I went in here because I took my Prius to the dealership to get a new battery and then of course like every other mechanic they were like well there is some other stuff that needs work. And I was like ok how much will it cost and they said $2,000!! I was like umm maybe later. I took the diagnostic report they gave me and took it to A-Line. Gary broke down what I needed and why and then proceeded to go down the aisles and put everything I needed into a box. I DID NOT HAVE TO LEAVE THE REGISTER! I don't know much about cars and the entire time I was there I felt welcome. It's the definition of a small town auto parts store with a friendly vibe. It was pretty hot outside but to my delight they sold cold beverages inside. Found the exact one I was looking for and it was affordable at 12$. Francisco and his team diagnosed the problem and provided a thorough report to me that I could understand describing the issues and the recommended parts and procedures that were needed. I gave my approval, and they actually provide the courtesy to pick up the car at your home and then deliver it back to you at no additional fee! They called me to let me know how the repair job was going and provided the estimated time of completion. The also provide inspection services to pass the emission tests for your car registration. It was perfect timing as my car had failed a recent inspection. They diagnosed the emission sensor that was needed and had my car reinspected and provided the documentation I needed to get my new sticker. Other mechanics I had tried could not figure out what was needed.!!! So, my car was delivered to my home with the repairs completed and the inspection passed document to get my new tag. I will now continue to use PAI Automotive for all of my vehicle repair and maintenance and highly recommend them.
