The customer service here is amazing, epic, and outstanding. When you're without your ride? You panic! What am I going to do now ? The answer! Enterprise! Again, outstanding service and excellent service from this location. Every time something has happened to the vehicle, a phone call is all it takes and we are in a rental. Whether it be the insurance company or private pay. Use Enterprise! This last experience, yesterday actually the car is MIA, and an individual needs the car to make it happen these days. The insurance sent over the authorization and the paperwork was signed within a couple hours. We are back in shape for now while we await the limbo of the process for our car . The staff could not be more excited to get us off and ready to go, and vroom away. Thank for making a difference. A simple positive gesture made the whole experience even easier and bett

I had her reserve a car over a month ago for two days, then we went with three days.. 9 am the car was supposed to be delivered to the resort- Unfortunately, the person that she made the arrangements, had left the company and did not change the agreement ...(car was to be delivered Wednesday).. So bummed because we had to wait and didn't get the car until 10.. which messed up our day of plans.. Finally got the car !! Hope there is better training for these kind of situations...

Due to flight delays and shuttle traffic, we arrived at the rental center around midnight. We had booked a pickup truck but realized it didn't have enough storage, so we asked to switch to a car from the Presidential lane -- something that's never been an issue before. That's when we encountered Leanne (short woman with brown hair in kind of a Dora-type haircut), who was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When my fiancé politely asked, "Could you please check what my other options are?", she mocked him in front of everyone, saying, "Look at this guy -- he's begging me now." We were stunned. When we told her this kind of behavior is not okay, she smiled, gave us her name, and said "Feel free to complain on me" like she was proud of it -- then walked away as if she had done nothing wrong. We contacted Hertz Customer Service that same night. They apologized, promised to remove some charges, offer a free rental, and file an official complaint against her. Two months later -- nothing. No follow-up, no credits, and no accountability. Now my fiancé is on yet another hour-long call trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward issue. This was not just disappointing -- it was demeaning. For a company that prides itself on elite membership experiences, this was anything but. If she hates her job, she should do something else instead of ruining everyone's days and vacations. Please put her on probation or fire her, she was terribly demeaning- not customer service support whatsoever.

As a bonus, love checking out places off the strip like Zaytoon, Hash House A Go Go, and the Neon Museum. Red Rock Canyon and Hoover Dam are great day trips made much easier with a car. The car rental process is never easy in Vegas, though. Take the shuttle and then wait, wait, wait. We've been given a car that was rented to someone else (and had to return for another car) or been told that what we rented is sold out, do we want an upgrade for an additional cost? No, thanks. Still, being able to drive, makes it much easier. So we wait, then head off the strip to grab lunch, stop by a grocery store to pick up bottles of water and Gatorade and then head to our on the strip hotel to park. Lotus of Siam for Crispy Duck Panang, anyone?? (Thanks to Houston's CM Jando for the great Vegas recommendations.)

    This Enterprise location really impressed me. I ended up renting from them for an extended period…read moreof time due to some unexpected car issues, and every interaction was smooth and genuinely pleasant. I was helped quickly each time, and everyone I dealt with had such a friendly, positive attitude. They even offered transportation to and from the repair shop, which honestly felt above and beyond. Customer service like that is rare these days. I've rented from other Enterprise locations before, and this one was by far the best experience I've had. I really value not having to wait around to be helped and each visit here, they got me in and out in a timely fashion. Even when I called in with questions, they were patient, kind, and made everything easy. I'll absolutely recommend this location to friends and family and will definitely rent from them again.

Luckily we were near an exit, so we drove to the nearest Enterprise hoping to switch cars. Unfortunately, because it was a holiday weekend, they only had a small car that couldn't accommodate our family. The only location with a bigger lot that had our same size vehicle was the Phoenix Airport, which was about thirty minutes away. We didn't mind the drive since we wanted to check out the city anyway. The main thing I want to highlight is their EXCEPTIONAL customer service. They made sure we were taken care of and did their best to accommodate us in every way. I wish I had gotten every person's name who helped us in AZ, but I want to give a special shoutout to Naomi at Warm Springs. I hope I heard her name right. She was such a sweetheart over the phone and made sure we were comped for the extra day, since we wouldn't make it back in time to drop off the vehicle because of the swap. I will never rent anywhere else. I rented from Avis for years and there is no comparison to the customer service I received from Enterprise.

