I obviously needed a new battery and Tina walked me through everything! She was so helpful, so kind and so knowledgeable about what I needed. I was so thankful for her assistance. She put my battery in and I was so in awe of her working on my vehicle, I asked her if I could watch her work...I don't think I've ever had a lady work on my vehicle. It was refreshing!
