I've been coming to this AutoZone for over four years, so it's really disappointing that I even have to write this. A few days ago, I brought in a car battery to be charged. The store manager, Tyrone, told me to come back in an hour. When I returned after an hour, he brought the battery out from the back. I asked him to check the charge percentage, and that's when he told me I should have come back after two hours instead. That should have been communicated clearly from the beginning. It doesn't make sense to tell a customer one timeframe and then change it afterward. I didn't have access to my other car, so I had to take four Uber trips back and forth. It was frustrating, inconvenient, and completely avoidable. I even had to take the battery with me to work and go to a different AutoZone to get it properly charged. I've never written a negative review before, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously because this location used to be somewhere I trusted and felt comfortable returning to. read more

Erick was helpful to me right before closing; I was in need of some duct tape for my car (ghetto, I'm aware) but he was kind to strap on a few (okay, 5) pieces for me. Area seems a little shady, but it wasn't terrible I didn't feel too off or anything even with a security guard present, at an AutoZone. This tape ended up falling off about 10 minutes later as I went to fill up my tank, but that wasn't his or AutoZone's fault; it's over 110 degrees our here, and the tape can only do so much since it wasn't the strongest variety. I appreciated the fact that he was willing to come out to help someone who clearly doesn't belong in any kind of auto shop! read more

Go elsewhere or better get check with O' Reilly auto parts. The "mr. Know-it-all" with the grey shirted glasses and left foot brace here refused to sell me a single light bulb needed for a simple purchase and tried to sell me 2x to make extra money. He should be ashamed of himself into trying to make me pay more for something extra not needed (I left and nothing was bought, btw). Whatever happens to common sense of assistance in courtesy, a store return or even exchange with the receipt if it was a wrong item accidental purchase? I know what I specifically came for, but in the event, and that's IF, I would have to make a return obviously. I'll take my business elsewhere if he won't take my money unless I have to listen to him on the foundation of paying extra? He's an opportunist and is highly wrong for that. No thank you. read more

i went in to get new wiper blades for my car , but didn't know what kind to get or how to put them on . Cyndi helped me out and she was more than knowledgeable about car maintenance. and she was really friendly and personable. I went to AutoZone today April Fools' Day April 1, 2024 because my light would not shut off for my back hatch so I went to AutoZone and the people were so nice they help me to see why it was not turning off and it actually was beeping when I turned the corner so let me know that the the back hatch was a jarred kept pushing the button and it would not work and finally they actually figured out what was going on they were so nice. The guys that are usually in here are great however Junior in an attempt to help he took my old windshield wipers off, broke them and then did not have the correct wipers to replace them. He threw the old ones in the trash. He went to the back 5 times and concluded this store does not have the right ones. So now I have no wipers and the harness to hold them is broke. read more

I've had excellent service and experience the last two times presently that I've been to this location between the people that help the help/service that I received from tiara was amazing! This location has excellent service and excellent people. I highly recommend this location 100%. My friend's car broke down while we were driving it, and she went to the store to get a battery, but she doesn't know anything about cars. From the moment we walked in, the Asian looking manager( he might be mix or Filipino) had this annoyed look on his face, he's in his 30s I believe. I don't know if it's Asian hating on Asian kinda thing or what, because my friend and I are both Asian. We told the manager our car broke down and we don't know what's going on. He started to throw HUGE attitude on us like if we brought so much inconvenients to his life. Then said with a very degrading tone" Just get a jump start kit and go back and try." Then me and my friend walked back to the car to jump start it, and it didn't work. After we walked back to the store, the manage refused to deal with us, ordered another female employee to help us. The female employee was so nice and polite and patient! She even helped us installed the battery real quick! While she was helping us figuring out the batter, the store manager was about 12 ft away from us and throwing shades at us with another store employee for being Chinese, twice! The whole while the female employee was helping us, the manager just stood in the back talking sh*t. And when the female employee wanted to help us install the battery the store manager even tried to stop her form helping us by saying " we are closing soon! why help them!" And then the female employee said " it's fine, it'll be quick, I can deal with it!" On your way back home my female friend cried the whole way! All I can say is that the store employees are AWESOME! The staff was considerably helpful. I came in on a somewhat busy afternoon after lunch and they were short-staffed. One of the workers was outside helping someone, but while waiting in line the woman at the counter let me know she'll be with me soon. As soon as the young man was done outside he immediately helped me out with the diagnostics I needed on my car. Carlos was helpful and respectful. He made a printout of the possible issues with my car and showed me prices associated with the parts I may need. I ordered a fan for my car through the phone. I spoke to Gavin and explained that the radiator FAN broke and I needed a replacement and came to pick it up just to find out that the box had a radiador instead. I'm very upset cause I had to dissemble the car and put it back together and had to go twice to the store to order the fan again. The manager gave me a $1.60 discount for the inconvenience which is a f$&@ joke, he could have just save his 10% and gave it to Gavin as motivation so he stop f$&@up. Now I have to wait another day without AC in a 120F Vegas weather...Thanks a lot. read more

