before the sale and mentioned they noticed them. Instead of taking responsibility and ensuring the vehicle matched "brand-new" condition, they refused to cover the cost of the paint repair!!!!!!!! Our salesman, Kyle, only added to the frustration. His communication was POOR, updates were INCONSISTENT, and we felt our concerns were brushed aside rather than addressed. For a luxury purchase of this magnitude, we expected transparency, professionalism, and follow-through. We got NONE of those things. In the end, we had to have a problem fixed that NEVER should have been ours to deal with. This is not the level of service or integrity a luxury dealership should provide. Sill-TerHar Motors - Extremely Disappointed - Buyers Beware 2025 Lincoln Navigator, Black Label Edition. - Car Dealers Near Me - Broomfield, Colorado

I brought my vehicle to Sil-Terhar Ford in Broomfield for routine tire service, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing. When the vehicle was returned to me, I noticed fresh scratch damage on all four wheels. The marks were identical in pattern and clearly consistent with damage from a tire-mounting machine and wheels being slid or stacked against each other. These scratches were absolutely not present before service. To make matters worse, two TPMS sensors failed immediately after the service. Sil-Terhar replaced both without hesitation--which strongly suggests they were damaged during the tire installation. Despite the obvious correlation between the service performed, the matching scratch patterns, and the immediate TPMS failures, the dealership has refused to take responsibility for the wheel damage beyond applying two small spots of touch-up paint to one rim. No further repair was offered, even though the damage is present on all four wheels. I've attempted to resolve this professionally through the service department, but I've been met with denial rather than accountability. I take very good care of my vehicle, and it's frustrating to have it returned with damage that occurred during a simple service appointment. I hope management will reconsider and do the right thing--repair the wheels properly and ensure this doesn't happen to other customers. read more

Ugh. I want to give them 5 stars, but after they took my money and I drove off with the truck, all the promises I was made were forgotten. With the exception of Ty in finance. He is a 5 star gentleman. I bought a used Raptor. I had negotiated picking up a couple of parts after at dealer cost. Simply I get some parts at their cost. My initial experience when leasing the car was fine. Kelly was helpful and easy to work with. Service was acceptable through the lease. Near the end of the lease they emailed me to buy the car. I tried many times to call after the email and nobody answered their phone. I finally used Kelly's cell. They said they would take the car early and it would be a wash. Then they called a day later to tell me I would have to pay a $1600 fee. I decided to accept even though they said it would cost nothing. I made arrangements to deliver the car and made arrangements with another dealer to buy their car. When I went in we signed the paperwork. I gave them the check. Then we went to sign the odometer statement and we were told they now couldn't do the deal and I would have to buy out my remaining payments. I believe when you make a commitment, even a verbal commitment, you honor it. We will see if they honor theirs. Their sales manager Cole was very aggressive during the conversation. He clearly isn't one who cares about building a customer for life. I lease two luxury cars every few years and go where I feel appreciated. A deal that was supposed to be an even deal, at their request, may now cost me $2600. Not ok. Update - after my initial review the sales manager, Cole, decided he didn't like my review. So he said we shouldn't do business together. Fair enough. I feel the same way. So I picked up my vehicle and now have two vehicles for the next two months. If you decide to do business with this organization make sure everything is in writing and don't count on their word. read more

Customer service is nonexistent. Make an appointment two weeks ago for Friday. Discussed that I need the car over the weekend and would be done? Yes. Made appointment for 9:00. They sent me a message can it be at 9:45. Fine. They will pick up car at my office. 8:15 text from driver saying that they will drop off their current car and come over to get mine. (5 minute drive) I am not there. I planned on 9:00 to 9:45. Guy picks it at 9:06. Fine. Get call at 3:26 pm saying that the parts will be $326. Ok. (The issue was when the car turns on the is a message on the screen that says "tire pressure sensor failure") (oh $206 diagnostic fee) At 5:00 they can't get it in, everyone left. Leave my car because my car is "first in line at quick lane". Now I finally called. They haven't even started on the repair. I could go on to other miscellaneous things but I think this shows my frustrations. read more

Austin, Kaid's manager...just as awesome. Yes, there were hitches, the other sales manager I dealt with was difficult -- I felt not up to Austin's caliber. This is geared towards the service department for Ford. There are are so many things I wish I could say but I'll stick with what the real problem is. Bought tires almost a year ago, had a flat a week ago took it in to get replaced, took 6 hours to "fix" the tire. Now here we are a week later, another flat, same tire my husband is on the side of the road trying to get the tire off but they put it on so f****** tight he can't even get it off! I had a recall on my truck, decided to take it to Omera Ford instead, they came to my home to take care of the recall, free of charge and were done within 20 minutes, but it took 6 hours for these jokes to fix 1 tire. This place is an absolute joke, once I have more patience to write my review about the other so called "service" I have had there you'll seen an update. Just bought a car 2 months ago and it popped a check engine light. Was advised to call and have Service run a diagnostic. So that's what I did. Was put on an extensive hold by Alex (rude and has serious attitude) and so I called back to be told there's nothing they will do and I should take it to Chevy dealer. I simply expresses my frustration for the response as anyone would do. Then received call from Shane (don't trust this guy, total jerk) who offered a "complimentary diagnostic" and a lecture about my language for saying the situation was bs and not acceptable. Shane if you treat people poorly, expect to receive a poor response. I wouldn't buy for this dealer ever again. Their rating is 2 Star for a reason, take your business anywhere else. read more

