Because they were already familiar with our venue, Padua Hills Theatre, they knew exactly where to capture the best shots while also remaining open to our ideas and collaborating on new poses and angles. They documented every part of the day, from the quiet moments to the dance floor. J&G arrived before we did and stayed until the very end of the night to make sure nothing was missed. Just a few days after the wedding, we received some teaser photos and were absolutely blown away. Judy's editing style is stunning, and the quality of her work exceeded our expectations. The wedding film was just as incredible. They are truly timeless. When I initially decided to contact them as potential wedding photographers, I already had a lot of confidence in their abilities because I was a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding almost 16 years before, and Gavin was her photographer. I was gifted a photo, and I still look at and love it to this day! The fact that they were still in business boded well. In addition, I perused their website before contacting them, and I loved what I saw. Their look and style was what I was looking for, and they delivered just like I thought they would. From the consultation to the delivery of photos and videos, Judy and Gavin were incredibly professional. Judy took the time to describe their photography style and walk us through their approach during the consultation. We decided to hire them as our photographer and videographer. They were quite an expense for our budget, but they were worth every penny. In fact, we have a professional photographer friend who we asked for opinions, and he told us, for the quality they deliver, we would not be able to hire anyone cheaper. I wholeheartedly believe this. I had read that photographers and videographers were one of the vendors where you don't want to skimp because those photos and videos are the memory of your day. If you don't like how they look, you may regret that for a long time. I can happily report that I have no regrets about my photos or videos. Judy and Gavin were pleasant and fun to work with throughout the whole process. We hired them for both our engagement and wedding photos. They did a great job of capturing our personalities and the overall feel of the wedding. I'm so impressed! On my wedding day, they also had two assistant photographers who were also very friendly and took some great photos! My dad has long term health issues and so could not physically attend. Judy, Gavin, and the whole team was very sensitive to this and did a wonderful job of capturing my (now) husband and my visit to my dad on the wedding day. This means more than I have the words to express. Also, I am generally quite picky about my photos, so it's really to their credit that I have a hard time choosing favorites. They were also great about sticking to their timelines. They delivered all photos on time if not early, including sneak peeks! They even waited until we were back from our honeymoon and could verify receipt of the USB drive before they deleted anything. In addition, they created the initial wedding timeline, which was incredibly helpful. They were communicative and responsive throughout the process. In general, they are also just great people with fun personalities. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience and would absolutely hire them again in the future.

We purchased a large 36in by 24in canvas of the family and four 8in by 10in canvases of individual photos. Unfortunately the smaller photos came out blurry. They tried to reprint them free of charge but it was still the same. I really appreciate them for trying. They were super accommodating and very communicative through email and text. I would totally book with them again. The only thing I recommend is to know how you want to pose for your photos since they don't really help with that as much.

We googled many photographers and found photos we liked but many were already booked or out of our price range. Then we thought to book a photographer who was familiar with our ceremony and reception site (the Natural History Museum) since it was a such a challenging space to work as far as photography goes. This ended up working out amazingly well for us. We found Jennifer, through the museum's blog, along with a few other photographer's, but we thought Jennifer's style matched ours best. Luckily, Jennifer had not booked our wedding date yet and I went to meet with her right away. We had a bunch of sample albums for me to flip through and showed me all her pricing packages. Considering we got SO much value from her standard package, we were set and put in a deposit right away. On the day of the wedding, she was prompt and got to work immediately, taking photos of my gown and shows before I got in them. Then she had some really great ideas for some all girl photos with my bridesmaids before we all drove over to the venue. Once at the venue, she coordinated our "first look" photos between my husband and I perfectly He was so surprised to see my in my gown and her photos captured the moment perfectly. She was also able to cover all the different shots I wanted: rose garden, outside the historic museum steps, dinosaurs, family shots, the works! Jennifer and her assistant took over 1300 images after all was said and done. After the wedding, she uploaded all the photos to pictage very quickly and I spent a month selecting 200 images for my album. I also got $200 worth of credit on pictage as well which was much appreciated. The album is gorgeous and I couldn't be happier with the way everything came out.
