He asked a ton of questions up from to ensure we went home with a vehicle we were excited about. He also made sure we knew all the costs that were going into the purchase, so we could feel confident making our decision. The entire staff was really friendly. One of the employees went out of his way to buy us some popsicles and ice cream to celebrate. Overall, super happy with this dealership. Thank you, Courtesy!

I clarified and I said I hadn't heard anything back and didn't want to go down til they knew if they even approved me in anyway. I got another dry response and then nothing for almost 2 weeks until I reached out. I got a co signer and tried again and reached out to follow up and got "it's the same as last week" as the response even though no one ever followed up with me and I was left to assume it was a no, and then further ok, thank you when I addressed the poor communication and customer service. Nothing. No customer service at all unless they thought they could get a deal out of me with a 40,000 dollar car. I left a review of my experience because I had also tried to work with a Horne Dealership a few months and didn't have success but that dealership communicated, explain what the hold up was, asked about my co signer, asked about more money down (which in reality would have been doable now in this situation but wasn't reached out to discuss what number was realistic for me or the deal) then ended it with we would love to work with you when things change. I was disappointed to not be approved, but left satisfied with my experience overall because customer service was present. Very quickly after leaving my review I received this text message from the GM Luis who was extremely passive aggressive, talked down to me like I didn't understand even though I was very forthcoming about being aware my situation wasn't easy to work with and then said "out of respect for me" he didn't post my credit details on the google review as if any business should do that to its customers? Like that was a favor? And then said If I had a solution to call him. So..you have no customer service, try to bully your customers and then deflect accountability and want me to do the job your team couldn't? Or was that just more of a way to try to be insulting? Let me be clear, my issue isn't that I wasn't approved. I knew going in it was going to be iffy and that's why I was hesitant to waste my time sitting at a dealership. My issue is that it was very clear when I had no interest in a 40,000 dollar car their attentiveness to my situation dropped immediately I never heard anything back from the person I was working with. Not one thing. Not a sorry we couldn't do it, not an inquiry to if I could adjust my situation more, nothing. Then on my own, decided to still try to work with them and got a dry rude same as last week response to my inquiry about adding my co signer even though I never got an answer at all and then when I left my review the GM thought it was appropriate to text me this and deflect blame instead of just saying hey, I'm sorry for how we didn't follow up or how my team responded today but let's explain what your hold up is, and if not we'd love to work with you in the future. Simple as that but the way they're handling it is EXTREMELY TELLING to the type of people that run this dealership. As long as you're a happy customer they'll be great but if you have any negative opinions they'll become very rude, and the GM will try to passive aggressively attack you and try to take weird jabs at you like a child.

He showed me options for batteries and i purchased one. i asked if he can install the battery for me, and he agreed. He had some trouble removing the connection and a lady (the manager?) came out. i asked her a question about what she sprayed on the connection, she ignored me completely. Gavin finished installing my battery, was kind, courteous, and professional the entire time.

This review is not written to discourage others from shopping at this AutoZone location -- it's a…read morereflection and a heartfelt call for stronger leadership and greater empathy from the store's management team. Recently, I found myself in a difficult situation when the water pump on our Mercedes went out. None of the local stores had the part in stock, so I spent nearly $400 ordering it directly from AutoZone's website. While waiting on the part, I parked in a clean, out-of-the-way area of the lot where no cars typically park, and began preparing the vehicle for the installation. What followed was surprising and disheartening. Instead of a simple conversation or a show of understanding, the manager made the decision to call the police on me. Thankfully, the responding officer showed empathy and chose not to escalate the situation. Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of it -- the store's contracted tow truck was sent out twice, though even the driver expressed discomfort with towing us, recognizing the situation for what it was: people going through a tough time, trying to fix their car and move on respectfully. And yet, early Sunday morning -- 8:45 AM -- I was berated by the manager in front of her staff. I apologized, explained I was nearly finished, and asked for just a few more hours to complete the repair. Her tone remained harsh and dismissive, calling our vehicle an "eyesore" more than once. For context: our Mercedes, while temporarily immobile, Blue Books for over $20,000 in its current condition. So to call it an "eyesore" was not only inaccurate -- it was unkind. As someone who has worked in hospitality and management for over 15 years, I've faced far more difficult situations with far more grace. Leadership is not about flexing authority -- it's about setting the tone, finding solutions, and recognizing when compassion is more powerful than control. Had she approached me respectfully, I would've gone the extra mile to finish immediately. Instead, the energy she gave was adversarial from the start. This review is not about revenge or anger. It's about the hope that this manager reflects on how her actions reflect on her team and on AutoZone as a whole. Management is a privilege, not a platform for power trips. And when you're in that role, you're not just solving problems -- you're teaching your staff how to treat people. I truly hope she sees this not as criticism, but as an opportunity. With the right mindset, she can grow. She can choose to lead with empathy and teach her team to do the same. Because in the end, it's not about a car part or a parking space -- it's about how we treat one another when it matters most.
