Excellent service, have literally nothing to say negative! I needed a key copied for a friends car, that had a "transponder" chip in it. I ended up driving over to this location after being referred from the East Sahara location. Easily accessible from the road, big sign easy to spot to see it coming up, plenty of parking. Went inside, it's a larger auto parts store than many I've been in, & also pretty clean for one as well. There were lots of people yet after staring at the key corner blankly confused, then heading to stand in line, I wasn't waiting maybe more than a minute or 2 before I was helped. ( also- the guy in front of me asked about borrowing a pair of pliers*again* I might add & the employee didnt blink before rummaging to try to find a spare pair, came up empty so he proceeded to go grab a pair off the shelf to loan him. I thought this was very cool) When I told the guy what I needed, he looked slightly perplexed. Turns out not for any lack of knowledge or capability but due to the fact that he didnt share the opinion it was the type of key I needed. He insisted that it was a regular $2.99 key I needed, not the much more expensive transponder version (locksmith quoted upwards to $100!!) he was very certain even without the car there it would work. He was right!!!! I saved a bunch of money as he coulda made the regular one and told me it was more! I wouldnt have known!! I've never been to a 24/7 auto zone but I have complaints about this location. I came here on a Sunday night around 830pm and couldn't believe how busy this place was. I just needed some engine oil and every gas station that I went to didn't have what I needed, let alone buying oil at a gas station is extremely expensive. Walking in and seeing the lines of people, I was a little worried, but to my surprise it was going pretty fast. Waiting in the shorter of the two lines people looked unhappy to be there but the two guys working were really happy and working hard. The girl before said she needed help with her car outside and a guy jumped from behind the counter to go out and help. Once I got up to the register the guy rang me up and even with the line I was in and out within 5 minutes. He told me if I ever needed anything with my car or had any questions that they will go out and look at it if I needed help...how nice! They made me feel really comfortable about the service that they provide and I couldn't have been happier. From the looks of the reviews, it must really depend on the people you speak to but the weekend crew is really solid. read more

We were extremely satisfied with our customer experience at Autozone. EJ helped my bf find the type of battery for his car and it is their policy to install the battery free of charge if we purchase it from them. EJ had been working on cars since he was 16 and was very knowledgeable. He was very personable and patient when answering our questions (like a natural people person). He also had this happy demeanor about him! In short, we had an excellent customer experience with EJ and shopping at AutoZone. We highly recommend this location. I went there to have my check engine light checked. It was a sweet girl who did it for me and it was free. But he expertise wasn't that great on what the code my car told her was saying. She actually ended up telling me to call my mechanic to figure it out ?? She was a pretty little girl in a room full of men and i feel that's what drives her to wake up and go to work everyday, not her customer service or knowledge of cars. On the start of my last trip to Vegas I decided my windshield needing cleaning so I pushed the button and watched my wipers disintegrate before my eyes. I dodged a thunderstorm on the way up and just got to a luncheon UYE before the skies opened up. I decided my run of luck had run out and went looking for wiper blades. After following the Yelp/Google maps directions to another auto parts place that no longer existed I ended up here after driving over 10 miles to go less than one. Las Vegas had had several thunderstorms in the last few days so most of their wiper blade selection was gone but I found a set that would work and sure enough I needed them twice on the way back to Phoenix. Not good at all. To make a long story short. Ordered (and paid for) 2 parts, one came in right the other, just never came, nobody called, nobody could give me a straight answer. Other than we can't control the shipping company. They have a lot of people working there, just taking orders, not thinking it seems. After 7 days and the part still not in, one employee finally made a few calls (after I got upset of course). My part was returned to somebody else at a different parts company. That made no sense to me. I paid for the part, went to the store 3 times and still no part. It had been cancelled or returned or whatever. Very frustrating!! We can order you another one... The lady employee was at the door on 9/12/18 around 10:30pm, saying store is closed because system is down. She could've make it as manual transaction until their system is back to normal. Came in with my girlfriend and baby to swap out her cars battery. I came ready with tools to do it myself because I didn't know they did it for you until I was already there . So I decided to take advantage of it specially having my girlfriend and baby with me. The manager helped me out she was nice. Then she had assistant manager Pedro D do the battery swap. Right of the bat we could tell he was in a bad mood. He didn't say a word the whole time and even ignored one of my comments I made. When he finished he ordered me to turn the car on without even saying please. Before he was done my girlfriend asked me if we should tip him and since I always like to tip I told her yes even tho I had a feeling he would refuse it because of his attitude. He didn't accept it because supposedly they can't except tips but wether they can or not that's besides the point that was just the icing on the cake . Moral of the story don't offer a free service if your employees are gonna do it in a bad mood. I stopped by here as I was leaving from a long weekend in LV and the rain was insane...I had to get new windshield whipers because mine were so worn out and I couldn;t see anything while driving. I love autozone because of their wide selection on auto-everything!! I was a little frustrated at the way this particular store was set up trought because I couldn;t seem to find the aisle for windshield wipers. There weren;t any attendants around at first glance to help, either. When I found someone to help, I got amazing service and the guy was able to explain to me the exact wipers that I would need. Once I purhased them, I figured that I would quckly install them myslef and get back on the road but biy did I get myself into some trouble. I couldn't even get get tha packaging off before. I went back in and asked for some help. These guys were great though, they installed my new wipers in no time and I was back on the road. read more

