I recently acquired a new vehicle which wasn't exactly my first choice. However, after bringing my new ride into Autotronica in Anaheim, it is safe to say I'm falling HARD!! Communication with Garrett was top notch from beginning to end. I had called in a few times to make an appointment, but then ended up rescheduling due to my own work schedule. Garrett sent me a pic of color options for the stitching that would be on my new black leather seats. I trusted him when he suggested the Bermuda blue, even though I was leaning towards the Bahama blue. He was right on the money!! I was ecstatic when they delivered my vehicle!! I arrived there at 9 am, and they said they'd be done by about 2 pm. I had a friend pick me up and of course we went to EAT!! lol I returned around 1:30 and they were just about done. I probably waited another 20 minutes or so, until the wait was over. I am completely satisfied with how they turned out! I believe it was Brian who walked me out to see my fresh leather. He was informative and friendly, giving me tips on how to care for my leather. The entire staff was friendly and happen to meet Sasha, their "guard dog" while you're there, you're in for a treat!! She is so sweet and loves being petted behind her ears! Garrett, Anthony, Brian and Robert were awesome! Robert happens to be a huge Raider fan, so I gave him some trouble about that, haha!! Chargers alllll day, babyyy!!! I should drop a star just for that, but I won't, lol!! I'll be nice because these guys are rock stars at what they do. The reviews don't lie. If and when I move back to CA, I'd love to go back for them to do other mods. They install electronic running boards, ambient lighting, you name it, they can probably do it. Trust me when I say you're in good hands here. If you're thinking about it, stop. Just DO IT!! You'll be glad you did. You're welcome in advance! Edited to add: I forgot to mention they had my BLUE BOW!! I told the dealership that I wanted a blue bow (not a red one that everyone else gets, because I'm not everyone.. I am BOUGIE FABULOUS!!) so they had to order it. Not sure how Autotronica ended up with my bow instead of the dealership but Garrett presented it to me when I got there. I went through them because my insurance referred me to them to get my sunroof glass repaired. I went through sunroof express and they ordered the wrong parts so It ended up being two weeks without my car. It was only supposed to be one week to get the part in and the labor would take a day and a half. But Because of somebody's incompetence, I had to wait longer. Also, what I did not like was that when I called them to ask about when my vehicle would be ready for pick up the guy stated oh nobody called you? The lack of decorum and professionalism as far as work duties go is super lacking in this department. I don't know if they need to get a better clerk in order to communicate that to their customers, but I was very upset, and had to do more labor by calling my insurance, and Calking my car rental to extend the amount of days I initially had. And Initially, when I dropped off my car, I got it towed since I couldn't drive it. They say they open at 7 AM but I called literally 15 times from seven until 815 and nobody picked up. That really bothered me. If those are not your hours, please update them because everywhere I checked, it said 7 AM and even when I called that's what, the service rep said the day before as well. I finally got my vehicle back today and my rooftop glass windshield is finally fixed and I have my baby home. Looks like they did a pretty good job no issues and everything works with my sliding glass rooftop. read more

Wow! I decided to upgrade my Jeep Wrangler to some nice leather interior since my cloth seats were starting to look old and my dog hair stuck to it like Velcro. I ordered thru Katzkin and this was the shop the sent me to for installation. I was actually referred to the Reseda location as it was a bit closer to me in DTLA. While I wish the trek out there wasn't as long as it was, I cannot take away from their review for that detail. This install went beyond my expectations. My car looks like it just rolled off the assembly line with a new stock leather interior. I can not emphasize how happy I am that I did this. Also, can't beat the cost. $1600 for brand new leather interior, front and back seats AND installation. If you're on the fence, just do it! You won't regret it.
