We were not acknowledged when we arrived to pick up our reserved vehicle. There were several people sitting and waiting and phones were ringing but no one was answering. When my husband finally got the attention of the employee, he was very unprofessional. He didn't explain and apologize for the wait. Instead, he said that he didn't have to rent to us. My husband said we had a reservation and the employee said he was not going to rent to us and if we didn't leave he was going to call the police. The driver arrived early, as it was a very cold evening and he said he wanted to be there when they were ready to leave. The next big kindness shown was allowing the groom to include his dog, that was part of the wedding. The original dog transportation back home had a change and the driver quickly accommodated. Both the bride and groom said the driver was A+.
