WORST customer service ever! avoid this place. i have gone several times throughout the past couple months and it has never been a good experience. i have experienced: a technician installing the wrong headlights and attempting to charge me for the correct ones even though it was HIS mistake, a technician loosely installing my battery causing my car to not turn on randomly because of a short circuit, i have had to wait 15 minutes for someone to check me out even though there are plenty of associates and often an empty store because they're being lazy, a lady selling me and charging me extra parts i didn't need/ask for, and then today a girl rolling her eyes at me because i was returning those extra parts that i didn't need/ask for. not to mention i overheard the manager basically threatening the employees and telling them they better answer the phone and also keep sales up while she goes on her 15/30? minute break.... like girl, maybe your employees are miserable because you make them miserable with that attitude. never returning here. would rather go straight to the dealership or another auto parts shop. read more

I used to love going to this store. I've beeen here a few times after new management it's been 2 times that I come in now and both of the those times employees are so rude and don't know what they are doing. While being in line I heard the store manager scream at an employee in the back side very unprofessional I felt really bad the way she was expressing herself towards him. I have worked in retail before and if you want to chew out your employees you do it alone not in front of other employees. Worst of all in front of customers no good customer service by that at all. I asked the employee that was helping me really nice kid named Max and mention the manager screaming was store manager Gladys and the employee getting yelled at was Adrian I saw the kids face to me it seems like he was crying . I told max where I can call and make a complaint about this and mention there was a number by the entrance I called that number never got an answer and never heard back from them neither. Idk what happened to the previous manager but I wish he was still here very nice employees before, well at least the store manager had them trained good to be polite unlike store new manager that is so unprofessional and extremely disrespectful towards his employees. Then they give me some tools to try and fix it myself (I have no idea how to do it) and after I finish (just try my best) I return the equipment to them, but they not really did good service to me. and I'm done. Have gone to dispose of oil, twice, and each time the oil disposal is "full". If I could drain my oil there, I'd spend my money there to get the new oil and filters. So now I just take my business elsewhere. read more

So I have been coming to this place for a while, for random needs. However today I needed to go to replace my headlight and fog light. I was pleasantly greeted by Robbie on the phone who was able to quickly look up the parts and put them on hold for me so I didn't have to wait in line or anything when I got there, I was able to check out quickly. I casually mentioned how I have no clue how to put these things in and the helpful clerk Joey was a very good customer service representative, who offered to come out and install them for me right there in the parking lot! Shoutout to Patrick for the great customer service last night - super great guy! My girlfriend's car battery died, so we came here to get it swapped out since they replace this particular one for free with a new one if you buy it there. Patrick said he had to charge up the battery, which would take an hour or so, so while he did that, we went to go grab dinner - and when we came back, everything was all set to go and not only did we walk right out with a brand new, free battery, Patrick kindly installed it for us, even amidst all the Coronavirus craziness going on right now. Last fall we had an emergency and had to purchase two house batteries for our RV while vacationing at the beach. Fast forward to a few months later, again at the beach, we started smelling rotten eggs in the RV, and it wasn't our sewer line. We checked the "new" batteries and they had liquid coming out the top of them and smelled horrid. We called and spoke to Richard and he was super helpful over the phone locating our warranty and told us to bring them in. We brought them in and Richard and the manager recognized immediately that both batteries were fried and they replaced them without any hesitation. I should have written this review about two months ago when the guys at this AutoZone were so helpful! A younger guy (maybe Robbie?- not sure if I just made that up) completely saved me. I was in to buy a battery because mine was completely shot but I had hardly any money and was just going through a really hard time. The gentleman at Autozone not only helped me to find the right battery at the best possible price, test my own battery to make sure that was in fact the issue, and install the new battery, but they were also very patient and understanding with me as I made phone calls trying to figure out how I would pay for it. Came in earlier today and worked with Frankie. I had a bulb go out on my taillight and I (thought) I bought the wrong one at Pepboys. Before he sold me the pair that corresponds with my car, he asked to see the bulb I bought earlier. We both left the store and headed to my car. Once he examined the bulb and my tail light, he told me this was the correct bulb and popped it in my tail light. Awesome customer service! Came into to purchase a battery yesterday morning, as i have little to no automotive knowledge i decided to come in to my local auto parts store. I was promptly help by a gentleman named Juval he explained the differences between the the types of batteries they had in stock for my car as there were many they were kinda pricey but thats what you get for driving a mercedes lol he also let me borrow some tools and assisted me in changing the beast of a battery. Auto Zone.....ugh. Called in inquiring on a product and Beverly told me they had in stock and did I want the part placed on hold. How nice, I thought. Yes that would be great. Got there and told George M that the part was on hold...he proceeded to look for it for the next 20 mins. No feedback at all from him - just watching him scurrying about the building, looking for our part. I wish he could have said that he was having difficulty finding it - something would have been nice. Finally, he told us that they did not have in stock. This was the evening crew. Normally when you purchase a battery from Autozone it comes with a year warranty. Well this evening we attempted to return a battery purchase less than three months ago to this store. Robert refused to replace the battery and insisted that it only needed to be charged and tried to tell us we needed to wait around for an hour for it to charge. The battery didn't need to be charged when by boyfriend told that was bulls*** and that he needs to replace the battery. The said without checking it I'll sell you a new battery.... the reply he got was, "is that going to come with Vaseline?" The manager then got super mad and said, why don't you say that to my face- then get out of my store. My boyfriend told him to give him his battery and he would gladly leave. He took that battery to another auto zone store and sure enough the manager actually tested the battery and the core was bad-- and with no hassle replaced the battery with a smile. The manager of this store needs to be fired for a crappy attitude and for not honoring the companies policies! read more

Slow and unhelpful. Employees speak poorly about customers after they leave. With a line of five people they have three employees gossiping behind the counter gossiping. When we walked in, the employees here seemed to think that helping customers was just too boring. The one who did help us seemed offended when my husband noticed he'd searched for the wrong part and pointed out the mistake. We bought a new oil cap and went out to our car to put it on, only to find out that it didn't fit. So we went back inside to exchange it for another one. The guy who had sold it to us double checked the part number to make sure it was the right one, then offered to come look at the car himself. It turned out that only the top part of the oil cap had been broken, and whoever last changed our oil had just screwed in the bottom part. The Autozone guy actually came back with gloves and a pair of pliers, and unscrewed it for us. Nice! It would have been great if we'd experienced that sort of service from the beginning. read more