How can you get better than a 24-hour auto parts store? It is just so darn convenient, perhaps too much so. I have found myself here after 10pm two times in the past week with my car obsessed husband. Both times it has been slammed, but we've received courteous service and some spark plugs. On our last visit, they didn't have what we needed, but they were quick to suggest where we could find what we were looking for. And, I am pretty sure they will match competitors' prices. I gave this location a 1 ONLY because there's no 0 STARS first off I believe this is the only 24-hour autozone in in Las Vegas. BUT my experience on 1/29/2012 wasn't so great.... Anyways I went around 7:30PM there were only 2 customers in the store other than me & about 4 employee's. I was going there to get a low beam light for my car. So I went to the counter told the employee my car make and year and he checked it in the computer, simple enough. So I grabbed the right light paid and walked out pretty experience. EXCEPT for some odd grace of god I decided to install my light then and there in the parking lot in case I would get pulled over. So I tried to install this light bulb that the employee said was THE RIGHT BULB for my car. When installing I come to find its the wrong one. A simple check in the computer would've sufficed this mistake. BUT this employee didn't take the time to really look at which bulb was THE LOW BEAM, instead he gave me HIGH BEAM. I walked back in thinking okay its fine I was JUST in there, with an opened package & recipe. I didn't see the issue of the exchange. APPARENTLY they saw different, they gave me a hassle because apparently they don't do returns/exchanges on bulbs. Which I was furious, IT WAS THEIR FAULT I got the wrong light bulb not mine. Their miscalculation, I had to even ask for the manager. Finally they said okay to the exchange after looking at my recipe time stamp noticing I was JUST there. After getting the exchange I decided to buy an air freshener. So at that time there was about 3 customers there and 4 workers... I stood in the cashier line WAITING & WAITING for some service, all I wanted to do was pay and leave... There was 1 employee doing nothing, & there was DEFINITELY 1 employee that noticed I was standing in line. & that 1 employee did nothing to get his other co-worker to help me. He just stared at me standing in the cashiers line. After waiting for about 10 min they finally got to pay and leave. Horrible Customer service from employee's!! read more

In a word, phenomenal. We are from out of town and were really worried when our car battery died. The temperature had been as high as 108 degrees the prior two days and we really worked the battery hard by running the AC full blast. When we asked our AAA roadside service angel if the battery would be OK in the morning after he jumped it he said, "Nope." He then told us about this Auto Zone and off we went. One of the guys there brought out a machine to test the battery and said it was fine. He then charged the battery to full power (it took 45 minutes) and then tested it with the motor running. He noticed the alternator was starting to crap out and gave us a printout to take to our mechanic. I forgot to say that this was all happening at 2 AM. Holy moly we were exhausted. We were able to get the car back to LA safely two days later and the alternator has been repaired. Thanks for being open 24 hours Auto Zone! read more
