He gave no-frills advice, and explained everything in an approachable manner. This experience is what made me decide to keep coming back. I'd like to highlight my recent visit, because it was just that awesome! I came in to get additional simple vehicle care items, and immediately I was greeted by Xavier. After providing a genuine warm welcome to the store, he then helped me select my items. Upon check out, I asked him about replacing the windshield wiper fluid dispensers. Not only did he check them to see if it was something I could do myself, but then helped me select the product and instructed me how to do it step by step! Something I previously would have been intimidated to do, Xavier gave me the advice and confidence to do the project on my own. It was a completely different kit. When I told them this, they didn't have the actual kit that they were showing so instead of giving me the strainer, which was the part that I needed, they tried to charge me $15 for it. They wouldn't admit that the pic was not the actual product. These people are deceitful. And I won't go there again.

That alone impressed me. One of the bigger shops had quoted me almost $2,000, but he was able to get everything taken care of for just a couple hundred. With Austin summer coming up, I really needed my AC working and definitely did not have time to save up that kind of money, so this was a huge relief. He was super straightforward and explained exactly what was wrong and what he was fixing, which I really appreciated. He even noticed that one of my taillights was out and helped me get that fixed too. He was funny, kind, and easy to talk to. As a woman, going to car places can sometimes feel uncomfortable, but I never felt unsafe, pressured, or talked down to here. He got me back on the road quickly and clearly did his best to save me money. Definitely recommend.