Across from Ranch 99 and Ihop, same plaza as Vons. Stopped by here around 8:30 pm looking specifically for tire chains. Unfortunately they do not sell them here. But the two male employees behind the counter, who greeted us upon entering the store, told us that the Autozone 2 miles away sells tire chains and cables. One of the employees wrote the address on a slip of paper for us. Although we left this store empty handed, the employees were very nice and friendly. One of the employees, John, made small talk with us and told us about his experience driving in the snow. I would not mind shopping here again. read more

My battery died while I was out running errands, and I called them to see if they could help me out with a battery test. I got a jump, puttered over, and McKenzie tested my battery, provided options for a new one with a warranty, AND replaced it for me all in under 20 minutes! It was as painless as a dead battery situation could possibly be. Oh my goodness! I am not one to rate chains but I felt compelled to after my visit to AutoZone this weekend. A friend informed me that one of my headlights was out. Oh my god, was I dreading having to change it. The last time I did that was about 8 years ago, and I believe I also went to an AutoZone to get the replacement part. The guy at the counter told me he could instruct me how to do it, because there were rules that didn't allow him to remove the battery or something like that. I know NOTHING about cars and was truly dreading having to do it on my own. I was on my way to another place in fact when I saw the store and figured, well get this over with. The young man behind the counter, hence worth known as my hero, was very very nice and came out to the car to make sure we got the right piece. After I paid I mentioned something about him not being able to help me and he said sure I can. I figured he'd stand next to me and tell me how to do it while I proceeded to destroy my car. None of that. He told me step by step how to replace it while he did it on his own! There were even some windshield wiper boxes in the trash and I joked that I should be carrying them around so he could help me with that too. He said, sure, bring them back and I'll help you. I feel bad that I didn't catch his mane nor have any cash on me (lesson learned. Also, bad bad Elite Yelper). But hopefully the store takes notice because he really saved the day! read more

I came to Autozone not knowing anything about cars and associate was able to detect what was going on with my car. I told him that I heard a weird sound coming from my engine and he followed me outside to go check what it was. It turns out I didn't have any oil in my car! Ronel was the associate that help me diagnose the problem before it could turn to a much bigger one. He helped me pour oil in my car and checked all fluids without me even asking! These guys r great and so helpful. They r really honest . I took my car up there with a reciept from a mechanic saying i had all this stuff wrong with my car . So after paying the mechanic 115.00 to change a belt on my car i took the reciept Up there and tue guys checked my car to see if the stuff was wrong and none of it is. And gave me the number to a mechanic who also looked at it ans said all i need was a transmission oil change and filter and would only charge me 60$ insttead of the almost 200 the mechanic was gonna charge me . Im a single mom and dont know a whole lot about cars so these guys saved me 700$ . Much love to these guys read more
