Customer service is customer service. I recently went to this this location a few hours ago. I came in, purchased my headlight bulb i thought i needed. The staff was polite at the time. To make a long story short though. My bulb just needed to be pushed in after a recent wreck i had. I did not know, so came back in to return it or if I could return it. My package was opened so I was not sure. I had no issue if i couldn't return it, but hey it was $26 dollars and nothing was wrong with my bulb so i wanted to try and see. I did the bulb change in front of their building so no one would assume there was any fowl play. I only opened the packaged. Well apparently it looked as if there was an issue to the gentleman the associate asked went to in regards of returning the bulb. They returned it and marked it as defective. My issue is, it is not polite nor professional as whatever position this gentlemen is in to shake your head and pause for a min on a yes or no question as if you have an issue with it in front of the customer. Although he did it behind a stocking shelf I could still see him because it wasn't too far from the register. This type of energy and attitude did make me feel as if I was wrong and was trying to get over or something. The associate that did my return was polite at the time but whoever the head guy was he went to came off a little rude in regards of my return and this was the guy who first helped me out!! He may not have had an issue but his body language came off as if there was. I know my money wont stop the show, but I will go else where on that street next time before I come here again.

He said "Let me look at it first to see if we can do it." I thought that was an odd thing to say in that it is a 2015 Toyota Avalon, nothing exotic. He went out and looked at it and said that he was concerned that he would break off the terminals due to the corrosion. There was some minor corrosion on the positive terminal, but nothing serious. He then informed me that if he did break the terminal off, he did not have anything to replace it with. Then I was concerned that he would break the terminal off just to prove his point. I told him that the corrosion was not that bad and I would change it out myself. I did change out the battery myself with no issues at all while he stayed in the store on his cell phone. He just didn't want to change out my battery! There are a couple other auto parts stores in that area and I would highly recommend using one of them if you need a battery on your vehicle. Just wanted to share my experience so others would not have to go through what I did.

It settled to 2 1/4 inches and their only solution offered to me was to raise the back up for another $350. With the front end higher than the back the wind blows be everywhere at highway speeds. Now I am forced to spend another small fortune to find someone to replace these brand-new struts.

I stood around for an hour and a half for my truck to get finished. They charged me $186 to only cut a piece of my truck bed out. The bed cover is a no drill, no assembly required piece. All it does it clip into the bed. I thought 90 minutes and almost $200 was steep for what should have been a 10 minute job. Maybe if I was a guy driving a Jeep Wrangler I would have had better customer service.

When I first started using them, my Honda Pilot had 225k miles and they could have easily taken advantage of my ignorance when it came to mechanical knowledge; however, they never tried to oversell repairs or charge me for a quick mechanical check-up before a long trip like the shops in the past did. The pilot needed a few repairs over the years, but 'she' just hit 310k miles and is still going strong. I recently took my 'new' 2014 Honda there to replace a bulb and they only charged me for the part, no servicing fee. They answer calls and questions with so much patience. Huge kudos to Skyler, he is always so helpful. They truly are an amazing crew and I wish more of their happy customers took the time to leave a review. . . They put me on the appointment list for the time I expected to arrive and got me in right away. They performed a full inspection and discovered that the tires I previously had installed were the wrong speed rating for my vehicle. They took the time to explain everything clearly and even walked me through how to address the issue with the previous shop. That level of honesty and helpfulness meant a lot. They also gave me an estimated repair time and ended up finishing sooner than expected, which was a huge relief with kids in tow. Everyone I interacted with was respectful, professional, and genuinely caring. I'm very grateful for their excellent service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Worst auto shop I have ever dealt with. I scheduled a 1:00 p.m. appointment for a basic inspection;…read morenot a walk-in, an actual prearranged appointment. When I arrived, I was told they were finishing another vehicle and that the wait would be approximately an hour and a half. That explanation makes no sense. The entire purpose of scheduling an appointment is to avoid sitting around for hours while the shop works through other vehicles. If they had no intention of honoring the appointment time, they should not have scheduled it. I waited the full hour and a half, and still nothing happened. I then gave them an additional 30 minutes, despite already being far more patient than this situation deserved. After waiting two full hours, I went to the front desk to express my frustration and was casually told it would be another 45 minutes to an hour. In other words, they expected me to wait nearly three hours for a simple inspection that had been scheduled for 1:00 p.m. This is not a minor delay. It is blatant disrespect for customers' time and a complete failure to manage appointments competently. There is no point in offering appointments if they are treated as meaningless.
