Bring back the old crew. They actually knew what they were doing! Very frustrated as I always rent from here and whomever is working today literally have no idea what customer services is, nor do they know how to transfer a call without hanging up on you. Then they legit lied saying that they called another location for me to switch out my car. Sure enough I called the other location, and they had no idea what I was talking about. Do better people! Hello this place is so amazing because we were having a bowling tournament and the driver there took us to the hotel and when we are about to go home are Uber was so late so we asked them if you guys can drop us to the airport but they said yes we can so we are very very very thankful too them. read more

As I write this, three hours later, I find that I'm still in shock and confused as to what the heck happened. I would never rent from this location more less Enterprise ever again. I have rented from enterprise over 100 times in the past couple years. I travel a lot and I use them often. They moved to a new location and this is my first encounter. If I could give zero stars I would. Reserved a premium full size SUV over a week ago. I get there at noon for my reservation and of course nothing available after an hour or so they pull up in a beat up armada scratched from front to back up and down not to mention engine is ticking and has almost 70,000 miles on it. Scheduled for a premium SUV my bill was going to be almost $1100 for one week. obviously I don't mind paying for something that's worth it. $1100 for this car would be a 50% down payment. Piece of shit vehicle at a premium price. After I wasn't satisfied with that vehicle I downgraded to a minivan that Michael told me was available. After waiting he comes out and tells me all we have is the Armada after he shows me the minivan and telling me it's available. I wasted a couple hours of my time I will never go back to this location unless Chad is available. Inconsiderate of others time and insulting by offering a vehicle that is not worth half the price they were charging. read more

I am sitting in the lobby now. I made a reservation for 7am. I am a plus member so all of the Information is in the system. I have an email that confirms that they accept debit cards. This website says they take checks and cash. All of this I am being told is incorrect. My email confirmation is apparently not honored. I work around the country for work and I rent from Enterprise all of the time with no issues. Still... I am denied a rental. I've called their general manager and I got voicemail. Enterprise corporate doesn't open for another twenty minutes. I'm hoping for a positive resolution as I have an eight hour drive ahead of me, and I'd hoped to be getting on the road now. For years I've rented from Enterprise both for business and personal use. I guess this is their way of letting me know that they don't want my business. read more

Made a reservation for small or mid size car and they wanted me to take a Ford Expedition....no thanks for the 12mpg! They said the tried to call me but they didn't leave a message or try more than once. I refused the Ford Expedition then called back 5 mins later to accept it if they provide the 1st tank of fuel for FREE....they refused. I rented from here at least 3 times before and this will most likely be my last... I have also tried to setup a corp acct with them...and that got setup BUT WRONG. read more

Great great great! Rented multiple times an they were happy to pick me up and even dropped me off once! That gal that checked me in the second time even remembered where I went that last time I rented and asked me how my trip to cedar point was! Phil B I always get great service from the staff at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Montrose. For my last trip I had to pick up my car a day early because of the impending bad weather. They got my reservation changed and picked up the evening before I was actually supposed to pick up my car. Great Job! read more

Previously this place would have gotten all five stars but after my last they are lucky they got two stars. A few weeks ago my dad and i went to pick up a car we reserved earlier and my dad went to give the girl his debt card and she rudely asked to see a utility bill or give her an actual credit card. My dad nicely asked if this was a new policy she said its been that way for a while. He said we have rented before and never had to do show a utility bill, she said tough show a utility bill or a real credit card. Another worker walk in at the end of the transaction and told us this is how it was. We left to get a utility bill and when we returned the guy took my dad by the are and pushed him out of the door. We will never return.. They lost a long time customer. To the gentleman that pushed my dad out of my he store if you don't know the whole conversation stay out of it.
