I was involved in a small accident, and this was the first place I thought about stopping by for repairs. I was referred to by my sister because she loved their service and work. You don't need an appointment to receive an estimate which is convenient and I spoke with the owner originally which I feel helps a lot when it comes to the stress of the whole process. Gustavo is an honest man and isn't the type of guy who will try to over charge you and shows that he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. I had to do repairs on my left rear door and he didn't hesitate to explain the whole process to let me know exactly what needed to get done with my car. He had the door skin removed and replaced as well as color match with the surrounding panels (so a total of 3 panels). I went through insurance and it came out to a total of $2200. When I went to pick up my car I feel like it looked better than before the accident and they really take their time to make sure it is clean and ready for you. Even though the one from Avalon Collision & Service was not the lowest, one was much lower and one was slightly higher and the other two were much higher, I decided to have my car repaired at Avalon Collision & Service because Gustavo of all the five people I met was the most patient and explained the work needed to be done clearly and made me feel comfortable when I asked questions. Took my Car here after my Lower left Bumper of my Prius got dented after a collision. The repair was fast and efficient and quality. It only took a week for them to repair the damage and the result were amazing. You cant tell that the car was ever damaged and Gustavo, the Shop Manager, was very friendly, courteous, reasonable and straight to the point guy. He was really negotiable and gave me a fair price to the work that needs to be done. Of course, I had insurance to cover the damage but still had to pay a deductible but Gustavo was very very nice of lowering that deductible to a fair price. Took my car here after a nasty rear-end on the 405 and I'm honestly blown away. Avalon Collision in Carson had me in the same week I called (most places quoted 3-4 weeks), matched the factory pearl white perfectly, and the car came back cleaner than when I bought it. They dealt with the insurance adjuster directly so I barely had to lift a finger, kept me updated with texts and photos every couple days, and even fixed a small dent on the door that wasn't part of the claim--at no extra charge. Gustavo took great care of my car!! I brought my car in to get a dent on my right passenger door fixed. Gustavo guided me through the work that would be done and gave me a very fair price. He was very honest with the time it will take to get the work done and it ended up being less days than expected which was very beneficial for me. Him and his crew worked fast and in detail. I had my car painted by Gustavo & crew and they did a fabulous job! In addition to a nice paint job he did a lot of courtesy work including polishing my headlight covers (look like brand new!) & the rear light bar that runs across the trunk (which was badly scratched), painted & polished my hubcaps that I had damaged using corrosive cleaner, shampooed the interior & floor mats and replaced the Honda logos (front & back). When I picked my car up I couldn't believe it! I never expected so much to be included in the price of a paint job. And the price was great. It's hard to put into words my experience there. I left my car there with Alfonso, and when I came back just hours later, I hardly recognized my car. This location is great. They are very professional and hold very high standards (it definitely shows in their work). I took my car in because it was in a hit-and-run.
