I am updating my previous review because Off Road Warehouse management publicly responded here positively. So we gave them another chance. I didn't want any special treatment from this business because of my previous Yelp review. So, I waited awhile, then we went back, picked out items, presented them for payment, showed my Veteran's ID, and this time received their advertised Military / Veterans Discount. The measure of good customer service is rectifying issues to the customers satisfaction. Businesses that develop and maintain a customer service mindset are able to learn from mistakes. Off Road Warehouse management acknowledged and accepted their previous mistake and avoided blaming me the customer. It analyzed honestly and objectively what went wrong. It implemented corrective actions. It actively sought to make and keep me and my family members as customers. Staff answered all our questions and provided adequate and alacritous service Selection was adequate for the type of store it is Organized Clean Disabled-friendly Family-friendly No one here offered to commit fraud to reward us, pay us or compensate us for posting 5 star reviews of this business. Blessed are those who provide good customer service. Good customer service, which we got here, is all about bringing customers back. And about sending them away happy - happy enough to pass positive feedback about your business along to others, who may then try the product or service you offer for themselves and in their turn become customers and then repeat customers. I rate 'em 3 stars. According to Yelp ratings' definitions, that's "Ok". That to me is an acceptable rating of something that does day in and day out what it is there to do. It's NOT a negative review because doing day in and day out what it is there to do is NOT an easy thing to accomplish. I added a fourth review star for their finally complying with their boast of having a Military / Veterans Discount. I added the fifth review star because their management provided good customer service when they publicly addressed and corrected the previous issue that led to my first not-so-glowing review. The essence of good customer service is forming a relationship with customers - a relationship that a customer feels that she or he would like to continue. I'll be back. For my Customer Rule is: Always patronize again a business that has treated you okay AND supports Veterans and Active Duty with a publicly disclosed daily Military and Veterans Discount. P.S. Long overdue review! After six months with no auto defects, I think I can give a proper review on…read morethe services received at A1! Long story short, I had a bumper which was damaged and required a replacement. However, I would find out that the auto repair that I went to before A1 was trying to have me have my car "totaled" as they deemed the damages too great to repair, despite it was only the bumper being damaged. Desperate to save my car, I ran around town looking for a repair shop willing to replace my bumper and not have my car totaled. I found Dena Greenlee with A1 and after listening to my story she told me to come by. She listened attently to the issues and had the repair technicians assessed my photos. A rough price was quoted and there was an arrangement to have my car picked up and towed over. Before Christmas (roughly 3 weeks in all), I got my car back! I can't say how thankful I am to A1! Having to go through a car accident is very traumatic, so do go through your insurance and coordinate with them about what are your best options. See if you can come by to have your vehicle serviced at A1 and hopefully have your car fixed!

I was referred here to get my car tinted. I received a quote for two shades and dropped my car off…read moreat 9 AM. Around 3 PM, I got a call that it was ready, so I went in and paid. After walking out to inspect my car, I realized the front windshield had not been tinted. I had paid $420 for only the four doors and the back window, which I assumed covered the entire car. When I went back inside, I was told the windshield was an additional charge. That should have been clearly explained upfront. On top of that, I was informed I would need to sign a waiver before they would tint the front windshield. To be fair, the quality of the tint job was good. However, their communication and transparency were extremely poor. Customers should not have to guess what is included in the price. Clear explanations about pricing, services, and requirements should be provided before the work begins." Good workmanship does not excuse misleading expectations and lack of communication.
