My service advisor, Mr. Jose, was amazing. He walked me through the entire process, explained everything that was happening, and communicated with me in a timely and professional manner throughout the service. I haven't been back to this location for service in years. It is now a very welcoming space. It's exactly how you want to feel when you bring your car in for service -- informed, valued, and taken care of. Because of the excellent experience I had with Mr. Jose and the rest of the staff when I arrived, I will not hesitate to return in the future.

I've been bringing my Fiat here for years because it's hard to find someone who works on Fiats and…read moreevery time I do, I've had a less-than-good experience. The TLDR is they have expectation management problems, are disorganized, and don't take your issues seriously. Here's a summary of a few problems I've had: - I got a voice message saying that they'd update me by end of day a few days after I brought my car in. When they didn't, I called them & asked what happened only to learn they hadn't even looked at my car. They then lectured me on being patient because their Fiat guy was busy, even though their own mechanic was the one who gave me a timeline. - In December 2025, my car had a huge change: the fan would stay on for minutes after I parked no matter how long I had driven. They told me "we didn't find anything but it could be the start of a problem." In June 2026, I brought in my car for another problem and asked them to look at the fan again. They said there's no problem. The second time I drive my car after this, the high coolant temperature warning goes off. They charged me over $800 to fix it. Less than 80 miles later, the SAME alert went off. - When I decided to tow my car from them to another place, they struggled to find my car and car keys. They didn't even seem to know that I had brought my car in the night before and had to ask for help. - They use an AI assistant (Sarah) and don't disclose it's AI. Sarah wrote that they could find someone to custom make me a new hubcap. When I get to the dealer, they had no idea why I was there and when I told them about what I needed fixed, they said they couldn't help me with several things like the hubcap. And when I told them Sarah said they could, they were like, "Oh yeah, Sarah is AI."
