I was trying to pay for my customer but for literally no reason he forced them to come and pay cash because he said he has no credit card machine. Really nice for that elderly couple to see another customer paying with a card right after they had a bad accident and just wanted us to take care of it for them. Nope Johnny U's wouldn't allow that for literally no reason at all. Their outdated equipment also caused more damage to the customers Audi when towing it, causing it to be a total loss.

Porsche told me to tow it in. Sounded serious. They inspected, called to say "I am going to transfer you to sales to purchase a new one" Then explained either that or I can pay 40k for a new engine (6 figures for a car 4 years ago and it needs a new engine) Left me with no loaner and no car for two weeks. After complaints and letting them know that every mechanic I spoke with told me the mechanics here destroyed your car, and multiple calls to Porsche NA (who informed me they will do nothing to fix the problem) I got a loaner, then "we can take 5k off the price" HAHAHAHAHAH. Weeks later I finally had it and gave a more aggressive call and then they come back with $15k off a $40k engine replacement. They then suggest to try insurance. So my insurance totals my car, says the repair cost is more than the cars value, and now 4 years, tens of thousands in yearly maintenance and 100k later I have no car. Cherry on top - they are charging me a fee for looking at the engine they destroyed and charging me for towing my car in (after telling me the tow would be free) Really? Kick you while you're down after totaling and junking your car. zero accountability.

Made an appointment for a couple days out. Took about an hour for them to do it. When I went to pay it turns out they're charging an extra $9.50 because my car needed 6 qts instead of 5. I specifically asked for a quote on MY make and model car and they quoted 5 qts... Wait it gets better... They also charged me an extra $14.95 for an oil filter!! $3 for oil disposal and $1.99 for shop supplies. Never in my 20 yrs of driving and getting oil changes have I ever had to pay extra for a filter, shop supplies or to dispose of oil! THEY ONLY REVEALED ADDITIONAL CHARGES AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE WHICH WAS DONE ON PURPOSE TO DECEIVE ME CONSIDERING THE OIL AND FILTER COSTS $38 BUCKS. So the original $74.95 turned into over $100 QUOTE YOUR CUSTOMERS ACCURATELY BEFORE YOU TOUCH THEIR CARS. Would have gotten 5 stars if I paid what was quoted. It's not about the money, it's about integrity and transparency.
