I had battery issues. Stopped by this location and was somewhat assisted by someone. He charges me for the battery but didn't give me My receipt ini-tally (which you need for warranty). He then said he had to go to the back and get something, about 5-6 minutes later he came out and said he was helping another customer on the phone, Really So, another associate came over to help out.His name is AARON W. Aaron, went above and way beyond what management wants them to do. If it wasn't for AARON W. doing what he did, AutoZone would have lost a long time customer who has 4 vehicles that I use them for parts. Management should praise him and not rip him for taking care of the customer. Okay, seriously, this location is the Taj Majal of Autozones. Well, I should say the inside is the Taj, the outside is average. I walk in this store, for the first time, and I notice the floors are particularly shiny. Seriously, these floors are SO clean. As I walk in, there's an employee that says, "Hi! Can I help you?" SERIOUSLY? At most any other Autozone, you have to go up to the counter to get help. Sometimes you have to wait in line. Sometimes you go up to the counter and tap your fingers for up to a minute before someone comes from the office area and realizes there's someone to be waited on. Not today! I tell him I need a starter tested and tell him that I know it's probably weak but I'd like them to test it to double check. It takes the guy a couple minutes to hook it up which should have taken him about 30 seconds, but no biggie. He was nice and helpful with a good attitude. I mention that his floors look incredibly clean and he says, "We try to make sure they are." Me: "The floors don't look like this over in Richardson." Him: "Noooo. Not at all!" I grin and he was serious. It makes me laugh but he's right. read more

My friend's batteries of her car ran out so we used my jump cable to help her get to this site. It was Sunday so I wasn't expecting much assistance, but the staff was friendly and nicer than the other autozone in Frisco. We ended up buying her a new batteries but I've never installed one in a car before. The gentleman who works there told us that they would be able to install it for us free of charge since we purchased a battery there. It was done within 10 min! We ended up being there no more than 15-20min! It's a bit far from my house but I'll def start going here if I ever need something for my car!! read more

I've been to this Autozone several times for assistance with several cars. Mike and employees are always very helpful. Battery died on my son's Infinity today. They had to remove all the engine covering to replace the battery. They quickly installed the new battery and put the engine covering back. Highly recommend this place. read more
