Before Grimes, I called another salvage yard , they said they had it. Drove 45 minutes and upon arrival they said they didn't have it and offered the part in diff color ! So I was happy Grimes had the part I wanted. Cons : prices are not cheap. And depending on who picks up the phone, they give you different prices on the same part. Also another con: we came on 2 Saturdays in a row. Each time they told ius, If you order and wait .. the wait time could be 2 hours minimum. Best to place the order and come back 2-3 hr later. There was a customer who was told to wait 1 hr.. in the end he waited 90 min and went ballistic coz Grimes wasted his time.

As far as the comments saying everything is slow-I can only imagine the inventory they have back there that they would have to go through to get the specific parts they need to pull on the spot. Then add customer after customer and it would get backed up. But for the prices, I'll wait. Before you install parts-test fit and double check what came off the vehicle is the same. That's going to be your insurance that you received the correct part. Different trim levels of different cars will have different parts. Check your stuff, that's your responsibility, not Certifits.
