I own a 2018 Honda Civic LX, and after experiencing issues with the air conditioning system, I took…read moremy vehicle to this dealership because the A/C condenser is covered under Honda's warranty extension/service bulletin for this model. After inspecting my vehicle, I was charged over $250 for the diagnostic evaluation. I was then informed that the condenser replacement would not be covered under the warranty because it was leaking. I was also told that under California law, the dealership was not permitted to perform any repairs on the A/C system due to the leak. Following that explanation, I asked what it would cost to repair the issue if it was not covered under warranty, and I was quoted approximately $3,000 to replace the A/C condenser. FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER USING THIS DEALERSHIP!!! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Long Beach Honda is currently helping me with this issue and didn't charge me a penny and is helping get in contact with corporate to get my money back.
