A change in both cars and jobs drastically changed my opinion after one summer month with my then-new black car with black leather interior and working normal hours where I'd leave with the sun beating down on it. The interior was hotter than Tartarus and took ten times as long to cool down. After a lot of research I decided on Bespoke because their reviews were great! I made an appointment and met with Kris to talk options and timing. Kris was fabulous. This remarkably was a different experience for me because there were no attempts at upselling, add-ons, or biases present. Kris asked questions that identified what would work best for me, offered options, and the entire time was thoughtful. I can count on one hand how many car-related businesses have treated me with as much consideration and respect that Kris did. Typically I am dismissed, disregarded, or talked down to when dealing with car-related businesses from auto part shops to car mechanics. This was a stellar experience for me. Go to Bespoke for transparent pricing, expert care, and the best results! Now my car is very comfortable in the summer, I feel better because my skin is not baking, and it has lasted! I also feel safer! I have light sensitivity and I used to only be able to glance quickly out the passenger windows when merging if there were any cars that reflected the sun, but with the tinting I can carefully and completely assess and see my surroundings. And during the night it equally is great because I can quickly see headlights separated from surrounding ambiant light like building lights and street lights. I hadn't realized how hard my eyes were working until the strain was eliminated and driving became fun again. I went from thinking this was a frivolous expense to seeing it as the best purchase. Sam and the guys diagnosed it and originally recommended a bigger repair job, but since I'm planning to sell the car soon, I explained that I just needed a solid, reasonable fix so I could drive it safely and not pass problems to the next owner. They worked with me on the price and got it down to around $600 instead of the original estimate. After the first repair the check engine light came back almost immediately, which honestly stressed me out, but I texted Sam and he told me to bring it back the next morning. They took care of it without giving me a hard time, did additional work, and since then the car has been driving much smoother with no shaking and no check engine light. I can't personally verify every single thing that was replaced, but at the end of the day the problem got fixed and they backed the work with a 6 month / 2000 mile warranty, which gave me peace of mind. This establishment does not participate in Groupon since the quality of materials is much better here and they do not cut corners. Trimming is all done by hand with craftsmanship and pride in the product. This place also has experience with applying Tesla cars which can be important. Since there are establishments that will not touch these cars. We discussed pricing and this place came in about average for other places.
