The person I was talking to said he would take a photo of it for me. Going to Prosser would be a 4 hour drive each way, so I had to be sure. I explained he could not "text" me the photo (my cell phone won't do this), but he could e-mail it; I even e-mailed them so that they could send back the e-mail with the photo, as they couldn't seem to "get" my e-mail address over the phone. I called several times during the day today (Friday), couldn't speak to the person I had been talking to for a variety of reasons, finally at 4 PM I DID talk to him, he said he would e-mail it right then. At 4:45 PM, I called again, he said he had just e-mailed it, I should get it in just a moment. I got no e-mail, and when I called back just after 5 PM, I got a recording that said they were closed for the weekend. If I was going to buy this part from them, I had to tie it in with other travel, as I actually live on the southern Oregon coast. I explained all this, as they could not ship the part. At this point, I don't know whether they actually have the part or not. If they treat all their customers the way I've been treated, I don't see how they have any customers at all.

I felt like I was a customer and not just a fee! I got an invoice through my text message, called them up and talked to Bill. It seems that my insurance didn't give him enough information. Once my insurance paid the claim, I called back and took care of it. Bill apologized for my insurance not giving him better information. Well, that wasn't his place to apologize, but he did.
