He was at our spot with a tow truck in about 30 mins and called us an hour or so later to inform me of what was wrong. He laid out the options. Was very transparent and gave us a rough timeline. While he had the car he sent updates on when he ordered parts, when they arrived at the shop and how far along he was with the work. This was critical for me as I had to drive back to Chicago in a rental and needed to coordinate when I'd make the drive back to Cincy to pick up my car. The car is like new. I felt a little nervous driving it back right after getting the work done but it performed great on the road and I made it back to Chicago with no issues. I wish he was based in Chicago so I could take the car to him with any future issues. Hopefully we never get stranded in Cincy again, but if we do I find some peace in knowing we have someone great to take it to.

He is polite, friendly and asks several questions so he can fully understand your problem and sort out the fix. - They always seem to have a lot of cars in their lot, however don't get scared off. Saw The flange has had the bolts replaced with non oem bolts, but that's not as big of a deal as the black rtv covering the sealing surface around the flange. Theres no good reason to have done this other than the repair being done poorly or trying to reuse an already leaking flange. Not very happy to have to deal with this level of work.