I dropped my car off for a service and decided to walk into the sales room floor to look at a vehicle to potential purchase next month. When I looked around for a sales person there were 2 in the back corner on their cell phones... we made eye contact and then they went right back to their phones. I proceeded to look at the cars inside the showroom on my own. After about 2 minutes of playing with the vehicles a sales person came out of the office and decided to help me. Paul Farrow was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. It's unfortunate that I won't be making a purchase at this location due to my experience with the other individuals. If you plan on shopping at this location make sure you work with Paul and no one else as hes the only one that deserves the commission. Sillterhar has very unethical business practices. We were told today by our sales agent that the car we wanted and had requested months prior was available. We instantly said that we would wire the money immediately (that minute) and sign all documents. We were then told only minutes later that the car had been promised to numerous people at the same time and whoever could drive to the dealership the quickest gets the car. I come from a world of honesty and integrity and this dealership has none of those qualities. What kind of business operates in that fashion? Stay away from Silthar, I surely will and will be buying my car from a different dealership for sure. read more

Today I went to Sil Ter Har to resolve a safety issue in my car arising from a faulty/recalled part. Instead of helping me, a service manager told me all the reasons he could not help me, and then cursed me out! The heat has not worked in my Expedition all winter, the blower motor has a recall on it. In the freezing/subzero temps we've had in Colorado, it has been dangerous to drive my family without the heat. But worse, the windshield has been freezing up dangerously, blocking my view on the road. I'd have the kids in the car and even the wiper fluid would freeze, and I'd suddenly be driving blind. I've been driving with a can of de-icer in the center console. Even the de-icer freezes up in the cold we've been experiencing! I'm a mom driving my kids and this has been incredibly unsafe, because the heat isn't blowing on the windshield to keep it clear. Sil Ter Har service team told me about the recalled motor in November, but said the part was on backorder. I then kept checking back to get it fixed for the past two months but was told repeatedly the part was unavailable/on backorder etc. With no word on when it would be available, and no other fix offered or provided. Today I asked if the guys at my local Big O if they could look at it and see if there was anything they could do. They said the blower motor had indeed arc'd and melted, including melting the resistor connectors - in itself a safety issue. They said they could fix it, putting in a new motor - an aftermarket model that did not have any recall - today. Because it would be an aftermarket part, not a Ford blower motor, I wouldn't have the fire danger in the car. And they'd need to replace the resistors. Total bill = $1300. But they wouldn't be able to get that reimbursed from Ford. I'd need to pay it out of pocket. I went back to the dealership, thinking they'd have a better solution, given that it was Ford's faulty part causing the issue. Or at least could help me advocate to get a reimbursement from Ford? Instead, the interaction with service manager Jason Graves went like this: 1. "I need to cut you off. I'm totally backed up" This was before I could explain the issue I was having. 2. He was at his desk speaking to me wearing mirrored sunglasses - indoors. It was very hard to see if he was looking at me while talking or what? He didn't preemptively explain why he was wearing these indoors; it felt disrespectful. I mentioned it was hard to tell if he was looking at me? He then said he wore them was because the sun bothers him given meds he takes for an injured wrist. This seemed strange to me, because we were inside, not in the sun. 3. He looked up the car and said he could, as an interim fix, put in another blower motor - but the same recalled faulty mode that was recalled and had started a meltdown in my car. He said that would "be like lighting money on fire." 4. Even if I was willing to take on the fire risk of replacing the melted blower motor with the same faulty model, he could not cover the cost of the replacement of the connectors that were melted by arc'ing from the faulty part. 5. I asked why Ford would not cover the fix of a part damaged in a fire caused by the faulty part, which was now under recall. He told me: "You understand I'm not Ford right?" 6. He had no other solution to offer me until Q2 when they'd have the new motors. By then, of course, the winter would be over. I asked if I could get this fixed outside by another provider, and if he could then help me submit it for reimbursement with Ford. He said: "They don't pay me to do that." I was shocked at that response. I said I found the whole interaction to be poor service, mirrored sunglasses indoors, telling me 18 different ways that he cannot help me. He then said "I've told you but you don't give a sh&" Wow. My family has been a customer at Sil-Ter-Har for a long time. We will not be back. read more

We bought a used EV from them that qualified for a $4,000 rebate. They did not do the paperwork correctly and we have not been able to get our rebate. We have spent HOURS dealing with this and are having to resort to small claims court. They have finally (this is one year later) tried to correct their mistake but we have NO MONEY and now we are having to hire a tax specialist to deal with this. THEY HAVE NEVER APOLOGIZED. read more

I visited Sill-TerHar Motors to test drive a few new luxury vehicles. I found Eric Smith to be easy to work with and very informed about his product offerings. We took out a Jaguar XE which was nice but not exactly what I was looking for. Eric was patient as I test drove a Maserati Ghibli and continued to browse the new and used car inventory. Sill-TerHar Motors offered the most incredible deal on a new (285 miles on the odometer) 2017 Jaguar F Type British Design Edition which was discounted $40k from MSRP. The car went under contract with another lucky buyer before I decided to act on the amazing deal. I spent several days scouring car posting boards and dealership websites and never found another offer that was nearly as good as this one. I would gladly return to Sill-TerHar to purchase a luxury vehicle...And I would ask for Eric...He was fantastic. read more

Not upset or angry, just trying to explain why I wasn't happy and provide some ideas for how things could have been handled differently, etc.. I spent some time writing it up, as if I was in his shoes I'd want to understand how I might either fix this situation, or at least improve things going forward. This dealership is currently gouging prices in a dishonest manner. They list on price on the sticker, but then add almost $3000 in non-negotiable costs such as a windshield warranty for $999 and clear coat protectant for $1500. If these addons are non-negotiable just them to the sticker price. The Mazda we looked at was listed at $34700 by my banks car buying service and on dealerships website. But when we tried to purchase the car the price ended up at $39,000. This is a classic bait and switch. Don't fall for this dishonesty, Buy from another more honest dealer! read more
