Lady answered the phone and was Rude and unprofessional asked if she can look something up for me under my number she had to keep asking me to repeat myself because her background was loud with two people talking so close to her and rather telling me please wait computer is loading she sits there quiet so I repeat what I'm calling for she reply's with attitude like I'm bugging her tells me hold on the computer is loading then proceeds to tell me that account isn't coming up I told her are you sure and repeated the number and she says with attitude again yup there's nothing under that number it's not coming up. I would give this place no star if I could. I had purchased the rear breaks/roaters on a bundle deal at Auto Zone on Hatch(everyone their is very helpful and knowledgeable) I ended up not needing the rear but needed the front break/roater bundle. This place is closer to my home so I walked in to exchange the rear breaks/roaters for the front turns out the girl that helped me out not only gave me the same parts back but charged me more. Of course I did not check before I left because Im the customer Im trusting this girl is giving me the correct parts and on top of that the female employee assured me those parts were the right ones I needed.Long story short after 3 trips within less than 1 hour I got the right parts with different transactions I had to pay extra 3 different times. All because some employee their does not pay attention to do her job right since initially all the parts were not purchased together I had to pay full price for each part rather than get the bundle deal. All I got from a different employee was a "I understand mam this was a little mis understanding" No one even apologized. And like one reviewer said before the female employee was just on her phone the whole time. They need to hire people that know what they are doing and help out the customers. The employees at the Autozone on Hatch are always helpful its a different vibe in their and if it was not for them I wouldn't have even know you get a discount when you purchase roaters and brake pads together. This place not only did they not mention it but when I asked they said I would not get a discount. Of course I wont they charged me 3 different times for my parts. ****UPDATE**** I called the following morning and spoke to Erika the store manager she is very polite and friendly. She was able to help me out and refund me a little over $30 the previous employee over charged me thank god I pay attention to my receipts. read more

This is the worst Autozone that I have ever been to. I asked a employee for some assistance in finding the battery for my daughters 1997 Toyota Avalon. The gentleman said that he would need to look it up once he was done with his customer. Short story he never came back. Then another employee said she would assist. I gave her the information make year and model. She could not tell me which battery we could use. She asked me if we had the old one and I told her I did not. She said she could not help me then. She was very rude also. So we went to Wall Mart and the lady in the Auto dept had no problem figuring it out. read more

Plain and simple stuck up bitches who don't want to help and are super rude. Always on there phone texting or on a call with family or friends. Like literally I'm the middle of the transaction as your handing them cash there finishing there text. Super rude when you have them double check and hell breaks lose when your right and there wrong. Unbelievable!!! I had bought freon for my car and the canister was m t... I brought it with me into store to show them as well as price some parts.. a friend also suggested I buy the sealant/ coolant separately instead of in same can as I had done.. the gal looked up prices and we got to talking about separate purchases on coolant sealant and I got sidetracked... we got into line and mgr( so he said he was) asked if we were paying for freon.. we said we brought in he said no, we stole it!!! He stood there arguing with us in front of everyone , so embarrassed!!! The gal behind us suggested we call cops and so mgr started yelling at her!!! Saying mind her business and such!! Shocking!!! We kept saying check video and he said they don't have to!!! He waved it in front of metal detector and it beeped!!! He said see, told you!!! NOT TRUE... girl behind counter saw our horror and suggested looking up to see if we actually bought one, and he said don't bother... she did anyway and low and behold... I DID PURCHASE IT TWO DAYS PRIOR AS I SAID... he still insisted we did not! It was so horrifying I just left it and walked out... that was a lot of money I just lost between the core charge and purchase price... when I came home and told family they all wanted to go down and tell him off but I was still in shock .. I wish I let them or wish I called cops or corporate ... I just let it go but now I realize I shouldn't have because he should not test his power on customers !!! I would like to see if corporate calls me on this because we now kno why it beeped and would like to see they care about customers..... my number is available to anyone at headquarters if they wish to correct this injustice... I have several dozen shops that shop places I suggest and I'm sure since this they can feel a loss in customers... that's because I have spoke what's happened and they no longer shop with your company because of my treatment there. I'll wait patiently ( not holding my breath) for A call from corporate on this matter and see what steps one of us will take next.. Brought a battery to be checked out. My car battery went bad, at least that's what I was hoping. And the two ladies working here, one is Erica and I didn't get the other ones name were very patient and helpful. I was very nervous. But they made me feel ok. Do not even deserve one star, deserve zero. All three cashiers (ladies) were horribly rude and disrespectful.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AND CHANGE THEY WILL SHORT CHANGE YOU. My husband returned a rented tool and gave them the receipt for $30 and they gave him $20 back. My husband was rushing trying to get our car fixed so he asked for the recipe to see what he paid he new it didn't seem right. The guy so called helping him said he put the receipt in the trash. Ok can you get it out so I can see what I paid dishonest employee #1 said you paid $20 and he wasn't going to put his hand in the trash. Well after they argued for a few minutes and my husband went crazy because he felt DISRESPECTED AND CHEATED OUT OF MONEY. The manger, dishonest employee #2 had the nerves to tell him after going back and forth about Auto Zone employees trying to steal $10 from him. She says it $10 your worried about $10. It's the principle dumb ass and you employees are a bunch of the Thieves. How many other customers have you guys burned? $10 is $10 but my husband bust his ass every day for his money so for you steal money from him as if he wasnt even there and insult his intelligence thats a huge problem and he's not going to let it slide. read more
