Mind you, we called ahead of time to let them know we were coming. When we arrived, the car was pulled out in the driveway facing the sun and simply baking in 90 degree weather. My first thought was: if you knew we were coming - why wouldn't you have parked it a few feet away for us in the shade? Whatever, I didn't think much of it. We let the AC blast for ten minutes before taking it out on a decently long test drive. The AC never got cold. When I brought up this observation to my husband, the salesman Frank became agitated and defensive. "Well of course the air doesn't work, we're parked under the sun!" Right - got it. My husband pointed out a visible dent on the door. Frank was rude and annoyed with us. He threw his hands up in the air and said he'd be inside the dealership if we needed anything else. We didn't.
