After being greeted and seated by our server, I looked over the wine menu and noticed that had one of my favorites, Belle Glos Pinot Noir, so I started with that. The table ordered the seared ahi tuna as an appetizer, and I ordered the grilled Atlantic salmon as my main course. The ahi tuna came out and was plated beautifully. The tuna was a bit overdone, but it was full of flavor and tasted great. The grilled salmon came out next and it was delicious. It has moist and tender on the inside and seasoned well on the outside. The crab meat and gravy topping really set it off. Overall, it was great coming back to SILO Alamo Heights and getting reacquainted with the menu. I'll be back to try more of the menu.
