She told me that I could go to another store and they could help me. I did and they were very helpful and cordial plus they replaced the battery, no questions asked. Anyway, unbenounced to me, they told the new shop that I didn't pay for repairs done at their shop that they did on my car. If that was the case why did they give me my car back without payment and then refer me to this new shop? And even if i didn't, why would you tell the new shop? I didn't realize until I got home that they charged me extra ($25) for the controls. I tried to return the controls as I have no need for them but they would not refund my money because I didn't buy their warranty. I argued that this was not a separate item but was an integral part of the console but they would not budge. I will continue to shop this yard in the future but I will always be more mindful and always double-check my receipt before I leave.
