One week later I call to confirm they released the funds and asked if they can send me an email confirming they released it with the date and amount that was released. Two weeks from then I'm now calling just to ask for the email and the owner the big guy started raising his voice in defense saying things like, they have no reason to keep my money, it's the bank holding it, you can come look at our computer screen to see we released it. I said all good, all I want is an email stating the date you released the money and the amount you released. He yelled at me, I'm not going to go for this you can come see we released the money and it's the bank holding it! I told him, "there's no reason to yell, you already got paid, I'm the one trying to get money back and I'm calm. If you released the money why won't you send an email saying you did so?" He cut me off and hung up in my face. When I called back, I told him I would like to record the call, he refused and told me to come to the office to settle it (which I take as a threat because there's absolutelyno reason for me to come to that office), I said all I want is an email and then he hung up in my face again. This guy clearly is going through something financially or he has anger issues but make no mistake he will over talk you, is very controling, and now can add will threaten you. I must go through all this just to get an email stating when and how much was released. Poor customer service on the back end.

I was offered a couple other vehicles but not the one I wanted or reserved. When you spend $1,000 out of business you would expect to at least have the common courtesy to call you the day prior when the vehicle is damaged to inform you that it wasn't available so you can make other arrangements. A complete waste of time. Not happy at all!

You can tell she was an experienced host as she was responsive and proactive throughout the entire booking process and even during the rental period. It was my first time renting a Tesla and I literally had to Google "How to ____________ on a Tesla X" about 15 different times, but when I couldn't find an answer I would just send her a message and she would get back to me. I really enjoyed working with Athena and driving the Tesla X and look forward to renting from her again in the future. PS. Going back to driving my "regular" SUV kind of sucks.
