Clean car is a happy car !

"Each time can be a fresh start!" After a few other retailers and searching for headlights we decided to see what Auto Zone offers . One thing an individual notices about this auto parts company brand is the amount of stock verse other brands. That means they might actually have our needs. Come to find out they did! The store open nice and early! It's clean and well organized. It has employees that smile and make you feel welcome. The headlights that we were searching for they have so many options. The car in question was a Nissan! The pricing was reasonable priced all four bulbs were covered for window cleaning products for about a hundred dollars. Keep searching, indeed you will find what you seek . Thank you to this store and the customer service they provide. The best of all things can be found if you're looking for headlights for your car. Now the Nissan has all matching lights time for driving.

the store on 249 n stephanie by henderson auto mall their rating is 1 star specifically their manager issac my car battery was bad after being tested and warranty looked up by autozone management isaac in henderson he told me he had no time to assist in swapping my battery out as it's for a chevy and it had a brace over the battery but i could go home and ask my husband to remove it and take it back to them so i wouldn't be charged for a core and then he would issue my replacement. this incident was insane and should have never happened .. not an excuse but im 35 weeks pregnant and i couldn't get it completed myself and husband is not available at the moment i went to store on di and mojave they are amazing they even had me stay inside so i wouldnt be hot. thank you to Jake wonderful work.

He looked up the last time I purchased a battery from Auto Zone, got a replacement battery, and installed it for me.

Back East I'm used to having salvage yards where you can pull your own car parts. It's relatively…read morefast, inexpensive, and you are recycling which is always good. Vegas has some pick and pull type yards but more often than not they are too picked over. I had someone recommend Any & All for an alternator when I couldn't find what I needed elsewhere and I've been coming back ever since. If they don't have it they are typically able to get it at least if it's a "hard part" like starters, alternators, air conditioner compressors, etc. If you need "soft parts" like someone smacked your mirror off the car in a parking garage (Happened 2x now since I moved here), they were able to order me one in and at a cheap cost. Parking is tight. It's right on Sunset just about 1/2 mile East of I-515. You'll be able to park but getting out can be interesting. Also be aware Henderson PD patrols this section heavily so don't make a u-turn in a bad place or you may pay for it. Inside it's not the Taj Mahal. But it's functional, and for the people working there it gets the job done. You'll be in there long enough to order a part, pick something up, and pay so don't critique the interior. And the prices seem to be very reasonable compared to other salvage yards I've been to both here in Vegas and out of state. 4 Stars: If they have it or can get it, they have saved me some serious cash.

Great alternative to the local dealerships and big box stores. Most other stores will gladly sell…read moreyou the wrong part or will overcharge you. Any and All has been around forever. They are very knowledgeable, and if there's a part that you need and they don't have, they will special order it for you and still give you a great deal. I have gotten parts for many of my cars over the years.. Dodge, Mercedes, Saab, Toyota, Audi... and they hit the mark every time. Will definitely check here before going to to the dealership next time.

My wife and I took our Dodge Journey to Sansone's Automotive after reading reviews highlighting…read moretheir customer service, friendliness, and, most importantly, their expertise in diagnosing and repairing vehicles. We have to say our experience at Sansone's was top-notch--second to none. Given our past experiences with less trustworthy auto repair shops in the area, we were initially cautious. Eric was exceptional from the intake process through diagnosis, communication regarding our warranty coverage, and clearly explaining his findings. His professionalism, integrity, and honesty came through clearly, even over the phone. What also impressed us was their follow-up call seven days later to check whether everything was running smoothly with our Dodge Journey. This level of care and customer service was both refreshing and greatly appreciated. As a result, my wife and I have already decided that we will be returning to Sansone's for both of our vehicles' repair and maintenance needs. Thank you, Sansone's Automotive--you guys rock. To anyone reading this, you can trust that you will not be disappointed with their care, honesty, and workmanship.

Nice guys but don't expect fair pricing. $140 for a cabin filter change??! It literally takes 15…read moreminutes! And, that's in addition to the $200 "A/C diagnostic fee" which could likely have been avoided had they just checked the filter first (any decent mechanic would). And, they never quoted me a price before the work (for the filter change), or I would certainly not have approved it. I had other work done in the same visit, and they very clearly told me the prices--just not for the filter. They also gave me a $7000 estimate for more "recommended" work, but I'll be looking elsewhere based on their suspect pricing. They can keep my $140, but I won't be back. And I'll be sure to change my own cabin filter in the future.
