There is too many lazy kids that supposedly (work). I went in for a couple of relays for my truck. Need I mind you the guy I talked to earlier said they had them when I got there another guy said we don't even sell them. I pulled up the AutoZone app I've got on my phone to show him and he still said they don't sell them. AutoZone get your shit together. Please see picture. I recommend going somewhere else AutoZone is trash now in my eyes. That store needs to be closed down and rebooted and fire all the lazy people. Just saying! I won't go back until I know that all the lazy people are gone. This is absolutely ridiculous I'll drive the extra miles to go to Oreilly's or Napa or even Advanced auto parts. Went by there this afternoon needed couple things but couldn't find tire caps so when it was my turn they asked if I needed anything else I said yes tire caps so cashier said isle 4 so I got them got back in line 4 people in front of me then same cashier was asked by another customer where item was and the same cashier that sent me to isle 4 went and got the item for the next guy so he wouldn't loose his spot, come on dude keep it consistent that was really messed up. Frantic call for a help from a friend with starting problem and after jump starting the car, ended up coming here to test out the battery. They got this nifty tester that will tell you about the battery conditions and also the charging system. Ended up buying new battery and installing it on site. Had 3 different batteries to choose ranging from low $100 to $190. Clerk was informative on warranty, free replacement period and price. He even loaned tools to replace it, gave advice on how to do it. He even helped changing it out. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing new batteries. read more

Showed up here with a drained battery in a pinch. Guy at the counter said "our battery reader is down." I only had an hour to get this done and the employee there, went out of his way to find a battery reader and get us on our way. Really helped us out. read more

Had a problem with van battery, went to Auto Zone to have it checked.....needed a new one.....employee said he was to busy to help, was the only worker in store, so he finally came to help. Later that day was got stuck would not crank up. To make a long story short, the person didn't connect the battery cables appropriately. :-(. Not good customer service. read more

Super upset with this store from customer service to the knowledge this employee had this at this location. Went today around 830ish to get some oil to which this girl didn't even offer the oil filter. And just to find out it was actually on sale when u bought the oil the filter was included. And that was just the being. we also needed a break switch as well to which they claimed they had one in the system and when she went to go look for it she couldn't find it nor knew when they would get a replenishment. Which at this point she probably had no clue how to find it because we then had to go to another store to pick it up. we also got rear lights bulbs to which she checked on the computer "SUPPOSEDLY" only to give us the wrong freaking ones!!! Like seriously!!! What are u doing here if u can't even help to get us the right light bulbs?. Not to mention that she didn't ask if we had the rewards and when we told her about scanning the card she still had an attitude only to freaking find out she wasn't even given us the best service nor right items we needed! Like any brick and mortar auto parts store, autozone is a bit high on their prices. This location seems to consistently be under staffed as there is always a long line waiting for parts or waiting to pay. The hours and location are convenient and there is a pretty decent selection of items stocked at the store. Be wary of the advice the workers give you, they are running a parts counter and are not certified mechanics for a reason. read more

I have been to this store a few times. The first time was for blinker lights. My Son helped me to install those because they are a little hard to reach. The lights did not work and I exchanged them at another location. What should have took 30 minutes took nearly 2 hours to install, un-install - then go exchange and re install. Ok - I did not rate that experience previously. Today I went to get battery for my riding tractor mower. This store is not close to me - but neither are any others. I bought the battery for higher price than I have ever paid. Took it home and it was dead. Drove 30 minutes back and exchanged for what was "assured" to be charged. Took it home and it was not. They sold me 2 dead batteries. Think I will exchange the battery at another reliable location that will not continue to waste 2 hours ++ of my day with bad parts EVERY TIME I go there. read more

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! Went to get a battery, was assisted by Parts Manager Courtney. He was kind, intelligent, honest, and totally calm in a sea of customers who all wanted his attention at once! He was literally running around trying to help as many customers at once, plus answering the never ending phone calls that were coming in!
