That would have been extremely helpful information to share during the phone call before I made the trip and purchased the battery. On top of that, they also wanted to charge an additional $40 just to register the battery after installation, which was never mentioned beforehand and honestly felt excessive. Between the website not working, the incorrect guidance over the phone, the wasted trip across town, and the surprise extra charge, the experience felt pretty disorganized and frustrating. I'd strongly recommend calling somewhere else first if you need a battery installed.

I also got a battery replacement for a mens watch. Not sure what happened but the back of the watch came off and the battery fell out! I took it back and explained what happened, I asked if they would replace the battery. Lee the assistant manager was very nice, explained that they don't normally replace batteries in this case but they would do a courtesy replacement one time. I'm not sure how the back of the watch fell off but was appreciative of the replacement.
