Called in, looking for a 3 inch to 3 1/4 inch silicone coupler reducer and Carlos or Carl (unsure of his name) picked up and told him what I needed, but he couldn't move forward unless I had a part number or tell him the year made and model I did tell him I had aftermarket parts on my car which he HUNG UP on me right when I told him that. Like dude just walk over there and put me on a hold and come back and say no or yes or look up if another store had it. After he hung up on me, I called back into the store and I think a Dan picked up. He was cool about it. Still didn't help me but at least he didn't hang up on me and told me I had to come in and look at what they have even though I am telling them what exactly what I needed. I get it I called 40 minutes before closing. It's not gonna take you 40 minutes to look up or walk over to the aisle and just look. I don't even leave bad reviews for places cause things happen but absolutely do not come to this store. I came to charge my car battery cause the wife left the lights on. Simple fix. 2 hrs later I call and they don't even know what battery it is after i specified it's the battery you guys put the sticky note on.i was out on hold then when they came back they ask what I was calling for. Cool not a biggie sometimes ppl are busy. I go up there and this older Latino guy serves me I ask for my battery. Red flag #1 is when they said they'll load test it when I get there. I'm no idiot I am very familiar with how electrical components work. So he test it and not even a second later he says it's bad and I need a new battery and before I could tell him I tested it before to make sure it was worth charging he walks to the register to sell me a brand new battery. Keep in mind my car Ian barely 2 years old so there so way that battery is bad and again I inspected it myself. I went to a legitimate battery shop to test the shit again just to make sure I'm not crazy and they said it's good but it just low charged but it can be CHARGED no problem. Ok they didn't charge for testing it and I went to O'Reillys and they said the same thing about the wait to charge. Fine. Why o'reillys call back and say my battery is fine now and it's one of the better ones they've seen. TLDR: dishonest service . They will try to play you. Not everyone there is like that but specifically the older Latino guy that thought I was an idiot and tried to get 300$ go F*ck yourself. Imagine how many ppl that don't know better end up spending hundreds of dollars cause he is a dishonest . read more

Over the past two months or so I have been to six or seven auto zones in Arizona, California, and Nevada. This was the first time I have been welcomed by one of the managers as I entered the store. I felt truly assisted as if customer service still existed as I once remembered it to be once upon a time. Having said that, it was definitely a pleasure to experience as well as appreciated for the professional assistance provided to me today. Shout out to Bishop for being awesome and going above and beyond. Because of his help I bought some items and will be back for more because of the knowledge and ideas he opened me up to. I avoid autozone at every single cost but sadly last night this place was the only one open that had the transmission fluid I needed otherwise I would have gone to orielly or Napa but they were closed which sucked. Anyways I came in here and needed transmission fluid and a pump to pump it in. Spent 15 bucks on a bullshit thing they called a pump wtf it didn't do a damn thing completely useless another time autozone has ripped someone off. It wouldn't have even worked as a siphon it was a hose with a little ball in the middle to hand pump that's all they had and it busted apart leaked everywhere and just didn't work. So freaking stupid. I will avoid autozone for the rest of my life. Take business to another company. read more

You guys need to hire some females that aren't lazy and without attitude. I was there to pick up a car part that was already paid for. As soon as it was my turn in line, the female said " I can't help you, I'd have to go back and look for the part. Get back in line for someone else to assist you." FYI: the oil tanks here will forever be full for all of eternity and probably even after they go out of business. They pick up oil "everyday" but somehow they get "forgotten". Don't bother asking when to come back because no one there knows when they will be emptied. They will however, let you know where else you can drop off your oil. Somewhere where they have a super nice staff who are always willing to help and the name of the business rhymes with o'milley and is across the street. read more

Went here yesterday to purchase a filter, like always parts counter line was long (as usual) . I pulled my own filter from the shelve and went to the register to pay. But due to the line for the parts counter I had to wait to pay for my filter. I waited 8 min for a cashier , no one came to ring me out ,so I left and went to O'reilly's across the st. I was in and out in minutes . You would think Autozone would have a dedicated cashier while the parts counter handles customers in the line. This store always has a line . I don't know if it's due to short staffing or incompetent employee's. Even getting parts from the commercial dept is ridiculous . I use Autozone commercial for my business but I hate coming to this location. I will not be back and will make a drive to another location for better service . Good thing O'reilly went in across the st. To bad yelp doesn't have a no star because they don't deserve even 1 star read more
