Over the years I have purchased six cameras from The Dashcam Store and had them installed in multiple vehicles. They did a very good installation job, clean, wires hidden out of view. They walked me through the pairing process with my phone. Everything worked exactly as advertised. The cameras they recommended have a very good video quality, and handle hot Texas summers very well. On two occasions a camera failed. They asked me to bring the vehicle over, and just swapped it on the spot, free of charge, no questions asked. Recently purchased a Blackvue DR970x Box-2CH Plus from The Dashcam Store and could not be happier. Installation, which we scheduled for later in the week, took about three hours. The installer listen to where I wanted items placed and did a FANTASTIC job. After installation, I was walked through setup and instructed on usage. A week later I screwed something up in my playing with the product. The dashcam store installed a front and back dashcam for me 2 years ago. They were super professional and showed me how to use the cam and app. They hid the wires beautifully and the cam worked the entire time I had it installed. Received an amazing service from the Dashcam Store team. Was able to get in contact them over the chat feature they have on their website which led me to dropping by the store to discuss our project. I was thoroughly impressed with their knowledge and skillset that we purchased 2 fleet dashcam sets and had them installed on both of our sprinter vans. Wanted a Garmin dashcam and was surprised that their price was a bit lower than Amazon's. Made an appointment to have it installed and arrived a bit early. Was greated by Drew as I walked in the door. They started the install early and finished in about one hour. Had the hard wire install for $99. Very professional installation. I have probably purchased 5 BlackVue cameras from the crew at The Dashcam Store for assorted vehicles over the past 10 years. Always outstanding service and prices. I recently had trouble with 2 of the BlackVue cameras and when I called in Matt gave me some trouble shooting assistance and told me if that did not solve the problem to ship him the cameras. I was unable to solve the issue due to my ignorance when it comes to formatting a memory card. I shipped both cameras to The Dashcam Store and they promptly solved the problem, got both cameras working like new and shipped tham back to me. The cost? Nothing :). Amazing customer service. I have a new Tesla Model 3. I usually like to do my own tinkering with my cars but with this car I was worried that I would mess up my overly complicated car. The Dashcam Store was amazing. They installed a 2 channel Blackvue camera for me. The installation is flawless and looks almost factory. Both Mike and Andrew were very nice and did a great job! Andrew went through all the process in my car for how to control/configure/setup the cloud services on my Blackvue. He also answered all of my questions and also chatted with me for quite awhile while my Dashcam was being installed. The waiting room/bathrooms/etc... were spotless almost to a level of OCD which I was amazed by. I have had multiple dashcam purchases from The Dashcam Store over the years, including installation. Service has always been good, but my most recent installation and service experience is without a doubt the best. I purchased a LTE connected dashcam so that I would be able to access the dashcam as an additional data line on my cellular account. My cellular provider (AT&T) took forever and had nothing but problems, literally keeping me on the phone for at least an hour. The Dashcam store rep was beyond patient and stayed on the phone and did everything he could to make sure that my camera was fully functional. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and patience of the Dashcam Store installer try and help with me with my issue which was my cellular provider, and had nothing to do with the camera itself. read more

I spent a bunch of time with Andrew (he was very patient answering any and all questions) and he thoroughly explained all the options available to me from the types of systems they offered and installation choices. Made my purchase and set up an installation date. The installation went smoothly. First, Andrew took me out to the vehicle and talked over the installation options and let me make my decisions. They got my car in on time and it was ready within the window (less than 3 hrs, dual cam system with Power Magic Pro in a custom location). Once they were done - Andrew took me out to the car and walked me through the BlackVue app on my phone and walked me through all the configuration and viewing options - an excellent tutorial! The waiting area and business was clean. They offered drinks, internet connection and power outlets were available to use. It made the entire visit comfortable, pleasant and I was in/out, done and leaving in 3 hrs (no complaints there). I've had my system installed for roughly a month now and am very happy with the quality of the both the product and the installation. I did, however, have to deduct 1 star simple because they deleted my 2-star negative review about the Garmin Dash Cam Mini I bought from them which constantly overheats and writes corrupt files. So, if they deleted my review I imagine they delete others, so you can't really trust the star ratings of anything on the site. Nevertheless, I'd definitely buy from them again. read more

Blackvue dash cam rocks! But the dash cam store I would be better off kicking rocks. Even the least $$ bkackvue camera has remarkable clarity footage but I found out shortly after that this camera doesn't have features I would like so I want to upgrade. The first time I called the dash cam store I was made to feel that I had one go to guy because he gave me his direct line. I thought this is great! Second call I made, I felt a little blown off. Third time I called I NEVER got a call back. These calls were spaced out and not all at one time, mind you. And a couple times you have to leave a message anyway. If you didn't purchase directly with the dash cam store, you are out of luck completely. Im now looking to purchase a upgraded model from eBay. The set up and settings are pretty straightforward and even i had no problem setting it up. Sorry dash cam store you lost future business with me, all over that you totally blew me off.
