Never received a call back. This has happened over and over again whenever we have dealt with Corwin concerning service on our vehicle. This time I did not call them over and over to get a person to talk to on the phone. I decided to try Pierre Ford in Prosser. Call was answered immediately. They offered to service the car in two days (Corwin typically would schedule weeks to months out). I had previous commitments so we scheduled for the following week. Arrived in Prosser, dropped off vehicle, recall service was performed in two hours. EVERYONE at this dealership was courteous, helpful and gave the impression they cared about my convenience. The half-hour drive to Prosser was well worth the effort to deal with Pierre Ford, rather than the ten minute drive to Corwin Ford to put up with their cavalier attitude.

Then they ordered a 24 that cost an extra 3 k because they charged extra for the hybrid and the paint. Then after the 24 arrived, the 23 somehow showed up. But they sold that out from under me to someone else. I can't say enough bad about any Pierre dealer. I finally went back to Prosser after two years and it was no longer a Pierre dealer. People actually quit because they were treated so bad, so it was just the customers. DO YOURSELVES A BIG FAVOR BY not do business with ANY Pierre dealer.

On 8/3 I received a notice from shopearl my order had been cancelled by the vendor. Reason given was part was out of stock. Today 8/4 I pulled up shopearl to see if I could find another part. I found the same part from the same vehicle from Mendoza's listed but now it is about $60 higher. My vehicle is at the shop ready for this part. Also another part I had available is sold. I contacted shopearl and explained to them what happened. They did find me another part at a higher cost and it won't arrive now for another week while my vehicle sits at the shop. If this is how Mendoza's Automotive does business I will definitely not be ordering from them again. And I planned on ordering more since they had the correct vehicle I needed parts from. My advice would be to buy from anyone other than Mendoza's Automotive. I usually don't like to post this kind of review but I have made several attempts to message them but still have heard nothing.

I felt like I was a customer and not just a fee! I got an invoice through my text message, called them up and talked to Bill. It seems that my insurance didn't give him enough information. Once my insurance paid the claim, I called back and took care of it. Bill apologized for my insurance not giving him better information. Well, that wasn't his place to apologize, but he did. Came here not expecting much and these guys got us a shift lever with the same diameter and then ground the outside of it for us to make it fit. They really went above and beyond and really saved our weekend of riding!! Will definitely stop here again next time we come!
