Amazing service here. Been here several times and it's always 5 star worthy service. Most recently, it was near closing time and two guys (sorry, don't remember their names) helped with installing a busted front light. Service was quick and friendly. Wanted to tip them, but they aren't allowed to accept tips. I recommend coming here or any Autozone location for car parts and installation. Such great customer service! I'm a female who doesn't check fluid levels, etc. and have the dealer or someone else take care of that. However, these guys take the time to find out if you have those things and will check and fill it up Now that's great customer service! I wasn't expecting that. I came in to get wiper blade the guy at the counter took care of putting them on too. Last, he changed the batteries to my remote key. I never asked him to do any of those things but was just planning on buying all these things. All this makes me want to just keep coming back to buy things from them. Great customer service! I came in looking to get diesel fluid for my range rover and there workers were very helpful! I never purchased diesel fluid before and to be honest I never knew what it was! They were very helpful and answered all of my questions that I had! I asked questions about brands and if you could mix different brands and they were all helpful! The pricey was very good as well! I got two big diesel fluid boxes for only 20 dollars! They also explained to me how to put the diesel fluid in my car! I will return here whenever I need anything else for my car based on the fact that they have great customer service! There was also no line for check out which is a plus! These guys are amazing I've been coming to this location for years. But I don't know why they took Roberto. They added a couple new managers I've never noticed before they both were glasses young and extremely nice. A great addition to rodel and Mike the master mechanic. I recently went and saw one of the new guys Horace I think was how you spell it by himself for 35 mins but remained very nice he said they were short staffed and then one of his coworker managers came back early from his lunch to install my battery after they bothed cleared the line. This location is simply the best and have the most efficient and helpful employees. I called with a car battery issue and was immediately and professionally assisted by a superb employee name Tom. I was in distress due to my vehicle's battery dying in the middle of the road yesterday. He was calm and efficiently researched my battery type and reassured me that they can install in less than 15 mins. After arriving at this location, I was greeted by a friendly employee by the name of Katie. She quickly rung me up at the register. Within 10 minutes, Katie had gathered her tools and had my new battery installed! I couldn't believe how attentive and efficient she was with my issue. Last night around 645 I witnessed a scene that had me shocked. The amount of unprofessionalism from Juan was sickening. A man asked for a screwdriver and he asked for his license. The man said "when the fuck had that ever been a thing?" But still handed his license over. Juan answered in a very condescending tone it's policy "BOSS" and tossed the screwdriver across the counter making sure it fell to the ground. The man had never heard of this policy and quite frankly neither have I. After the man asked for his ID back because of Juan's blatant disrespect. Juan threw that on the ground too! The TWO were exchanging very colorful words and for an AutoZone employee... wow. The man returned the screwdriver and I'm not sure what happened but Juan came out yelling profanities, trying to fight him , and threw his jacket on the ground. I will be telling everyone I know about the TERRIBLE actions of Juan at this location. Heaven forbid someone have a bad day and get disrespected by your employee. read more

We purchased a 5 year warranty battery from here last year and battery died a couple weeks ago; took the car to AutoZone and told them it was under warranty. The grumpy old guy said to bring the battery in and I asked if anyone could help me take it out of the car. He said no, so I proceeded to try and take it out of my car, 5 minutes of me attempting to take it out and he comes out to say don't bother, their location doesn't have the battery in stock. Whoever the grumpy old guy was needs to be fired, the first thing you should do is see if it is in stock. Called around and took it to the AutoZone on Green Valley and they actually took the old battery out and put the new one in for me. Props to them I will only be frequently that location, because this one has lost my business. read more

I visited this evening to have my battery checked since it displayed signs of going out. I asked the manager Ridelle at the counter if I could have my battery checked and he had poor customer service skills and was rude and abrupt the entire experience. Ridelle got his supplies and ordered me to open the hood. Ridelle ordered, not asked, me to secure the hood rod too. I needed that battery then and there and said I would purchase it if they put it in. His attitude improved slightly after I paid, and this time he secured the hood rod himself. He asked me if I had questions about the receipt, during the replacement, but I would not want to ask him anyways since he had been abrupt and seemed angry from the beginning. I will not visit this location again and may skip Auto Zone since this manager Ridelle treated me like a nuisance and showed a huge lack of respect, until I paid for something of course. read more

lol these guys seemed to avoid helping me with anything at all costs, not informative about product, where I might find product they didn't carry, asked them to test my motorcycle battery and dudes first response is "there's no way these jaws are gonna fit on the battery". I was amazed to see how helpful the Auto Zone staff are jus by answering any question you have. What more impressive is that they can also help you instal some of the parts that you buy from the store like a battery, a windshield...They do have some warranty to add by the end of the transaction and it is up the customer if they want to add it or not. The reason that I when to Auto Zone was because I need it to replace my car battery and I had no idea what brand should I choose for my car specially living in Nevada the head in the summer. This is something that we all should to take seriously. The staff that help at that time was super nice on explaining to me my options. This Auto Zone store is closest to my home but there are other auto parts stores nearby also. I keep going to this store on Stephanie Street because the staff are the most helpful and friendliest. They have great sales deals, a full line of batteries and will come outside to vehicles and help install or diagnose vehicle problems. One time it was raining so hard, torrential rain, the Auto Zone guy came out and put on my windshield wiper. We were drenched soaking wet. I could give this place a thousand stars. read more

I absolutely love this AutoZone. They are ALWAYS extremely helpful and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. The service level is amazing. There is rarely ever a long wait and they are always so eager to help. I don't know much about cars so I really need all the help that I can get and for my vehicle the only place I ever think about going is to this AutoZone. Today Dennis helped me replace my crappy windshield wipers with RainX wipers and it was so much trial end error to make sure I got the right size and he took the time (in the rain I might add) to install them for me. I went in to Auto Zone because I suspected that my battery was bad. Shawn the manager immediately asked me if I needed help. I immediately said, "yes" and began to tell him my problem. He tested my battery and the battery was bad. It's not bad that my original Honda battery lasted me 10 years. He went through the options and then he installed the battery for me. During my visit today the staff members were curt and rude. Usually that doesn't get me down, I get it, it's busy and I'm sure this isn't the easiest job out there. However, I'm writing this review because my boyfriend was racially profiled while we were there. He was made to feel uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer. Our family came for a secondary air injector pump relay. A gentlemen rudelle that was present to assist us seemed pretty put out with helping us and answering any questions. While my husband went outside to look at something on the car Rudelle came back with the part he had to look deep for and wasn't happy about it THREW the box at my son and said "here!" We never go to this location, since its not the closest to our car shop. Didn't have time to wait and order the part. Our small business will be pulling our account with Auto Zone single handily due to Rudelle. I hope their regional operations management give this guy a recap on his duties on standards in customer service. read more

I called autozone and spoke with Don. He was great. He let me know that they would test my battery, my alternator and other things pertaining to my starter. I let him know that I would be right down. I headed over expecting what I thought would be a great experience. IWAS SOOOO WRONG. When I got there Josh was at the counter. I said hello Josh because that's what his name tag said. Josh never said hello to me. So I proceeded to let him know why I was there and who I had spoken with. Josh still never makes eye contact and proceeds to gather what he needs to test my battery and alternator and walk towards the door. I followed. As he is doing the testing I'm letting him know what has been happening with my car. Josh never looks up at me and just says it's not your alternator. You need a new battery and proceeds to walk back inside the store to the counter and price a battery. He didn't even put the battery cover back on. He finally looked at me and said $139.99 for a new battery. Do you want it? I walked out the store and went to Oreilly's right down the street where I received above and beyond great service.
