Finally checked out Ocean One before a concert this past weekend. I will say, food quality was not great; comparable to Denny's or Ihop, but the prices were decent. We shared a margherita pizza and Cesar salad. Not terribly filling, but it was enough. The great thing about Ocean One though is the 3 for $14 cocktails! The drinks were sizable and VERY strong. We each had 2 in restaurant and took our 3rd to-go. I enjoyed a Moscow Mule, a Whisky Ginger, and a Long Island Iced Tea. My husband stuck to Jack & Coke. We were able to nab seats up at the bar. Ocean One Bar is the place you go when you're getting killed in the casino, on a strict budget, or heavily intoxicated. This place definitely has great deals, but the food reflects the price. They have great breakfast deals starting with omelets for $8.99. I came here for a quick breakfast and sat at the bar. The place was packed on a weekday, so I can only imagine weekends. It's first come first serve, so expect a wait unless you get lucky. Service was good. The staff did a good job with the crowd. I ordered a few items off the breakfast menu but nothing was good . Their $5 lunch items go from 11-5pm, and you can't go wrong with the 3 for 1 cocktails- but ours were so alcohol forward it became unpleasant to sip on (per someone who drinks cocktails weekly). The chips that came with it were light and delicious. Not greasy at all. The *3* mahi-mahi tacos were also very large, and pretty good, but the mahi-mahi was a bit dry. There was a delicious mild mango salsa, as well as a delicious avocado that helped. How in the heck are they doing this for only $5.99 a plate? The tacos also came with two different dipping sauces, and these helped, too. The white dipping sauce was not spicy, the other one had some heat to it. First off, they do not let you bring outside drinks in, but they will hold them in a bag for you, which I really don't like or think it's fair especially in Vegas. All my order was very good, but others from my party did not like the pasta Alfredo, it was very dry and pasta was quite hard. Stopped in for lunch around 1.30 on a Tuesday. As a single, I declined the bar and was then sat at a high top that seemed to be thrown in when the restaurant was crowded. It was hard as perhaps 6-8 waiters walked by my table and it appeared they tried not to make eye contact. After a time, I was greeted by a sociable waiter who took my order for the Dijon club sandwich and a Diet Coke. Came relatively quickly, and it was a good sandwich. Tough to beat the three-for-one drinks, especially on the Strip. Drinks were relatively strong compared to a typical casino bar, but the food is about as basic as it comes. Food prices are only super discounted during lunch, so for dinner it felt slightly overpriced for mediocre food, but still much more affordable than other food options in Miracle Mile / Planet Hollywood. Inside is pretty basic, and the bar seating was a little cramped, but I'd deal with it again for some cheap drinks before a concert at PH Live. Service is quick, efficient, and relatively friendly. Keep in mind this place wants to turn tables quick so expect servers and bartenders to be efficient, not chatty. Final verdict: solid choice for a great deal on drinks, but skip the food unless it's lunch, or you need something to let you keep drinking haha read more

Love this spot. We always make it a point to go when we're in Vegas. The drink special is great. For sure not top shelf but a nice lil cocktail break when you don't want to spend $15 for a cocktail. Service is amazing even though it's regularly packed. I'd say most of the food is delicious but I definitely disliked the calamari. read more

We came here for dinner. They have 3 for $12 cocktail deal. The drinks were very strong and sweet. Need a better balance of alcohol to drink ratio. Food is priced a bit higher for dinner. They do have a lunch menu with everything for $5.99. We did come back to try the lunch. We got the marinated skirt steak with cabernet sauce and grilled salmon with lemon herb sauce. Both entrées were pretty good. Steak needed a little bit of salt, but the mashed potatoes were creamy and seasoned well. The Asado tacos were disappointing the beef was dry and lacked seasoning. I had to add salt and pepper. Overall, the service is great, and you can't beat the value and relatively decent quality food they serve. I would return for the $5.99 lunch specials again to try their pastas. The restaurant has a casual dining experience and it's got some tvs showing sports and bar area if you want to enjoy drinks. read more
