The good thing is that they have them on the first aisle right when you walked inside. They carry a decent amount of brands but I notice the price was on the high side. I didn't see any product that caught my attention so I look at other stuff in the store. The store was busy and had a lot of people in line. Finding parking in the plaza this store is in was also tough. I was lucky to find a spot but it gets filled up quickly.

They had the battery for no more than 30 minutes and Vee and the O'Reilly team here refused to take back the battery. I looked up their return policy and I see no where saying that there would be any reason for them to not honor this return; clearly trying to make monthly quota. They wanted my parents to take store credit or purchase something before returning. They ended up doing the full refund, but shame on them for trying to take advantage of two elderly people.

We had just got our Santa Fe washed at Speedwash on Roscoe near Tompanga and realized we wanted new wipers. Yes, I suppose buying windscreen wipers AFTER the heavy rains of Winter may be futile, but I believe in Spring showers so....fingers crossed! Rather than hitting the chain auto part shops in this area, I decided to try CQ Auto Parts. I love a local spot and this one is a gem. Pretty quiet this morning, but Simon was there to greet us and inquire as to what brought us in this day. Since I couldn't remember the wiper sizes - Note to self: Note this! - he looked it up. As I found out last year, when you double check the size, one(the smaller passenger side wiper) is listed as 13" on some sites and 14" on others. We went with the 13", made our purchase, chatted a bit more with Simon about "signs o' the times", etc, then made our way out. I double checked the size we put on last year, remembering we went back and forth a couple of times with the smaller wiper, before we drove away. Simon noticed this from inside the shop and came out to lend assistance, thinking we were installing them. I showed him the wiper and mentioned how frustrating it was that the smaller wiper seems to be the challenge, but he agreed, the smaller wiper currently on the vehicle looked like a 15". So he went inside, grabbed a 15", returned, compared then exchanged the 13" wiper I had purchased. He asked if we would like him to put them on, but we declined and thanked him before departing the curb. On Saturday July 25, approximately 4:00 pm, I entered C Q Auto Parts on Devonshire for a battery…read morereplacement/install for my 2007 Lexus GS350. The employee Simon selected what he said was the proper battery for my vehicle, and proceeded to install it on-site. He then made me pay for the battery before turning on my car "to let it charge", and so after paying and returning to my vehicle and starting the car, the electronics went haywire and some smoke seemed to appear under the hood. Simon was completely unhelpful at this point and recommended I call a tow truck, which I did. I brought the car to my reputable mechanic, Pro Automotive Repair Center, in Glendale, and was informed that the wrong type of battery was installed, and that it also was an old battery. I have proving documentation from the mechanic shop regarding this. The outcome for the incorrect install was my Lexus alternator being fried, with the total bill coming at approximately $950 (not including tow truck fees and subsequent rental car fees). Upon attempting to contact the shop to explain the situation and attempt to resolve this issue, Simon became rude on the phone and hung up on me, and refused to give me the owner's contact information. I had no choice but to request a police presence to monitor the situation while I visited in person to once again attempt resolution. Only with the police present did Simon agree to refund me the price of the battery, but he still refused to give me any contact information of the owner, and suggested I take it to court. This is what I have started to do, pursuing legal action, unless a fair resolution can be found to pay for the damages to my Lexus due to Simon's negligence by selling and installing the wrong part in my car.

I'm a senior who was advised to purchase an after-market…read moremanifold via (this company's) website; Prompted to Enter my VIN number in their online system, I found a CA carb compliant manifold, that is an EXACT FIT, available at (their) Panorama City store which I bought on-line and picked up the morning of Sept. 27th. Next day, at the mechanic shop, I was informed I did not pass due to the wrong EFN (Engine Family Number)--yet, my VIN was accepted as valid and directed me to purchase ($500!), on the company's website. After failing to pass smog, I contacted customer service. They were sympathetic and opened a "case number" and let me know they were taking the "return as a courtesy". After a business trip I called customer service on Oct. 19th to arrange the manifold return. They instructed me to return it to their Panorama City location. Oct. 20th I went to that store and a sales associate accepted my return and refunded my money back to my credit card. However, "Manager. Ruben G." appeared and abruptly cancelled the refund, and took back my money! He refused to call customer service (in front of me), even though I explained that customer service had authorized my return. I showed him the email from customer service with the case number and asked him to call and speak with them. He called someone and proceeded to LIE to whom he was speaking with a completely MADE UP story that I was making a Pep Boys warranty claim (a chain I've NEVER done business with) and that my previous return attempt had been on the same day I bought it, Sept. 27th, rather than Oct. 20th, the actual day of my return attempt. When he got off the phone I confronted him about his deceptive story and incorrect dates. He then also refused to accept the return of a separate order (unused Walker manifold) that I had arranged (with custome service), to return as well. I left thoroughly humiliated realizing I was "being set up to take the fall" by a DISHONEST employee. I'm now stuck with $1100 in parts I cannot use and posting this review so others will not have to suffer the same consequences

After explaining that the vehicle pulls to the left after a tire rotation was told to sit in their waiting area, and after a few minutes of waiting was walked through and given a very thorough explanation of the condition of my tires and what next steps could be taken. Would absolutely recommend Natalie after the care and consideration she took on keeping me updated on the vehicle. All while keeping up excellent customer service to other appointments, both in person and on the phone. I would suggest calling and scheduling an appointment ahead of time but other than that, it was a good overall experience.

She told me the sound I heard was my new belt just adjusting itself, and didn't charge me anything. This is why I trust them. They don't make stuff up. They're not money driven. I gave him a little extra time cause they're super busy when you're the best tire shop in the valley. Everybody comes in, but they took time. I can't wait to drive this car. I did some easy financing option options which helps people like me. I'm gonna be coming back to get alignment oil changes. I think you should too if they're up until 7 PM come check them out.
