We ended up here after Enterprise failed to have a car available for us despite having a reservation. AVIS/Budget was great. We were given a Toyota 4Runner that was clean, spacious, and ran great. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful. The vehicle drop off was easy. We will definitely use this business again. read more

Budget and Avis are handled by this same storefront. I returned a Budget car. There was a sign on the door, back in 2 min. 10 min later a guy drives up and leans out the window (eating food) asks me if I he could help. He was supposed to be working I guess. It went downhill from there. Asked for a gas receipt even though I filled it above where I picked it up. Told me he would charge me regardless of the gas amount because I didn't keep the receipt. I was very disappointed with the service we got at this Avis location. After a car accident that left our family without a car, we needed a rental. We told the Avis representative clearly what our insurance would cover, both on a daily and max rate. They proceeded to rent us a car at a higher rate and then would not admit error when we returned the car. I don't like to give local businesses poor reviews, but they have earned it. Look elsewhere for a rental car. read more
