Buyer beware don't buy tires here ever they don't care

I watched many different employees stop to converse and laugh, which is fine but maybe work while you talk if you're this busy. Many cars had been helped and turned around, and I'm aware appointments are made but only for big jobs. Procrastination at its finest. If I could do no stars I would, so disappointed I sure hope that there's some reprimanding and as I read other reviews it seems it's a trending issue.

He could have just said yes, but he explained to me why that is and that yes it was correct. I also asked him if they carried Michelin and he said they don't carry it but they can special order it. I told him I was looking for quiet tires and he said they also carry Continental which have quiet tires. He was so friendly and very informative. What a great employee!

The kid was reluctant into not using my phone number to get more rewards. He said that it's not worth it and probably not necessary. Both workers seen $50 rewards available in my account, was not offered them or told any other things that an employee would do to help the customer succeed. While talking between them, I repeated myself I was standing asking for the items and request requesting to know where an item was at the store.

It took two days of dealing with an AI phone system that just looped me around before I could reach an actual person. When I finally connected with a service advisor, J. Dewey, I explained I'd gotten a quote from another shop (since I couldn't get through to this one in the first place). She asked me to forward it over and said she'd check with her mechanic and call me back. That was five days ago. I still haven't heard a word. I've since emailed the GM twice trying to get some kind of response, and he hasn't replied either. I haven't even managed to get an appointment scheduled, and at this point I have zero confidence in this service department's communication or follow-through. I can't recommend dealing with them.

When the guy went to look at my tires he came back and informed me that it was just one number under where it needed to be to be repaired. This was pretty devastating as the funds just are not here right now with Xmas. The gentleman went bone and beyond and really brought back hope in local businesses and hope that people still do care about others. Not only did he go above and beyond he was more than understanding of my situation. Without his help I don't know where I would be with the tire situation.