I'm still considering small claims to get my hotel fee back.     -You need to take two shuttles to this rental location (It's free but you do have to wait a little…read morelonger for the second shuttle). -From the Airport to the Rental location, it takes a minimum of 30 minutes- it is not a short distance. -There is a $150 security hold on your credit card upon rental. The contract states that the hold will be released upon return- it took over a month for the funds to be released and my rental was returned with no damages, an hour before return time and with a full tank of gas. Story Time: The woman at the front desk who was assisting me with getting my rental was extremely rude and needed to go on lunch of switch to the day shift to fix her attitude. While she was making small talk with me she asked me to select an option. I asked her what was it for and she quickly said, "oh it's just standard stuff for the rental." I selected the smaller option because I did not want to get any additional charges and began to sign the rental agreement. Then she tells me to insert my card and to sign the pad. When I looked at it, the charge was around $250. I looked at her in confusion and asked her about the fee and she said, "It's your insurance coverage for the rental." WHAT? Over $200 for a rental for 2 days? I think not! I told her I did not need the insurance coverage because of my current car insurance. This is when she went from "ok, she's having a bad day." to "God, be with me before I start throwing hands." She pushes for me to get the coverage and tells me to show her my car insurance. I showed her my card and she looks at it and says, "That isn't covered here in Nevada." Something didn't feel right so I just told her it was ok and I would take the risk. She does my paperwork over again - clearly extremely upset- then tells me to sign the pad. She THROWS the paper work my way and says nothing else. I ask her where do I go to get my rental and she quickly says "Straight ahead, section 3." I went outside hoping I was going the right way and the guy who cleans up the cars assisted me. He had the customer service skills that people at the front desk needed. If you do decide to ignore the warnings, pay close attention to what you're agreeing to, signing and paying for. Also, I checked with my car insurance and they do in fact cover car rentals in Las Vegas.

    Let me start by saying that we have rented from Fox Rent A Car multiple times in the past and have…read morealways had positive experiences, which makes this situation even more disappointing. We rented an upgraded SUV on May 17, 2026, for a long-distance trip to Lake Tahoe. About 1.5 hours into our drive, the vehicle broke down and would not restart. Multiple warning lights appeared, and we were stranded in the desert heat for more than seven hours. Despite 14 attempts to contact Fox through the emergency assistance line, we never received the promised callback. With no help available, we purchased jumper cables from a nearby gas station and relied on a stranger to jump-start the vehicle. Even after restarting, the SUV would not operate properly and had to be left running continuously because it would not restart once turned off. We later discovered that the front left tire was completely bald, with exposed cords showing through the tread. This was particularly alarming considering we were driving long distance and traveling with a sick cat in extreme desert temperatures. Reaching roadside assistance proved equally frustrating. After spending approximately 2.5 hours on hold from another phone and making numerous unsuccessful callback requests, we finally reached an agent. Even then, it took roughly five additional hours for a replacement vehicle to arrive, despite being relatively close to the rental location. To add insult to injury, the replacement vehicle was a downgrade from the upgraded SUV we had paid for. By the time the replacement arrived, it was nearly 11:00 PM. Fox representatives advised us to obtain a hotel room and dinner due to the delay and assured us those expenses--up to $200 for the hotel--and $100 food would be reimbursed. We also lost a non-refundable night at our original hotel in Tahoe because of the breakdown. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. Since returning home, I have sent over a dozen emails with receipts, photos, videos, and documentation, yet I continue to be bounced between departments without resolution. The local manager, Suzette, informed me that she could not process any reimbursements but would send a request in to customer service and directed me to contact them the next day after they reviewed her email, while customer service claims they never received any information from her or the location and only the store could authorize the reimbursement. Wow! Talk about a run-around! We have essentially been caught in an endless loop with no accountability and no reimbursement. What should have been a simple vacation turned into an unsafe, stressful, and exhausting ordeal caused by a vehicle that never should have been rented out in its condition. The lack of communication, failure to respond during an emergency, excessive delays, and ongoing refusal to resolve the reimbursement issue have been extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before renting from Fox Rent A Car.
