Terrible service. Asked them to use the diagnostic tool on my car and the man working there refused to do so. I explained what lights were on and he kept saying it was my tire pressure, which it wasn't, and continued to refuse to check out the issue for me. I came to O'Reilly Auto Parts because they were one of two retailers who install a battery located in the trunk. I went to another auto parts store but they refused to install it because of "liability issues." I physically am capable of changing a car battery located in the trunk, but now it's principle especially when you charge $18 until I return the old battery, which is why I called around to see who would install a trunk battery. O'Reilly said it wouldn't be an issue and I can right away. The equivalent of the battery I was going to buy at the first retailer was actually cheaper at O'Reilly and they installed it for me without any issues. I highly recommend O'Reilly for their customer service and prices! read more

The staff was very accommodating and the salesperson installed a new battery and wiper blades while I sat in my car. No waiting, no hype, no drama. I drive an Acura RSX and my headlight's been out for a week now so figured I'd get it changed before a cop pulls me over... I've done this myself before but it's kinda a pain and I really don't want to get my hands dirty before going to a birthday party so I figured I'd just go to a Napa or something. Napa had changed my lights out before, it doesn't require any unscrewing things or taking parts out, and another store had done it before so I stopped by. Long story short, the Napa guy was not helpful. He suggested pulling my whole headlight out, which I even pulled out my owner's manual and showed him no you don't. So moving on.... Stopped by Advanced Auto Parts down the street. They don't help you change it out. Forget it. Called O'Reilly's as a last resort, Paul was the guy who answered the phone and he was helpful, and told me should be no problem. I arrived 3 minutes later. And no joke, it took him like maybe 10 minutes to get the lights bulb installed. Other guys at Napa that did that took a good 20-30 min. He was friendly and helpful while he's changing the bulb out, and it's my lucky day cuz turned out he's a Honda guy himself so he's quite familiar with Honda/Acura's. One of the easiest and least painful car related issue experience I've ever had. Next time, O'Reilly will be my first stop. read more

"Angel" answers my call to see if they are in fact open today, 4th of July. Most stores don't have their google listings updated so I was confirming their hours. He says "yeah" and as I'm saying "sorry to hear you are working tod" CLICK! He hangs up on me! Now, did he really expect me to be ok with that and come shop at his store? So he can provide me with excellent customer service while I'm there? What if I have a question while I'm there? He's just gonna walk away half way through me explaining what it is that I need? Whoops! Angel will be having a little chat with his stores GM... on a holiday... that I initially felt bad for him having to work on this holiday. I really hope that's not the standard held at this location... Cause that's my first impression! No thanks! read more

I called looking for a brake controller for my Jeep , the man who answered in parts would not go the distance and tell me if they had the wire harness that would fit my SUV, and he would not even take the time to look all the while giving me an attitude. Yes, I found exactly what I needed from another store. You will never get my money if you are going to act sexist and assume that us gals do not know what we need or what we want, this kind of attitude does not belong in 2018. If you do not train your employees to respect everyone regardless if they have a wanker or not you will loose money. Tragic on your part since I need a new battery and other things for my Jeep, guess I will not be buying it from here. read more

The staff was great as always on providing the best deal possible to build my loyalty. They give me the best suggestions for my car's performance and longevity. This store is equivalent to terrible. They usually know less than I do about fixing cars and even the parts themselves. I always do my research about what is the right part, etc. and this location has failed me more than twice recently on their lack of knowledge regarding auto parts. I would suggest another auto parts store as there are many in the area. I came one day to buy an idler pulley and this store had nobody working who knew anything about fixing idler pulleys. I asked if any of the new idler pulleys came with the bolt, nobody knew or thought to go grab one and look inside the box. The drive belt they sold me snapped, this location refused to honor the warranty. Another O'Reilly Auto Parts store did honor the warranty without issue. If they can't help, which is far too often, they just shrug their shoulders and say they can't help. I guess I should never expect any possible alternatives coming from this store. Being educated on auto parts is above the heads of most of these people for sure. read more

This store is very convienent because it's on my way home from work. I stop by if I need washer fluid, Techron, spark plugs, light bulbs, or even just to look around when I'm bored. These guys are very helpful and are willing to help with anything. I needed a light bulb for my instrument cluster because one burned out behind my speedometer and I couldn't see how fast I was going at night. The guy let me borrow a screwdriver, take out the assembly from my car which took a couple minutes, and he helped me change out all the light bulbs that were in the car when it was first built in 1998. Great service and great prices here!! read more

Oreilly Auto Parts on South Havana in Aurora and the store in Parker (there's probably a few in Parker, but I don't remember the specific location) were both quite helpful. I stopped in on the way home from a vacation to get a headlight that had burned out. Not only did the gentlemen, whose name I, unfortunately, can't remember, help me find the correct headlight, but he took a look at how I might go about replacing it. As luck would have it, I had a heck of a time trying to get the old headlight out and the new one in. There was a piece that just wouldn't budge. So I took my car up to the South Havana location, told them my problem, and the manager, Osama, not only got that piece to finally budge, but ended up changing the headlight for me. Came in to O'reilly's to borrow a code reader for my car. Previous times I've walked in to this same location, traded my phone or ID or some kind of collateral to borrow their code reader, and they would lend me the code reader with no issue. Today, Wed Jan 25, 2017, I walk in and ask to borrow a code reader, and the bitch at the counter sarcastically says "You can borrow a code reader for $300." Saying a simple no is one thing, being a sarcastic bitch is another thing. Originally she did say "We don't lend them out," then I asked her "since when" and told her that I've come in plenty of times before and exchange my ID for the code reader, and that's when she smirked and said that I could borrow it for $300. People like her should not be working in customer service. read more

Purchased an oil filter after speaking with one of the employees about the year, make and model of my vehicle. They told me this is the correct one. After attempting to install it, I realized this was not the correct filter. I went to return the oil filter and spoke with the manager, Mona, who told me since I no longer had a receipt they were unable to return the oil filter even though they told me to purchase the wrong one. DO NOT TRUST the employees. They clearly do not know what they are talking about. Definitely worth driving up the street to a different auto parts store for better information. I called these guys for Bosch Icon wiper blades (suggested by Hampden Auto Body) and Angel offered to install them once I arrived. Although he was busy helping another customer, Jesus jumped right in and got them on my car and refilled my windshield wiper fluid as well in less than five minutes. I don't know very much about working on cars and always feel uncomfortable when I go into auto parts stores. It feels like the people that work there are judging me because I don't know how an engine works. This store is completely different. Every time I go in I get great service and they walk me through how to deal with problems. I can also bounce ideas off them if I can't figure something out and they're always helpful. Their prices are good and I never have to wait a few days for the part to come in, they always seem to have what I need. read more
