A good amount of options and the food came out quickly. Our server, Nicole, was extremely nice and made sure we had everything we needed. It wasn't crowded when we arrived, so we grabbed seats at the bar and were greeted and served right away. I can't remember either bartender's name, but they were both fantastic--friendly, attentive, and quick with everything. They also have a great selection of ice-cold beer on draft. Since we arrived mid-morning, we decided to try items from both the breakfast and lunch menus. We ordered the omelette and the club sandwich on Texas toast. Both were delicious, and the portions were huge--either dish easily could have been shared. The restaurant was clean, had plenty of TVs for watching sports, and the entire staff was welcoming. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Vegas!

The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked right in front of you. The pan roast is incredible, the oysters are always fresh, and every dish we've tried has been outstanding. The atmosphere is fun and lively, and even if there's a wait, it's absolutely worth it. The staff works hard to keep everything moving while providing excellent service. If you're looking for one of the best seafood spots in Vegas, this is it. We can't wait for our next visit!

We waited in line for almost 2 hours, but somehow it didn't even matter once we got inside. The second we sat down, our food came out in what felt like 2 seconds. Everything was hot, fresh, and seriously delicious. Every bite lived up to the hype. The chefs kept everyone entertained, cracking jokes and making the whole experience fun while they cooked. You can tell they love what they do, and it really adds to the vibe. The wait is definitely long, but now I understand why. Great food, great service, and an overall unforgettable experience. I'd happily stand in that line all over again!

100/100 - This will be my go-to spot every time I'm in Las Vegas…read more We were in Las Vegas over the Fourth of July weekend, and my aunt insisted we stop by Village Pub & Café at Ellis Island. She makes the drive all the way from Hesperia just for their prime rib, so I figured it had to be worth trying. I wasn't in the mood for prime rib--I was craving barbecue. It's the Fourth of July, after all! I ordered the ribs, and they absolutely delivered. I'm typically not a barbecue sauce person, but whatever sauce they use is perfection. The ribs were tender, flavorful, and easily some of the best I've had. They came with baked beans, coleslaw, and corn. I'll be honest--the sides were just okay, but the ribs completely stole the show. My husband ordered the half chicken and half ribs, and that chicken was incredibly juicy and flavorful. My aunt loved her salmon, and of course she's still convinced their prime rib is the best around. Even my toddler was happy with her bacon and fries, which made dinner that much easier. As an added bonus, we happened to visit on Friday when they were serving clam chowder, and it was absolutely delicious. The food was so good that we came back the very next day--and yes, I ordered the exact same ribs again. If you're visiting Las Vegas, don't overlook Ellis Island just because it's off the Strip. Sometimes getting away from the crowds is exactly what you need, especially when you're traveling with family. Great food, generous portions, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere made this one of the highlights of our trip. We'll definitely be back every time we're in Vegas.

The steak itself - I had to stab the meat chunk to hold it down just to cut a little piece off so I could eat it. I finally gave up it was SO tough. The fries and green beans were good though. The service was the best part of the visit because our server explained to us how the promotion worked and was super kind. Sorry - I know ppl love this place but after that cut of meat, I can't justify it even being a good deal.

For starters, we were offered a bread basket that had a variety of warm breads with different textures and butter. I'm not much of a wine drinker, but I tried the Novella Moscato, its was light and refreshing. Ordered crab cakes, and was nicely plated. Between me and one of my friends, we couldn't decide between the steak and halibut, so we got both and our server offered to split the entrees between to plates so we each had our own plate. Also ordered baked potato with all the fixings on the side, and white cheddar mac & cheese. Our main course came nicely plated the bake potato and mac & cheese portions where huge. Everything was delicious! To top off our dinner, we were given a complimentary warm butter cake top with Vanilla Ice Cream and whipping cream on the side. This dessert has at least 3 servings because it was big. It was a wonderful experience! If your wallet is " sky's the limit", highly recommend if ever in Vegas! Great food, great service, and great location! Shoutout to our server, John A. for taking good care of us!

The food, on the other hand, left us slightly underwhelmed. The crab cakes were good -- I loved the…read moreamount of crab meat in them -- but the breading had a slightly doughy mouthfeel; I think cooking them a little longer would have made them better. The Caesar salad felt overdressed, and I would have preferred a bit more lemon. The wagyu meatballs were overcooked and quite hard in my opinion -- wouldn't recommend those. For mains, we got the branzino, the Kansas City steak, and the mac and cheese. The branzino was delicious and cooked perfectly -- the flavors were phenomenal, no complaints. The Kansas City steak was good; I liked the cut and flavor, though I ordered it medium rare and felt it came out a bit overdone, closer to medium/medium-well. The lobster mac and cheese was actually great -- I'm usually very critical of restaurant mac and cheese, and this was by far the best I've had. For dessert, we ordered the butter cake. The butter flavor was delicious, and the ice cream balanced the sweetness well. My only critique is that I would have added more fruit to help balance it -- the cake was very sweet, and a bit more tartness would have kept it from feeling overpowering. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and thank Mastro's for their hospitality.
