Then they charged me to balance them again, even though this was their fault. I recently just had them put another set of tires on one of our company vehicles and two out of four of the valve stems went bad and of course they wanted to charge an additional $15 for their mistake. This location's quality has went way down and we're having issues. We should not have. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

After insisting, I was told they would call me when parts became available, but the overall experience felt unhelpful and lacking in communication--especially for something as important as a recall that already has an official fix released. I hope they improve their process for handling recall appointments and customer follow-up.

With pull towing, it would not exceed 2 hours. However, they ultimately charged me double the agreed-upon price because their driver insisted on lifting, and they didn't inform me. They forced me to pay or threatened to drop the trailer off at the auction when they didn't follow the instructions.

I walked in AutoVaun to ask how much it would cost to replace the lower arm brushings on a '99 Buick Century. The same day a different auto center, who changed my oil, had said they were cracked and would cost about $650 to replace and install them. I wanted to shop around for the best value and I went to AutoVaun to compare and I am glad I did! The owner of AutoVaun came out and talked with me and had me drive my car into his shop and we both looked at the arm brushings together. He showed me that they did not need to be replaced and that the other auto center was trying to rip me off. He also took the opportunity to clean the underside, which just had an oil change by that other auto center, and had oil everywhere. He did not charge me a penny for this great service. The owner told me even in oil changes he directs his mechanics to clean up after, which this other auto center did not. I was contemplating of selling this car because of so many "repairs" that needed to be done, but AutoVaun truly will only do the repairs that are truly warranted. He saved me a lot of money and stress. This is the most honest and trustworthy business in the auto service industry in the entire valley! I would recommend AutoVaun to anyone. read more

The thing I like about Josh (The owner and operator) is this. I asked to have my brakes changed. He explained, after looking at it, that it still had 30% life still left. He explained why they felt the way it did and educated me on why I shouldn't spend money on repairs I really don't need. Any other shop would have simply changed them and made money. These guys are informative and put a lot into making customers comfortable. I send 3 of my cars there because I trust Josh and the crew with my wifes car as well. read more

Autovaun is an exceptionally good repair shop. I had a major component (intake manifold) replaced on my car and not only was the job completed ahead of schedule, but they accurately quoted the replacement cost and assured me that they would get the part from Toyota so that I would know I had a quality replacement.
