I came in because my car needed to be jump started, so I was hoping it's a battery problem cause that's an easy fix. So she went out and tested my battery and thank goodness it really was a battery issue. Then I assumed she's going to get someone else to install my car battery. Ordered 2 parts on December 6, got one part next day and said to wait for other part. It is now January 21 and the second part has been cancelled internally by management for non payment (I have the receipt) twice. My last attempt to resolve this took me 37 minutes in the store to credit the correct part. I will never return. read more

Zion!!! Huge Thank you & shout out! Came in it was a little past 6pm. Looking for two headlight bulbs for my Grande jeep Cherokee. Not only did he find the correct bulbs he put them in and it's not a easy task. He did this while helping other customers and his co worker. Making sure everyone was taken care of and that his co worker was okay. Not to mention they were pretty steady. This saved me money from an actual auto shop and I'm so Thankful. Once again, these guys are awesome. They can always get you out of a bind (usually), and usually always have what you need in stock (or will grab it from another location in town and send it over). This time around I was looking for an AC/air actuator as mine was clicking to a tune I didn't quite enjoy (fixed twice by a local shop till I realized it was simple as heck to replace yourself). They happen to have a single one in stock, and I had it replaced in 3 minutes or less. Another easy job, maybe even easier thanks to AutoZone. Thanks guys! This is the best Auto Zone out of about 20 or so that I have been too. It is the best run store with superior customer service. They change your wiper blades, test batteries and alternators and efficiently order parts they don't have. They acknowledge you walking in the store and say thank you. They routinely impress. Kudos to the management team for training them and more importantly to each team member who make each experience here a 5 star rating. All Auto Zone stores should be as good as these guys. read more

I came in today 7/4/2021 at 3:20pm. I needed windshield wipers for my car. There were 4 men at the counter 2 on the phone 2 messing and just bullshitting with one customer besides me in the store. I came to the end of the aisle with a wiper, the two messing around both looked at me, neither asked me if I needed help just kept laughing and talking nonsense with this customer. I had recently visited this store after a routine maintenance at a shop nearby. I needed a new battery and terminals. Glendale was so helpful and patient throughout my entire visit. Even offered to clean my terminals to make sure that I actually needed them. I've always had a genuine experience here with the customer service, and I greatly appreciate it. I needed a new battery and decided to go to the new Auto Zone on Blue Diamond and let me tell you. The service was amazing. The cashier (Luann) was very nice with assisting me. She offered a battery with a longer warranty (5 years) than I usually get for the same price as my old battery (3 years). She even helped me put the new battery in my car because I didn't have the right tools on me. Her service was great & would definitely recommend this store to anyone that loves great service like Luann! read more

I went there today to buy a small item that cost less than $20.00 before tax. I was going to pay cash. AutoZone's software at check out is set up to demand personal information for a warranty. Again, it was a small item that I was going to buy with cash. I didn't need a warranty and definitely didn't want to give AutoZone my personal information. At this point this would have been a two star review (any store that demands personal information to make a simple sale will never get more than three stars from me, and that's ONLY if the store is amazing otherwise). But the cashier could not figure out how to get out of the warranty page and prior to this page she kept entering the wrong information so the sale took longer than necessary. I finally handed the item back and did not make the purchase. I went to O'Reilly instead. Will never go to another AutoZone ever again. read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. Came in to purchase parts for my vehicle. The store did not have ANY of my parts in stock, so I had to be sent to three different locations all across town to collect my parts. So I did... While installing the parts, I discovered that Autozone had mistakenly given me the wrong parts as they did not fit my vehicle. I went back to the original store to return the parts, and the "specialist" tells me that I have to return them back at the store where I got them... which I know isn't true. So now I go on my journey to waste more gas, returning the wrong parts that this company gave me. read more
