At this point they deserve less than 1 star, not all this locations issues but as company they are awful. First we get a car cover by insurance and the car has mechanical issues, we called them 800 number as the location is closed and they do little to assist. First, why rent cars in this condition? Barely takes off and hesitates when driving cause a safety issue. It smells as if the last renter threw up in the car. 800 number won't do anything, they just asking how many people will be in the car and luggage? I asked if they were actually listening to the issue that we can take it back but need to make sure they have a vehicle available. She would just keep asking how much luggage????? Well I don't know since ours is on the shop!!! I'll definitely not use them again when we travel, but why so hard to get someone to take care of their shoddy unmaintained vehicles and then not do anything when we call?? Curious -EDIT- they commented to contact them.... Had they read the review I DID contact them and nothing was done so we will go to the store when it opens and probably get the same dismissive disconnected service! Why even comment if you aren't going to address the review?

I was helped quickly each time, and everyone I dealt with had such a friendly, positive attitude. They even offered transportation to and from the repair shop, which honestly felt above and beyond. Customer service like that is rare these days. I've rented from other Enterprise locations before, and this one was by far the best experience I've had. I really value not having to wait around to be helped and each visit here, they got me in and out in a timely fashion. Even when I called in with questions, they were patient, kind, and made everything easy. I'll absolutely recommend this location to friends and family and will definitely rent from them again.

Normally, buying a car is an agonizing experience but this was very easy and direct. I would definitely recommend if you are considering buying a car to stop by and check them out. They have a lot of great extras for the vehicle, like service plans and add-ons, and I would suggest you check them all out. Other members of the staff and management were very friendly and helpful. We have been customers of Enterprise at different locations for many years. Henderson is the best location we have ever had help us. The agent went out of her way to make everything work for us. The agent was efficient and caring and thought out of the box. Enterprise offers good prices but the service at this agency made all the difference.

BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM !!!…read more Rent here with extreme caution. I was given a car that was already in awful shape -- dirty, dented, scratched, and missing exterior plastic. I asked about it at pickup and was told all existing damage was documented. After returning the car, I was suddenly charged over $300 for supposed roof damage. When I called to ask about the charge, I was told maybe it was a deposit ??? yet the charge still went through. No one could clearly explain what I was being charged for, and I received conflicting answers from different employees. To make matters worse, Enterprise says they cannot provide before or after photos of the alleged damage because the car is no longer on site. Charging a customer hundreds of dollars with no proof and no clear explanation is unacceptable. This entire experience felt disorganized and ridiculous. I would not recommend this location or really this company in general after reading other reviews of people having similar experiences. This seems like a big scam.
