    Received a recall notice from Ford concerning our 2015 Ford Focus. Since we live in Richland I…read morecalled Corwin Ford in Pasco. No answer when called their service department. Left a message. Never received a call back. This has happened over and over again whenever we have dealt with Corwin concerning service on our vehicle. This time I did not call them over and over to get a person to talk to on the phone. I decided to try Pierre Ford in Prosser. Call was answered immediately. They offered to service the car in two days (Corwin typically would schedule weeks to months out). I had previous commitments so we scheduled for the following week. Arrived in Prosser, dropped off vehicle, recall service was performed in two hours. EVERYONE at this dealership was courteous, helpful and gave the impression they cared about my convenience. The half-hour drive to Prosser was well worth the effort to deal with Pierre Ford, rather than the ten minute drive to Corwin Ford to put up with their cavalier attitude.

Then they ordered a 24 that cost an extra 3 k because they charged extra for the hybrid and the paint. Then after the 24 arrived, the 23 somehow showed up. But they sold that out from under me to someone else. I can't say enough bad about any Pierre dealer. I finally went back to Prosser after two years and it was no longer a Pierre dealer. People actually quit because they were treated so bad, so it was just the customers. DO YOURSELVES A BIG FAVOR BY not do business with ANY Pierre dealer.

Mendoza's did not reply to any of my emails, did not respond to phone calls. I ended up dealing with a ShopEarl person who worked as a go through. Mendoza's I wouldn't go through. ShopEarl only if you have allot of patience.

The person I was talking to said he would take a photo of it for me. Going to Prosser would be a 4 hour drive each way, so I had to be sure. I explained he could not "text" me the photo (my cell phone won't do this), but he could e-mail it; I even e-mailed them so that they could send back the e-mail with the photo, as they couldn't seem to "get" my e-mail address over the phone. I called several times during the day today (Friday), couldn't speak to the person I had been talking to for a variety of reasons, finally at 4 PM I DID talk to him, he said he would e-mail it right then. At 4:45 PM, I called again, he said he had just e-mailed it, I should get it in just a moment. I got no e-mail, and when I called back just after 5 PM, I got a recording that said they were closed for the weekend. If I was going to buy this part from them, I had to tie it in with other travel, as I actually live on the southern Oregon coast. I explained all this, as they could not ship the part. At this point, I don't know whether they actually have the part or not. If they treat all their customers the way I've been treated, I don't see how they have any customers at all.
